Thanks! Here's a link to the binder I am using:
yeah - typically you want to put it in a cheap penny sleeve and then put it in a Card Saver 1 (PSA wants that kind of top-loader specifically!). You can usually get cards done cheaper by sending them through third party services like this one, but I think this is probably a very high ticket item tbh, so maybe send it through the official channels even if it's more expensive. Your call though. Congrats on the down payment for your new house.
It’s a magnetic card holder.

I bought a 5,000-card box once but I hate it. It’s so heavy and big and I’m worried it’ll bend.
No problem. Think I found something pretty similar by googling magnetic Pokémon card holder lol

I've ordered these and they are very nice. Consistent sizes and never a sleeve too small that it bends the card.

They are Dragon Shield Perfect Fit sleeves. They are inner sleeves, so they are designed to then be put into another sleeve for added protection. They have top loading and side loading sleeves. Haven’t decided which I prefer at the moment. These are the top loading ones, I believe: Dragon Shield Arcane Tinman AT-13001 Sleeves (100 Piece), Clear, One Size https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NAG6W60/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_X76FZCD2J2D272K9YZGP
So, I have most of my “good” cards in an inner sleeve like this, then in a penny sleeve or regular Dragon Shield sleeve. Just depends on if it’s going in a binder or a case.
I meant is it better to use the soft sleeve plus top loader or the stiffer titan shield sleeve (https://www.amazon.ca/TitanShield-Standard-Protector-Gathering-Collection/dp/B072ZY1H1X) plus top loader?
Mine used to be in a tin. These are 4 pocket pages by bcw. I got them on Amazon awhile ago. Here is the link

Here is the specific product I bought (theyre out of stock now). At the end of the album its shows the minibinders i use and i found A5 size sheet protectors off amazon (these can be slightly tight if they arent printed correctly so you may have to try a brand or two). The protectors holes didnt exactly line up for the center ring but the other two rings matched fine so i just cut a new hole to allow the ring and ive had no issue.
The hardest part to jumbos is figuring out how to order them since many are either promos, alternates, or set cards.

I personally use this one. Great material, 12 pockets per page, comes with like 24 pages, and uses a zipper so it's mostly sealed. It's gone up in price since I bought it, and it really all depends on what you're looking for but I still recommend.

The Pokemon coins are a perfect fit for the 34mm capsules unless you are dealing with vintage coins. I think those have a slightly larger diameter and smaller thickness.

Big fan of Dragon Shield perfect fit sleeves. They are exactly as they state.
One like this but doesn't have to be super specific, most designated for sewing machine or other small machines should be of high quality. Look for one that talks about purity and clarity and all that. Can probably get some at Lowes or home Depot, I would just avoid the giant tin cans of it are cheapest by volume. You don't need much anyway.
Get yourself a better binder, bro. Those rings are going to ruin your cards.
Cheaper alternative on Amazon that I use, and would give 5/5 starts. Comes in 5 colors.
Also - say away from the binders with similar pages but have an elastic strap instead of a zipper, also terrible for card storage.
Hope this helps!

Hey guys,
I created an app called TCG Portfolio which is now available on the Google Play Store. I am on track to release the iOS version later this year.
We currently only support unlimited, shadowless and first edition (no reverse holo, cracked ice, etc, yet) and pricing data is pulled from TCG Player and PSA every couple of days.
Hope the community would find this useful and I am always working on development of new ideas. You can follow upcoming release on our Instagram.
Ask me anything you'd like!
I used a 27x40 frame, bought on amazon! Yes it's top loaders with sleeved cards, it fits perfectly 90 top loaders. Although the frame was a bit on the cheap side so I wouldn't recommend too much but here is the link if you need: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0817H8LWN/Only thing holder the loaders is gravity, but I added small magnets later on, on the front and back side to make sure the acrylic window panel is tight on the frame!

They are 1 inch, yes. These specific Exceed Heavy Duty ones are oversized, vertically and horizontally compared to a standard binder because the card pages I use are quite oversized.
They’re organized by set number, always starting with 1 on the first spot so I can reliably find a number if I count by 9s. Reverses are all together after a normal set (rather than directly after each normal counterpart; I don’t want to interrupt the layout of the normal set), and don’t follow that rule since there are gaps in the reverse numbers.
I’d post a picture of what it looks like inside but I’m not home.
I put a decent bit of thought into the whole thing so I don’t mind sharing my insight. I didn’t want binders with permanent pages because it would be a pain to move whole pages around if I wanted to, and I didn’t want to be limited to a specific number of pages per binder.
Yes, OP.. if you’re able to buy a new binder, this is the one you’d want to move that glorious collection to. https://www.amazon.com/Vault-Binder-Trading-Loading-Pokemon/dp/B071V91LGC/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=vault+x+9+pocket+binder&qid=1613073277&sprefix=vaultx+9&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzODd...

Ahh thank you~!! :D I am actually using a Canon T6i! But let me tell you, its Auto Focus plays games!! haha I have to constantly make sure I stay in focus!! Then yes, that's my goal. I just use UltraPro Platinum. Hell, I even put 2 cards per pocket. Some will say it's blasphemous to do this, but I'm planning to never sell these. And the one's I'm willing to sell are kept separate in more "ideal" conditions.

Available on Amazon. This is what I use. Can store them in the binder with penny sleeves. Best binder out there.
Linked below. They work for CS1s but are not as snug as id like. I would suggest putting them in a D binder back to back in the sleeve to increase fit. The booster fits very nicely in there. I have it over the card saver in an oversized tarot sleeve in a resealable bag from UP. Its a science project but it makes it fun.

I bought the VaultX 9-Pocket Binder for my VV master set. It holds 360 cards and I think VV has around 327 total cards (including reverse holos). This leaves room for the promo cards and pack art if you choose. Amazon Link: (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07S942M3W/ref=twister_B08K8YTHXZ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1)

Hello old timer, go on troll and toad (google it) and type in espeon and look at their selection. Consider a full art espeon (a card where the picture takes up the whole card). There are only 3-4 full sets per whole booster box which is 100$ in booster packs meaning it's better to buy her the card individually.
Get her a full art espeon imo. Maybe look into getting the kmc perfect fit sleeve+ full mat sleeves so she can double sleeve and protect her cards ( I have a lot of worn out cards from when I was younger and I love them for the nostalgia and memories) the sleeve combo is sold on Amazon for 9 bucks, it has both the perfect fit and mat, manufacturer is kmc
Those sets seem to be kinda hard to find or marked up, but for cosmic eclipse, if you're just into the set for the artwork, I would recommend getting the japanese version, Dream League. It's only like $50, you still get 30 packs, and you get around 8 or so pulls, just a few short pulls lower than the english booster boxes that are over 2x the price. https://www.amazon.com/pokemon-card-Enhanced-Expansion-League/dp/B07RPXL5QK/ref=pd_lpo_21_t_1/139-6410661-8552552?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07RPXL5QK&pd_rd_r=c2941a46-ec7f-42c0-92c1-e1e4c8c81faf&pd_rd_w=yLAf6&pd_rd_wg=nRZCO&pf_rd...
Binders just take up too much space. I still have 2 binders and they are for complete sets up to Neo series. Anything past that I store in containers.

Currently have 3 complete WOTC sets in it.
I gotcha. There is some truth to that but you just have to use the right fitted sleeves.
I've had some before that took a little effort to push the cards down into. I'm pretty sure those can hurt the edges.
Now I use these kmc perfect size sleeves and they fit great.
Cards slide in easily enough so they don't hurt the edges.
That should be the only issue with double sleeving.

This looks like its the same frame as OP's
Pretty much any older set can do... Legendary heartbeat will restock and the prices will go down eventually.
Or get high class GX all stars box. Those are still fairly affordable. However you get less packs to open.
Regular box has 30 packs with 5 cards. High class sets have 10 packs /better pulls
GX all stars you can navigate to other products from there. If you want to see what cards are in what sets just plop the name into Google and you get a list
I second this; can't recommend them enough. I like to double sleeve with elite trainer box sleeves as well, so that way it has a "seal" around the card.
Edit: This is the binder I use, which I also can't recommend enough. They come in all sorts of colors too!
I Spent some time researching binders myself recently. I ended up buying 2 BCW 12-Pocket Z-Folio LX Trading Card Albums, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VFXWC3Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_wb0gFbGX4V9AM I like it so far and the price was good compared other similar binders.
I use these https://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-Pokemon-Full-View-PRO-Binder/dp/B01LZNQMC9/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=pokemon+binder&qid=1595578970&sr=8-4 I just make sure any valuable cards are sleeved in good quality sleeves before being put into the binder sleeves. they have been in mine for about a year now all still seem in good condition
Brother this is looking pretty rough just having sleeves from a binder slapped on the wall. But I get what you want to do. I have been using Ultra Pro Screwdown Frames to display my cards. Before you mount them into the frames place them in a perfect fit sideloading sleeve protector then a deck protector so they are double protected from dust then you can put them into the frames. If you search for “Perfect Fit sleeves” on Amazon you will find them.
Ultra Pro ScrewDown Frames currently out of stock on Amazon but these BCW’s will do just fine.
You have some really nice cards there, putting them into frames will make them the viewing piece you want them to be!

Personally go look at something similar as it mounts to a wall allowing more desk space if you wish.

My kid is happy so I'm happy, but I would def prefer the one with cards.
Like everything else, it's kind of a matter of taste. I personally really like the fit of the Vault X Exact Fit sleeves (Amazon link here). But, in my experience, pretty much any sleeve will fit into a binder and top loader.
Side loading binders are your best bet. Make sure its a good quality one like vault-x. I use foaglio personally. Do not get ring binders. That was just user error if you bent your card using a side loading binder.
For cards u have in toploaders you can also buy a top loader binder but they are exponentially more expensive coming around a whopping 60$.
For ETBs. Booster boxes and upcs. Buy acrylic cases specifically for what product you have cuz they aren't all made the same size. There's a food storage container I saw in a YouTube video that will fit certain products.
Lastly, sort your cards however you want. I have 2 binders that are set up for master sets from lost origins and 1 for darkness ablaze so when I get a new card I already have a spot for it in order. I store bulk in perfect fit bags inside a box. I have binders for my spare holos and a binder for my Vs or better
I got the magnetic cases off Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Pro-Mold-55pt-Magnetic-Holders-Sleeved/dp/B08VSGT9T3/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1669739921&sr=8-2&srs=9506877011 I like them better than the ones at target, because I can fit with a sleeve on!
