I'm not a native speaker but after the previous user mentioned it I checked and it goes as far back as The Weimar Republic when the Prussian justice was blind in the right eye and sharp-sighted on the left to loosely translate a quote from a Vorwärts (Nr. 50, 31.01.1923) that I found here. I used to use them when I played in a cover band and now I use them for concerts. I’ve always found that they preserve the music quality without muffling it. They did great up near the stage at Rammstein.
The ringing sucks man. Im 42 and made it this long seeing tons of concerts with no damage, then one concert did me in. At least it was my favorite band I guess...

Yes! Protecting your ears is very important! I've been wearing Downbeats ear plugs for a few years now and really like them. You can buy them on Amazon. I wear them anytime I'm at a music event: concert/club/warehouse parties/even bars with loud DJs. You won't have the ringing afterwards. Hope that helps!

I personally use these. My dad uses soft foam earplugs (often used on contruction sites as well) but they mute the sound too much in my opinion. You can barely hear what the singer says when wearing those. I feel like these are perfect and still give you a great experience without damaging your ears. Especially when you're in first row.

I recently got a T-Shirt from them and the tag inside is from Gildan. Michael's for example has those T-Shirt brand, so you could try it on there for example. There are specific apps that do this, but I'd recommend just writing a script using something like MacroDroid (or use a template someone else wrote).
I wonder how those Rammstein headphones are. After googling the company name they seem to be fairly highly regarded; I can't just find which model the Rammstein headphones are based off of however.
