According to this, it's S2E03 while Arthur snorts coke in the Garrison! Haven't checked if that's correct but might help you narrow it down.
I use NordVPN.
I’m a gamer and I actually have a code that a streamer literally just put up recently on his Instagram for it.
DM me if anyone’s curious for the code cause idk if it’s okay to put here.
For the vest critics fix, just get yourself a Cinch Clip set. They are cheap on Amazon like below. Other than that you did a great job on it.
Cinch Clips
I'm really digging ExpressVPN. While torrenting in the Midwest of the US, I get 6 MB/s down and 4 MB/s up via Switzerland, and 12 MB/s down and 9 MB/s up to London. The whole footprint of their software is 56MB on my system. $8.32/month USD feels like a steal for the level of quality at that price point.
I had good luck with Nord for a bit, but they kind of started putting bloatware in their software, and I wasn't a fan. Before that, their price was perfect for the speeds they were providing. Not sure how they're doing anymore, though.
I tried IPVanish before that, and while their price was great, their speeds didn't match. Got 250kb/s speeds.
Remember to support the original artists as much as possible, and to buy any content you love when possible.
Cheers!
You can install a VPN like ExpressVPN and set your location to England. This will allow you to watch it via BBC iPlayer (FYI, click yes if you are asked by iPlayer if you have a tv license and indicate that you are an adult). Otherwise, it is going to be released via Netflix on June 10.
You can get ExpressVPN. That's what I did, living in Germany. They figure the IP addresses out for you. You can't change your IP address to another country yourself. Just get it for a month. I subscribed and got the first month free with the option of cancellation within four weeks. Just don't forget to cancel in time.
This is the case he uses.

You could get a VPN. ExpressVPN works with BBC (server UK Docklands). That's what I did, living in Germany. I'd wait until you're done with S5, because you can test it for free for 4 weeks. Just don't forget to cancel in time.
I don’t have good experience with ExpressVPN neither with CyberGhost (which even has a dedicated iPlayer optimized VPN access point). There are torrents literally minutes after the show ends airing, so staying on that.
It's free but you have to register. Have a valid UK postcode ready and be prepared to lie you've paid the UK TV licence and it is ok.
And using a VPN - BBC routinely tries to find an block VPN servers. It happened once for me yesterday with NordVPN, suddenly the live streaming stopped and it said 'Youre not in the UK'. Ip location service still showed UK ip address. But I just picked another server from NordVPNs long list of UK servers and it started working again. They can block individual ones but never all of them.
I'm using the Mullvad VPN that my husband pays for, but I keep getting "BBC iPlayer only works in the UK. Sorry, it’s due to rights issues. In the UK? Here's some advice."
When I tried to login to my gmail, while the VPN was still on, my phone asked to confirm that I was logging in from London, so who knows? My husband said that he read that the BBC is blacklisting a lot of IPs now, I think. I'm not very technical, but he works in IT and tried to help me set it up. (We are in the US.)
I also converted my husband to being a Peaky Blinders fan last week, though! He had me rewatch all 5 seasons in the span of a week.
Well, I think the thing with free to use VPN is that they usually manage to log the data they acquire when you use it (HolaVPN has been found to do it). So it’s a bit of a slippery slope to find decent free vpn. I used to use TunnelBear and it worked well but it has limited amount of usage per month I think. Another alternative I’m not sure that still works is Beebs, a google chrome extension that was pretty good when I used it.
I currently have Nord VPN and it has worked very well for me to be honest. I am not sure if they’re not logging my data and selling them to third parties either to be fair but so far in my researches they seem to be pretty safe.
I’m an American, and I watched it earlier. Here’s how
Get ExpressVPN for BBC iPlayer (30-day money back guarantee)- I did the 12.99 for the month Connect to a British IP address (UK – Dockland) Open in your browser or click here Click on Sign in which is located on the top left corner It will redirect you to another page, now click on register now Select your age (Below 16 or Above 16) Add your date of birth, email ID and password Select the United Kingdom as your country and add “E16 1AD or E16 2AF” as the postal code for Dockland Verify your email address Done! now you have access to BBC iPlayer in the US Note: When you select Peaky Blinders on BBC iPlayer, it will ask you “Do you have a TV license?” just click on “Yes I have” and play the show. (BBC iPlayer does not verify)

Best source of info for this stuff. But looks as though everyone says it's a song you don't think it is. Sorry I couldn't solve it for you.
Me neither have found the subtitles yet; but i suggest to take a look to this website too: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/sublanguageid-all/imdbid-6227890 Usually i easily find the subtitles in there, it's the first time i'm struggling to get them.
I wear a plain one but Gamble & Gunn in GB sell these on Amazon. link
Got it here. And no, not the same one he uses in the show. It's hard to see what he actually uses, but the actual antique ones are usually bigger than this one. Working great so far… Just buy zippo fluid, it doesn't come with any.
Completely agree man (or woman- sorry lol). The sounds and music are on point. If you have a record player I highly recommend the sound track vinyl. It's sick. Great songs. Cool quotes from the show. And the album art is sweet. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z75ZJ6H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_GJC0E9NP5QQ322VZM0NX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
By the case separately, put the cigarettes in.
Found this on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Classic-Metallic-Silver-Double-Cigarette/dp/B00NM0462S/ref=sr_1_8?dchild=1&keywords=peaky+blinders&qid=1610815511&s=hpc&sr=1-8
Yeah I was looking for them too but I did find the metallic ones (silver gold and black) here is the link! https://www.amazon.com/Pangda-Anti-Slip-Holders-Garters-Armbands/dp/B077YBJT3W/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=sleeve+garters&qid=1605161607&sr=8-5
