There are plenty of reputable and quite good VPN services out there. I use NordVPN myself and have zero issues whatsoever. Speed is great, my tracks are covered, and I can access region restricted content. It's affordable, safe, and indispensable.

Anymore, you're foolish for not using a VPN. Just make sure that you use a legimate one. Any kind of "Free" VPN is stealing your data, has shit speeds, or worse.

The pen i'm using is a Tombow Fudenosuke hard tip brush pen. I bought it from amazon. It is my absolute favorite brush pen.

I feel the same way because based on ethnographic research, women in Ashley’s demographic don’t typically marry until they’re in their forties and are finished having children. For a lot of reasons (mass incarceration, prime age male labor decline since the 70s, etc.) men are viewed by young women with low earnings (this philosophy of family structure has become more common over time across characteristics and likely because of lower earnings among younger Americans) to be financial burdens rather than contributors. Along with structural racism and inequality, young Black men with low earnings have an iceberg of undiagnosed trauma, which leads them down dark paths. Women are also sympathetic to their coparents because they recognize these inequalities, but they need someone to bring home the bscon. Motherhood is also seen as a rite of passage for young women with low incomes, and getting pregnant within weeks of meeting is common. Women do have high hopes but eventually accept that they can’t depend on their coparents, and move on. It seems the philosophy consists of “I got the baby I wanted out of that, I’ll find a partner later and have fun now.” Older men tend to be more stable and secure, so several women described deciding to marry a man because he can take care of himself and he doesn’t have a lot of child support debt (which is common). This is a really good book. Read it. It is written about abusive men. It also has testimonies from abusive men. It is a PDF. You don’t have to buy it.

Do not blame yourself for the abuse suffered in your home. Who you are truly as a person would have never allowed any of it to happen. He broke you down and tore you apart. The person left was someone just in survival mode. Find your way back to yourself.

I did a quick Google, having not heard this stat myself, and, on the surface it appears to be true. they have a higher rate of incarceration, drop outs, teen pregnancy for daughters, and suicide. Here's an interview from NPR, and if you Google father absence and youth incarceration you'll find the actual study for that one. There are articles on psychology today and webmd that say the same thing. Now how much these account for other variables, they don't say, so it could be much more correlation than causation, but there are studies on it.

If you haven’t read this already you might want to give it a go. It is about abusive men. They 100% abuse because they feel entitled to abuse their victims. They do not lose control, it is calculated and based on the fact they feel they have a right to it. It also has testimonies comparing the abuser and the victim’s perspective of their abuse story.

It also has red flags to watch out for in the future. Victims are at risk of further abuse by new partners because they feel “oh it is better than the last”.

YES! So, it's the same people that do Riverdale, and apparently it is going to be a spinoff based on the Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina graphic novels (which, if you have amazon kindle unlimited the first 5 are free to read), which are super dark and scary. I sort of thought everywhere in the states was like this. In high school my main class of 16 girls had 6 mothers? One became pregnant at 13 and straight-face claimed she didn't know she could get pregnant from sex. To this day I still wonder about that. 😱 We aren't too terribly far from where Cate is, so I'm now figuring there is a geographical significance to these parenthood "choices" in the US.

In high school we had a single sex ed course where our inebriated gym teacher told guys that girls are like dirty water you don't want to touch, and girls did word searches and were told to abstain before getting shooed back to the gymnasium.

I think it’s more about the abuser’s ability to shame their victim for being the source of the violent abuse. I would say this was for sure the case with JWoWW, he could have led her believe she deserved it for her temper. And that her “new image” didn’t fit the script for her anger. Perception vs reality is very different when your abuser has you isolated.

It was all BS. Her true fans love her as she come and see just happy she is safe. And that’s what women and men who are being abused need to realize. People will come to rescue you. Make have just been waiting for the opportunity. And if you have a shit family and trash friends there are resources available to free you. Take a visit to a shelter, see what options are available. There are people out there who do paid or volunteer work that are paid to save you.

And if you are abuser, get help. There is zero justification for the torment of others.

PTSD does cause anger and irrational thought. It does not cause men to systematically over a long period of time abuse their partner. Feeling entitled to abuse your wife is 100% the cause of abuse.

She isn’t leaving cause she is giving up. She is leaving him because he is an abuser. He uses his PTSD as an excuse for abuse. He only acknowledges his PTSD in order to justify abuse. My friends with PTSD work very hard and diligently to protect their families from pain. They 100% work to be non-abusive members of their family. If anything sadly most are more hard on themselves than anyone else. They have guilt and remorse. That dude has entitlement and anger. It’s scary.

I honestly think she waited for the cameras to appear to tape the show. I think she was worried he’d kill her. He talks like a typical abusive man everything is about them and their entitlement. He feels she doesn’t accept his PTSD. She does. She doesn’t accept being abused and having her kids witness abuse. He can control his behaviour in public, he presented well. He doesn’t just lose control with her. He 100% makes the choice to lash out and be aggressive and cruel towards her. He does it because he feels entitled.

Do not get your viewpoint of PTSD from him. He has it but he is also an abusive man. Most PTSD victims are kind souls who are just lost in pain, who lash out on themselves. Hence the high suicide rates. They care.

Oh the waterpik will be amazing the more you use it. I also highly, highly recommend this toothpaste. It will make your teeth feel brand spankin' new, especially any sensitive spots. It has changed my life, I'm serious. I use gum detoxify toothpaste in the AM and this toothpaste in the PM.

This style has worked well for me to secure the hair that hangs around the face, they are hard for little fingers to pull out. I use them for styles like half up/down, at the end of plaits/braids. They may not hold a pony tail alone if your daughter has thick hair but they have been a lifesaver for me to retrain my daughter from pulling her hair out at school.

The skip hop changing pad is 100% worth the $80. It's like 3 times more than any other changing pad so it seems silly but it's the only one that you dont have to worry about putting a cover on. My son's about to be a year old and he still loves to play with the mobile that comes attached to it too. Its life changing! I saw another comment about changing on the floor which we did do until he was about 2 or 3 months old but after that it's so nice to have somewhere to change them. He knows why he's on the pad and he cooperates way more than if hes on the floor

Side note- I got one of (these) high chair inserts for my 8 month old and it contains baby messes pretty well. It helps with my former server anxiety going out to eat. When we’re done I make sure I pull it out carefully and shake it outside. I don’t think it’s much of a hassle, definitely worth it.
