Its a scam. That pre-payment to "show how serious they are" will be a cashier/certified check.

Anita's Pillow Pets (why??)
Any more?
Trails or roads? If it's trails, the question is which mountain and how hard do you want it to be? If it's roads, then what neighborhood do you want to see? If you're running from downtown I'd probably run through the railroad district, down the railroad pedestrian trail and loop up terrace hill on your way back. I'm bored, I'll make you a google map! Be back shortly...
Edit: So This is about 7 miles, there are lots of different ways you could loop around I just like that neighborhood and the railroad pedestrian trail. If you make your way down to the train station you'll see the big pedestrian bridge to take you over the tracks. Terrace Hill has a great view of town and is only a maybe 5 minute or less climb to the top, there are lots of other great trails around too but Terrace is the shortest and easiest.
Are you up for something fairly steep? It's not a long hike, but it is quite steep. You'll be rewarded with the greatest views in town!

Welcome to work world of San Luis Obispo:
First off, I'd like to assure everyone here beyond all reasonable doubt that MINDBODY is most definitely a cult. They get shirts after a few months initiation, they have once a month cult-wide meetings, they have expanded to have chapters in New York, the UK, and Australia, and, most-damningly, they juggle.
Second of all, your proposal is perfect! The cost of initiation is exactly $1,000 + your first paycheck!
Oh, and there's this: http://mashable.com/2014/12/09/best-companies-2015/#:eyJzIjoiZiIsImkiOiJfOTdwamV4a2RyOHV5aGVzcCJ9
There's an abandoned mental hospital here?
Edit: It's true in case anybody else was wondering.
I was going to tell you to calm down but I'm puzzled with regards to the bump in wind gusts in the last year or two. Perhaps a local meteorologist could give their two cents. For what I think it is: It could be just growing pains with new instruments, which improve over time, or error in data recording/data fetching. For example, the average wind speed data are pretty consistent but gets more erratic the closer and deeper we get back into the 1990's. More and better instrument and records has brought down and stabilized the averages. Another thing about the wind gust bump is that I don't recall 150+ mph gusts of winds in that time period. That sort of thing is news worthy. Lastly the averages stayed consistent from before and after the bump.
Actually, I will still say to relax.
I went a few months ago with my boyfriend and we did a 10-mile in, 10-mile out backpacking trip to Sykes Hot Springs via Pine Ridge Trail. I would totally recommend it. The hot springs were lovely and I wish I could have stayed out there for much longer! If you do it, make sure everyone can handle the long hike, and is ok with slightly dangerous trails (you wouldn't want to slip in some areas).

I would bet Phoenix Books, Barnes and Noble or Mountain Air Sports has a copy of this book: I have one from a long time ago that I think I got from Phoenix... https://www.amazon.com/Day-Hikes-Around-Luis-Obispo/dp/1573420700
You should be able to remove the hard drive, plug it into a USB SATA adapter, and read the files off it. Something like this should work: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PVX682Q/
Looks like you can remove the front glass with packing tape or suction cups, detach the LCD panel with a T10 torx screw, and the hard drive is behind that. There's several tutorials on YouTube explaining how to do it.
I'd offer to help but I don't have a SATA adapter or T10 torx screw... so I'm afraid I'm not much use.
$53/year via Groupon. That’s how I’ve been subscribing. I can’t afford the full subscription, but I could afford this. The community needs to support The Tribune, otherwise we’re going to have no quality journalism outside of Poly...or worse, only CalCoastNews. 😱 https://www.groupon.com/deals/mcclatchy-nat-santa-barbara-2
Deeply discounted subscription (support local journalism not entirely paid for by ads) https://www.groupon.com/deals/mcclatchy-nat-santa-barbara -or- If you have a Library card and don’t have the spare income of a subscription http://infoweb.newsbank.com/apps/news/user/librarycard/SanLuisObispoCountyLibrary?destination=browse-multi%3Fp%3DAWNB%26t%3Dfavorite%253ATTC%2521The%2520Tribune%2520Collection
You may want to take the following data into consideration. The bay has far more jobs than SLO will ever have.
http://www.indeed.com/jobtrends.jsp
Using per capita data, SLO (0.04) has few jobs per person than SF (0.07) or San Jose (0.1).
There’s a really easy walk with an adorable walking bridge that ends up at the ocean, it’s at Oso Flaco in Nipomo, not too far from SLO. You can park outside the gate if you don’t want to pay the park fee. https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/oso-flaco-lake-trail
yeah because funnily enough the national socialist german workers' party is alive and well and strictly focuses on amazon book reviews. Or perhaps your teachers lied to you, and 96% of the population who actually possesses the capacity to conduct independent thought, the ones who pursue "facts over truth", are simply willing to expose themselves to all arguments, all sources, no matter how taboo, in the pursuit of this goal. Perhaps these people all came to their own conclusions, rather than just reciting ones that are imposed upon them. Then there's you, a "direction-brain" normie who actively publicly demonstrates their loyalty and obedience to his own oppression and helps to maintain this hegemony of control by regularly regurgitating (((approved thoughts))) such as: "the vaccine is Safe and Effective™" and "so what if Pfizer's CEO, Moderna's CEO, Johnson & Johnson's CEO, Regeneron's CEO, Astrazeneca's Chairman, the CDC Director, the CDC Deputy Director, the CDC Chief of Staff, the CDC Chief Medical Officer, the Covid Czar, the Covid Senior Advisor, the HHS Secretary, and the HHS Assistant Secretary are all Jewish. That's just a cohencidence goy. Plus, Hitler hated Jews, and according to my one-dimensional, linear way of thinking, Hitler was bad and he hated Jews, therefore all Jews are good and are our Greatest Ally ©."
I have another book recommendation that might help you come to terms with the situation you're facing. Don't worry, its NPC approved.
calling people nazi, anti-semite, fascist, holocaust-denying, or antivaxx isnt the dunk you think it is either. you clearly demonstrate an obvious overreliance on ad hominems in place of substantive arguments. you should read a book. try this one
What a silly thing to say...
Do you agree that Dinosaur Park is "one of the most peaceful" places in SLO county?
Maybe you are just a non-local student who hasn't explored the area.
Here is some help
I have heard about people using devices like the one below, but I don't have any experience with it:
https://www.amazon.com/PetSafe-Outdoor-Ultrasonic-Deterrent-Collar/dp/B000UZNLGA
These days, I don't dignify disinformation about me with a response. But this comment is rather libelous.
For one, this person insinuates that investigators would pay me a visit because I'm somehow involved in the SLO cannabis licensing corruption. Hate to be boring, but I'm not involved in that and never was.
Also, I'm not "involved" in any lawsuit against CalCoastNews. I was actually subpoenaed by the website and deposed as a "potential witness" in 2017 as part of their libel case. I testified under penalty of perjury that I was not involved in their manufactured vast left-wing conspiracy to "shut down" their website nor was I involved in any sort of "PR work." That conspiracy theory allegation has exclusively been peddled by CalCoastNews for years.
Fake claims about mental health of CCN writers? Gee, I don't know. Lying about me, stalking, harassing and threatening me for years is a little unhinged.
Also, great timing. I just sold 3,000 copies of Defamers.
I've seen this one recommended the most. I can already see this becoming one of my most played games on steam once it arrives.
Consider picking up on of these inexpensive dash cameras. I'm happy with mine. It loops and records over the oldest file, starts when the car starts, stops the same way. Set it and forget it, but have video when you need it. Great extra bit of insurance.

I used the android CraigslistPro app to set up notifications anytime a new rental/housing was posted that matched certain properties ( costs, allowed pets, exc). Then you can set up automatic responses to select from. It makes it super easy to be the first to reply!
Good luck!
