Absolutely. They'd be undermining their hardware market if they licensed BB10 inexpensively. Actually, given their security-first approach, if they do license it, it'll be under very, very strict terms.
edit: They will be.
It is a posting of this Google Document: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AgxpYlYAxOVMdEJRZkZaa0ZrQzVEQjVMVmNFNGV1Z0E&hl=en_US#gid=0 , with someones Adsense account wrapped around it.
There's a video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAtbZHXgBUA (spoilers for the first dozen levels or so)

I've been quietly working on the app for the last few weeks. Sadly, my PlayBook has not arrived yet, so it's really hard for me to test some of the performance/screen issues people are seeing. The emulator just doesn't cut it.
If you come across a bug, feel free to post to the /r/frinkapp subreddit, or just post to my GitHub:

Thanks for sticking with me for the first few weeks here, I promise the app will get better as soon as I get my hands on a device.
I read the App World thing here: http://www.zdnet.com/blog/perlow/blackberry-playbook-20-android-support-a-work-in-progress/19118
> Eventually, Android applications will be installable from the BlackBerry App World just like any regular PlayBook application, whether it is native QNX, Adobe Air 3.0 or WebWorks-based.
It has to do with Secure Socket Layer. SSL. Https://www.reddit.com doesn't work. I don't know why it says pay at the beginning, but I like using ssl when I don't have the Https anywhere plugin, like on the PB browser.
I've just realized-- the PB screen is 1024x600! Video encoded at that resolution will look best on-screen! I've been converting stuff with the Xilisoft Video Converter and it's amazing. (and spectacularly fast on a fast system!)
I just started using Xilisoft Video Converter. It is amazingly great. See this comment on it.
