I just downloaded an app called PPSSPP which is an Emulator on Google Play (I don't have an iPhone, so IDK if the emulator's on the App Store), and downloaded the .zip file for P3P from here: https://romsmania.cc/roms/playstation-portable/shin-megami-tensei-persona-3-portable-276897 and then I extracted the file in my PPSSPP File in Internal Storage, and it worked.

You have to download a rom from a rom site, it doesn't necessarily have to be the ones I linked if you want to look for more. It should automatically put them in the downloads folder then in the emulator you download it should take you to a file manager where you select the downloads folder and select the ROM you want to play. GBA emulators will also play GBC games so I'd recommend one of those. I bought John GBA, it's a great one.
So in Magic you play down 1 Land per turn, the land is universal like they can be used for everything you play down. In Pokemon the Energy cards are attatched to each Pokemon and when that Poke faints, the Energy cards go with it. Can only play 1 Energy card per turn as well. You can attach Energy cards to your benched Poke's as well as what's in play. So you'll end up going through plenty of Energy cards. The farthest I got in TCG I was close to beating all 8 gyms, when I play Pokemon I usually have different types for my 6 main. In the TCG I tried to only have 2 or 3 different types so I wasn't having to scramble trying to use moves n such. And they do have a bunch of ROMs, not just GBA and GBC roms. I don't think romsmania has the hacked versions of Pokemon games. Like the Clear Crystal Romhack is a good one to play. When you start a new game you get to choose your sprite, Youngster, Bug Catcher, a Team Rocket Grunt, etc and also what color you want your character. They have a ton of different starters. For example I was a girl TR Grunt amd started with a Houndour in Clear Crystal file that i played on. Also can choose between Kanto or Johto to start the game, also a bunch of things added or change for convience of playing.
There are a ton of different ROM hacks you could choose from to spice things up instead of playing the same game over and over. Yellow and Crystal are the 2 games I can honestly say I've played the most of out of any game I've ever played.
Check this out when ya have some free time to look at the different Emerald and FireRed ROM hacks. I've played a little bit of Glazed or Blazed Glazed.

These days you can emulate through your computer and most platforms can even be played on your phone! Also you can even grab a SNES usb controller for cheap from Amazon or whatever and it should work with anything you emulate.

Yeah just search for ppsspp emulator and it should come up (there is a gold version but you don't need it), after that I went on that page: https://romsmania.cc/roms/playstation-portable/tekken-6-275407 and downloaded the rom file, extracted it to an iso file and then I could play it. There are a couple of youtube tutorials too on how to do all of this :)

- .ROM files are used in obscure emulators like Colecovision. Usually its the first three letters of the console, such as .SFC (Super FamiCom) and .GEN (GENesis)
- Most rom sites give you .zip files for easy download speed
- sites like Coolrom.com and romsmania.cc give you .exe files instead of the rom, its a downloader, i wouldn't use it.

For emulating video games, I use emulators from emuparadise.me and games from romsmania.cc. If you haven't heard of emulation, it lets you play games from older consoles on your PC or phone. Currently the most powerful smartphones can run 3DS emulators like Citra, meanwhile on desktops, Xbox 360 and PS3 emulators are getting better (Xenia and RPCS3). But GBA and DS emulators and games are free, abundant and moddable. It may count as piracy but... Nintendo isn't making money off games from 2010, are they?

Hmm. Nintendo doesn't seem to care about games from discontinued consoles. Here is an n64 emulator and go to here for games. (WARNING be sure to press "More Options" and press "Browser download (slowest)" for the .z64 file in the .zip folder and not a shady .exe)
These downloads are safe. There's really no other way to play these games without buying a console. The 3d versions are great, but on a tiny screen. I followed a big long guide on hacking my 3ds to get the files out of the game cartridge to put on my computer to emulate them legally. Like I said, I'm pretty sure Nintendo only cares about games they still sell.
Ask your parents first and have fun with the first 3d Zelda game!

Use 7zipper on the bios they will most likely be in the download file.
Go onto the epsxe app and click run bios find the file that 7zipper unziped and unzip it.
Now you need to download the game last site I used that worked was https://www.retrostic.com/roms/ps-1
After that click run game on the epsxe app and find the game you may need to use 7zipper on the game first if it is not a iso. file.
I would avoid them, if you really got to play them, hack your system and download the games from Downloadroms.io or romsmania.cc (just make sure when downloading on mania to hit more options and hit browser download or it downloads some sketchy looking but probably totally legit .exe file as a "download manager" I'd just avoid it) and hacking is super easy I'd recommend a video from Tech James he does a really good job at keeping you up to pace

I use PCSX2, it' very simple to use. You can download it from here: https://pcsx2.net/download.html. Than download a PS2 BIOS, you can find it here: https://romsmania.cc/bios/pcsx2-playstation-2-bios-3. Once you did it download the .iso file of the game that you want to play, open PCSX2 and go on "CDVD" section and select ISO, than go on "ISO selector" and locate it. Go on System, click on "Boot" and it will ask you the BIOS folder, locate it and enjoy the game. Hope this helps.
Edit: I use a Dualshock 4 for it. Search on emulator settings and map it. I think you can also use the keyboard, but I can't help for this. Search on internet if you need it.

If you have the copies of your games and you want to do backups you can use RomsMania just use the problems with the download part. Only download Zip/Rar Files. Not exe or apk Files!

Roms Mania has a lot of good roms that always work for me. It's missing some things, but it should give you what you want/need fast. I know that Vimms Lair, while being a good site, can be very slow sometimes.
As for opening the roms...
Most emulators use an abbreviated file name of the hardware they emulate (for example, a GBA emulator will open .gba files well, a DS emulator will open .nds files well, and so on). A .iso file is a general rom file, as well as .wbfs and .wad. If you download a file and it comes out as a .rar or a .7z file, that is a file you need to extract the rom from. The extracted files most of the time come out as .iso or .wbfs files.
That's basically the basics. Hope that helps!

It is extremely unsafe, and even if you try to do the slower download, which is apparently safe way (That usually never fails) I do STILL NOT recommend it! EmuParadise (Not always safe but mostly reliable) and Vimm's Lair is the go-to.

Hey! Are you installing on a DS or 3DS? If you're on a DS you need Twilight Menu ++ or an equivalent, if you're on a 3DS you need the 3DS version of it. I'm assuming you're looking for the .nds file since it's a DS game, here's the link for it on Romsmania. Just make sure that you click "More Options" below the download button and click "Browser download" or otherwise it'll install a .exe which is pretty sus. Good luck!

There's no such site as rommania.com. Are you perhaps talking about romsmania.cc? If so, I think that site used to have .exe downloads, but now everything I've tried is just a plain .zip file. Maybe they changed recently?
I'm trying to download Timesplitters Future Perfect from romsmania.cc, but in Firefox and Chrome it won't let it download because it says it has a "virus or malware"
I just downloaded like, 6 games the other day from the same site perfectly fine. The rom in question has 3,402 downloads and a 4.3/5 star rating. Is it safe to download, and is there a workaround?
