no idea if this is true or not but kind of unfortunate because i placed an order a few days ago
E1 has about 4% the estrogenic activity of E2, so it is much weaker. It is not only considerably weaker in triggering the ER response, but also considerably weaker in >binding< to the ER; so, high amounts of E1 won't 'block' your receptors, but feminization effects are overall slower with these.
Different routes of administration have different E2:E1 ratios. For reference, premenopausal women have 2:1, postmenopausal 1:2
compared to Europe's Amazon stores, the U.S. version actually sells a mixed E2/E3 cream ( https://www.amazon.com/Estrogen-Bioidentical-Estradiol-Management-Professional/dp/B07DFVL6WD/ ) which should be ok, esp. if you don't need max. feminisation if you're looking for enby-hrt or similar - however, the Estrogel you can get through various online pharmacies might have more E per dollar anyway..
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/urine-color/symptoms-causes/syc-20367333
Have a look here and see if you can find an explanation. Mayo clinic is arguably the best clinic in the entire world, and often leads medical research. Their site is 100% to be trusted.
Using a waterproof bandage over the patch would be best thing to do if they're not adhering correctly. As long as the adhesive is in contact with the skin, the patch will be working. 🎠G
Good links. Just to add diversity to choices here are my favorite syringes. They don't 'skip/studder' when pushing the air out of the injection needle and are actual luer locks so you don't have to worry about the needle popping off.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08KQ2QQJW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Whatever they prescribe (sounds low to me...) DO NOT go two weeks. 5 -6 days is optimal. At least once a week. Split your dose in half...
Why? See this: 3/4 the way down the page, read the chart next to "Intramuscular Injections" http://www.wikiwand.com/en/Estradiol_(medication)
though I don't know how exactly and at what rates CPA depletes B12, the digestive system is capable of absorbing 1-2 mcg B12 every few hours, so you are better off eating food that contains B12 oftentimes throughout the day. The other mechanism of B12 absorption, the "diffusion", works by providing overwhelming amounts (i.e. pills with B12 in the mg range), but this method should only be needed if traditional absorption via food still leads to deficiency.
is there any benefit to take Progynova bucally? It is E valerate, i.e. a prodrug to E2, and is meant to be converted to E2 via first pass metabolism anyway, isn't it? It just has awful E2:E1 ratio; half-life is 12-20h, by that, 2x1mg/day would be better.
Check out this graph I made. It's an approximation of what dose of each (sublingual and oral) you'd need to get the E2:E1 ratio produced by ovaries.
https://www.desmos.com/calculator/0hvcizv4xq
The highlighted area is where the E2:E1 ratio is atleast 2:0
Just split it into a separate dose with each administration.
If you can't afford to waste that $50, then you could take both at the same time while maintaining a good E2:E1 ratio.
Here's a graph of the E2:E1 ratio of oral and sublingual paired together
X is sublingual dose, Y is progynova dose, and the shaded area is when your E2:E1 ratio is at or above ovaries.
You'll still get some bad effects of oral (mostly IGF-1 suppression), but this is much better than oral on its own.
Physical bitcoin ATMs are an option depending on where you live https://coinatmradar.com/ (fees are really high)
Bisq is another, but you need a bank account with zelle or SEPA. (the bank won't know you're buying bitcoin because it's from another individual not a company.)
Bisq works really great, even though it doesn't seem like it should. I'd recommend reading the FAQ if you're skeptical. The sellers don't ask for ID or anything like that, so it might be better than localbitcoins.
Also, a new coinbase account allows you to buy bitcoin without verifying your identity. Occasionally they'll make everyone verify their ID, but it's a rare thing, and you also need to verify if you want to sell bitcoin. They'll still let you send bitcoin out of the coinbase account without verifying even if they don't let you buy more.
Have you considered buying bitcoin and using that to pay on inhousepharmacy?
it's very easy and cheap on https://coinbase.com if you connect a bank account. You can use a credit/debit card too, but there's a fee and pretty low weekly limit.
There's more payment options for bitcoin on https://localbitcoins.com, but the process is more involved.
I've been using these for a few months, I quite like them. It takes a long time to draw the oil, but it's worth it to have essentially no dead space to worry about.
I think I got mine from German ebay. https://www.amazon.de/-/en/polysaccharides-triterpenes-antioxidant-strengthens-inflammation/dp/B087CSVZX3/ref=sr\_1\_15?dchild=1&keywords=Reishi&qid=1614411151&sr=8-15
Actually taking reishi as raw powder is likely more effective, but its just more difficult to dose right. I know several people who take it like that. I opted for the caps as its so simple to dose right.
So you might want to consider if you want convenience or harder time dosing but likely better effectiveness. Keep in mind that there are different qualities of the stuff, so its better to go to the top shelf, pay a bit of premium to make sure its good quality. The caps I have are amazing, I have nothing negative to say about them.
(Btw, good idea is to take reishi in the morning when you have breakfast, T naturally spikes around noon and then again around midnight, so its good idea to give the DHT a whack right in the morning.)
Sells the 23g 25mm and ships to Norway. Hope this helps, otherwise check the other products on Amazon for your hrt storage.
Injecting around every 5 days is probably best. You’ll be looking at 0.4ml with every injection for best results and stable blood levels. As a cherry on the icing you might want to consider running an AI on the side like anastrozole to reduce the e2 levels. You can dm me if you want more tips and tricks.
Best of luck
You can crib enough from this link which has pictures and a table listing treatments. It's basically estrogen, spiro, and minoxidil applied locally by the look of it plus a blood thinner to prevent DVT. The last picture shows they added a microscopic quantity of retinol. So nothing special by the look of it. I have no idea what the retinol is for.
For trans women HRT and minoxidil can work well. I've seen impressive before and after timeline pictures although YMMV applied.
I am looking for a different supplier since the link you shared is in the UK, and I found this link on Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/MediVena-ONE-CARE-Luer-Lock-Syringes-Blister-Packed/dp/B09MSZSB38
Do you think it's safe to buy these types of syringes from Amazon? I obviously would be much more wary of purchasing needles.
Just after a quick scan, this might work for you:
It will take you a while to fill up a syringe through that tiny needle (0.5x25), but it's doable! I did that in past when I had no other needles, normally I use 1.25x40mm or something similar, it's way faster. I've heard some people use special drawing needles with filters too, maybe that's a good idea.
I usually buy sterile one-time use 2ml syrignes (like this, whatever they have in pharmacy https://www.amazon.co.uk/2ml-Sterile-Disposable-Medicine-Syringes/dp/B01N7CJFCR ) or any up to 5ml, but I inject ~1ml of oil. I'm not sure about those insulin syringe/needles, I never used anything like that, sorry. Is needle actually replaceable on those?
Needle 0.5-0.7mm x 25-30mm seems to work okay for me, smaller needle means more time to inject the medicine, but also less damage on your skin. I've heard of someone using even 0.4mm one for estradiol IM injections, but that would take ages to inject considering how much longer 0.5mm was for me :o I used 25mm length ones for gluteus maximus injection and I didn't notice anything wrong, it worked just fine for me, but I've read it might be short for some people. I started with 0.7x30mm personally. I don't feel much difference between those in my case, 25mm and smaller diameter does the job.
Make sure to research safety rules in regards to those injections, do not hurt yourself and good luck! It's nothing super hard to do injections, no stress, but make sure you know how to not hurt yourself! :)
I got this sports bra, it is great. Flat enough and because of its size it doesn’t standout under any shirt much.
137 is the CASH price, Amazon will take insurance if you have it and I assume it would drop that price down substantially. I just gave you the cash price because that's what it shows me with no insurance. I hope everything works out! ❤️
You can use something like this
here are the ones i use, syringes and needles. you can use whatever gauge you want, i just use 23g for drawing and injecting, same needle, so that there's less waste each time. and these arent the best low dead space syringes but theyre pretty good, and if you use the air lock method you have basically no medication loss.
if you plan on doing IM anywhere but dorsogluteal (thats where i go and imo it has the least amount of pain, but you can also do ventrogluteal - avoid your thigh) i suggest using a smaller needle, but honestly 23g doesn't hurt at all 🤷♀️
subq is basically just as good, really, esp with EEn being as steady as it is, but if you plan on doing subq youll want small needles (like the ones diabetics use for insulin). there's less pain but the tradeoff is you need to inject more frequently.
I use 31G 8mm needles, with Oelabs EEn, using their 3ml insulin pen vials.
Honestly, it was the simplest, most pain-free injection I've ever had. Literally felt nothing.
I've used 2 different pens:
The cheaper one I bought from Oelabs itself since I knew there wouldn't be any compatibility issues. That one just pushes the entire dose in one go. Not sure if that's necessarily a good thing.
I bought a second, more expensive one later, purely because it happened to be pink (don't judge me!). That one also had a much smarter mechanism which delivered the dose much more gradually, so you just hold down the button and watch the dose reading slowly drop over maybe 30 seconds. That seems to give the EEn more time to dissipate too, and seems like a better approach.
This was the pen I used if you're interested: https://www.amazon.co.uk/HumaPen-Savvio-Insulin-delivery-device/dp/B00O63B4RA
I used the same 31G 8mm needles for both, subq into the abdomen.
Neither pen was remotely painful (didn't feel the needle go in with either), but I've not tried a syringe myself.
Doesn't come with needles, but I bought a pack of these from Amazon (31G 8mm needles):
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08L9HYZM1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I read up on insulin injections to get the technique sorted, and watched a few YouTube videos.
Setting the does is easy enough. I started with a dose of 4mg, or 0.08ml, which means you set the dial to "8 units" (unit = 0.01ml), but check the figures yourself in case my math is off.
Don't store it the the fridge. It can be kept at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
Honestly, it's the least painful injection I've ever had.
In the last 2 years I've had some covid vaccines, a dental jab, and a blood draw, none of which were especially painful anyway, but EEn via insulin pen was less hassle than any of them.
I went into the abdomen (subq) at 90 degrees, and felt next to nothing. Maybe I was just expecting it to be painful, but in the end I hardly felt it.
10/10 - would jab myself again!
You'd need insulin pen needles, something like this.
https://www.amazon.com/MedtFine-Insulin-Needles-Pieces-2x100/dp/B07D6WDWJF
You can also just get a generic insulin pen from your local pharmacy, you don't need the one from oelabs.
Read this for more info on injections:
You will want to dispose syringes after each use. If you're looking in the correct place, they cost just a little more than needles.
You can find them pretty cheap on Amazon. I use 1ml and stick with care touch.
https://www.amazon.com/1ml-Syringe-Only-Luer-Lock/dp/B071GZP1QP
I personally really enjoy meditating with positive intention with my medicine before taking it. It's been studied and proven that having positive intentions and meditating with substances before putting into your body has beneficial effects.
I also like to get my blood pumping a little bit with some light exercise especially before each dose. This way my blood is actively moving throughout my body and not stagnant. This will in turn help distribute my medicine.
Stay very hydrated. Consume more than you think you need. Your body will be going through such a hormonal shift you need to keep up with providing it the basics. Take daily vitamins. Personally I try and stay away from the gummies that a lot of people take. I found this one on Amazon that's really tasty and has everything I was looking for.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09PGKQ6Q1?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Diet will really help too. Not sure what you're usually eating on a daily basis, but lots of greens and and fruits will do you good. Minimal red meat will go a long way. Basically the better you eat the less stress your body will be focused on which leaves it to focus on your hormones.
Enjoy the journey ❤️💙
This is the stuff I bought: Bio-Identical Estradiol and Progesterone Cream. Fragrance Free. Free from Toxic, Harmful petrochemicals. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L7YY3MZ/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_4ATKRSDE9MYFVE5ERM14
https://www.triabeauty.com/products/hair-removal-laser-4x / https://www.amazon.com/Tria-Beauty-Removal-Laser-Women/dp/B00DLJ7N2U/ is supposedly the only FDA-cleared consumer laser & I haven't gotten one yet, but I would refresh the pages daily until the sale price dips back into the $300s.
Where did you get "Supple Nips"? 🤔 The closest I could find is "Supple Cups" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0186E545C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_i_EXHJWRXA8ZTV91TZWYW0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 I also looked on eBay.
I’m looking at this one:
Estrogen - All Natural Bioidentical Estrogen Bi-EST 2.5 - Estriol & Estradiol - Age Management for Women - Professional Grade - Two Month Supply (Unscented - 3oz) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DFVL6WD/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_9HQNY293V95776BMJ9WX
And this one
> It tends to be the preferred method of payment for those operating outside of the law.
It's also better in a lot of ways too though, not just to avoid the law.
It's fraud proof, and you can't scam people by doing charge backs or anything which is very good for online sellers. It's also much cheaper to send money internationally with bitcoin than like WU or SWIFT, especially high amounts because those charge a percentage, but with bitcoin it's a flat fee for every transaction.
The downsides being hugely fluctuating price, difficulty actually getting it in the first place (especially if you aren't a citizen of a rich country), and the risk of messing something up and accidentally deleting your money (you actually delete the password to your money basically).
There's no customer service or anything (it's not a company or anything, just a technology, like the whole internet), so you're pretty on your own if you run into trouble. Anyone can PM if they need help with it though.
I'd recommend https://coinbase.com since they make it easy to buy and spend it.
So Groupons are basically vouchers you purchase for a discount. Some have really specific terms, but as long as what you want conforms to those terms, they can be an excellent deal. Here's one in the San Diego area for three laser treatments over a "large" area, which they say would the entire face would count as (scroll past the reviews for their definitions): https://www.groupon.com/deals/revive-med-spa-38?deal_option=c1acf13b-7138-40fc-8b32-35857e9edfb6 . This isn't a recommendation for that place, I just picked it from a list of places that came up when I searched for laser hair removal in San Diego, but hopefully it shows you the concept! They do actually have some for electrolysis but with far fewer reviews and seemingly weirdly cheap, so idk how effective today places really are or if the thing is that a person would need more treatments than they'll sell through Groupon.
Yeah sorry I was thinking about that last night, I got it backwards, it's a booster. It's this:
Swanson Cox-2 Combo 120 Capsules https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00068JKMK/ref=cm_sw_r_apanp_gFaAy73cql281
I have seen vaginal applicators, like lube shooters, that you could squirt cream in then shoot it up.
It's like the saying "A smart person learns from their mistakes, a wise person learns from other's [mistakes]." 😁
Oh, and I just discovered this: • SoftSheen-Carson Magic Razorless Shaving Cream for Men, Hair Removal Cream, Regular Strength, 6 oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZXBI0XU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_i_BXK0E5A6J6SEDWE309P1?psc=1
Have you heard anything about it? I don't know why it hadn't come up in my searches before today. 🤷
I bought this stuff for my unibrow: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00D06FIOE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It has come back (after 1 month) but not as strong as before. ALSO NOTE tho Iv been tweezing this area for freeking years now - so its already been heaving worked on and I wouldnt be surprised if the roots have been damaged by that (and good riddence too!)
However remember this is YOUR FACE here, and this stuff contains chemicals. Try a small test area first. And DONT go mad on your face if it all seems fine after an hour. Wait a day.
If you think Im being a bit too muchhh on this let me explain why. I used regular hair removal cream on my unibrow ONCE. Seemed finr if a little sore for a while. Paid no more attention to it. Went to bed. Work up with a massive scab in the middle of my head that took a fortnight to clear.
BE CAREFUL please.
Interesting... 😏😋 I really want to try the Now Solutions one, thank you for sharing.
This is what I'm using: Source Naturals progesterone cream https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GFJJHY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_i_WNZ3QKHHMA7BD1RRGT3Q
If you don't mind my asking, what "localized areas" do you put it? 🤔 I spread a lot on me. I put it on my butt every few days, on my arms & legs about every day, and recently whenever I freshly shave my chest area.
Wherever I don't put it, this is a great lotion I put on: Udderly Smooth body cream 12 oz (Pack of 6) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001ET78L0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_i_V65YWR5MMYJ1ZZ2CAK4E?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I use these needles for injections using EV i bought from Otoko. Amazon lets you select specifically amazon packaging if it’s sold by a 3rd party, and my package arrived inside of Amazon packaging.
Thanks a bunch for taking the time.
Yea, I inject my HRT as well lol.
I haven't tried conditioner as a shaving cream yet, any specific recommendations? I just use EOS cream and already back shave everything. EOS is pretty nice and makes my lips a bit numb.
I was gonna ask about your brows too cause I'm having some trouble learning to shape mine. SO I guess that brawn one is what you do?
I'm gonna try that E cream I linked you so hopefully it will be similar enough to the prescription for benefits.
I guess having done laser helps a lot too because you don't have to shave constantly and irritate your skin.
ty so much again <3
Thanks for the input.
Sounds like 100mg Orally during first 14 days then 100mg rectally last 14 days would be more efficient then.
I agree testing would be ideal.
I wish we had our healthcare system a little more together in the U.S. so I could afford more testing but it's already pretty expensive for me just getting the minimum needed bloodwork.
I did find this - which is a PdG test at home for cheapish.
TIL -
>PdG (Pregnanediol Glucuronide)is the urine metabolite of progesterone – the hormone released by the ovary after ovulation. After progesterone circulates through your bloodstream, it is metabolized by the kidneys and excreted from the body as PdG. PdG levels in urine correlate to progesterone levels in blood. ~~proovtest.com
Is there any reason to believe the metabolism mechanisms will be different for trans women vs cis women here? It seems affordale enough to give it a try for me. At least I could get relative levels for myself? Like higher/lower generally.
I got this one. It was about $76 when I got it. I combed through a lot of the reviews and most simply reported that it either worked or didn't work. I figure if this doesn't work at all for someone, a more expensive one won't change that - unless, of course, the more expensive one is designed to target lighter hair, which the cheap ones can't.
Just noticed your needle length, that is a VERY short needle even for SubQ, 1/2" or 5/8" is usually recommended. For reference I use these:
EasyTouch U-100 27g, 0.5cc / mL, 1/2"(Box of 100) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081VV1PN3/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_6MWD8C104F4K6P9J4T3S?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This home laser hair remover is awesome! In 8 weeks of treatment it has permanently removed ALL of my course and heavy body hair with no pain or discomfort. It has one of the highest ratings on Amazon and it costs around $100; much cheaper then most .
IPL Hair Removal, Laser Permanent Hair Removal for Women and Men, 999900 Flashes UPGRADED At-Home Hair Removal Device for Facial Legs Arms Whole Body Treatment https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09BQJYWMT/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_N7J3SXBYP5MDT3ATNWZS?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
they may not be viable alternatives for you, but look into https://bisq.network/ and https://localbitcoins.net/
I think the coinbase thing is only for debit/credit cards too right? If you hook up a bank account, then the limits are ridiculously high per day/week.
I had checked 23andme a while ago, but the tests didn't supply much info back then. I checked again today and they added a lot of new stuff! Like breast size and morphology. I wonder to which extent this can be applied to MtF people though. Those general genetic profiling is interesting but still, they don't give much info about what I'm looking for :/
Spiro's potassium effects kinda depend on a few factors
Also definitely avoid potassium supplements and potassium based salt substitutes
Basically I avoid "low salt" foods, especially ones that don't have potassium levels listed, because sometimes they use potassium salt substitutes to get that low sodium, and I try not to eat a ton of fruits that have a lot of potassium (which is a lot of fruits, bananas aren't actually the worst).
I just keep my potassium intake within the daily value range. I use cronometer to make sure I get enough calories, and it also tracks potassium and other nutrients so its really helpful for this!
Regardless though its good to get a blood test like a few months in just to make sure :)
If Shelly says it's good, it's good. It's very possible to handle mail and web services on two different physical servers.
Wix is the one that took down their web, but it looks like they have google handle their mail, so I think there should be no issue.
If you don't want to airlock as dodell616 suggested, you could try a different plunger, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08KQ2QQJW/
The plunger lines up snug against the end of the syringe so there is minimal waste. If you're like me and a little crazy about using every last drop, after you inject you can always remove the used sharp and then squeeze out the small amount of remaining injectable onto your wrists and rub your wrists together to help the transdermal absorption.
I actually use a gram scale that I already had from Harbor Freight. A simple pocket scale like this https://smile.amazon.com/Precision-Portable-Accuracy-Batteries-Included/dp/B091678KNF/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2TP9HZKWD0FG7&dchild=1&keywords=pocket+digital+scale&qid=1629063410&refinements=p_85%3A2470955011&rnid=2470954011&rps=1&sprefix=pocket+digital+scale%2Caps%2C350&sr=8-4 I zero the scale with it set to grams with the spreading spatula on the weighing platform. Then I weigh out my given dose. 1 gram of .06 Gel gives a .6mg dose. So every 1mg dose you need per application is 1.67 grams on the scale. I also use it to keep track of how much is left in a tube, so I know when it will run out, and have time to get more.
If you're talking about the red and white Oestrogel tubes from A4H especially, a full tubes weighs 93 grams and an empty 13 grams both with the cap on (approximately).
Pill cutters are cheap, safer and are useful if the pill crumbles. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Opret-Splitter-Quarter-Vitamin-Medicine/dp/B081YDDHGH/ref=asc_df_B081YDDHGH/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=394276556622&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=10464286511254023510&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hv...
Buy this : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MZ04NWS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and dump under your tongue. Set a timer for 10 minutes and basically swish it around your mouth and let sit under your tongue. So sublingual + buccal. I do this twice a day with 2 mg progynova pills.
So I don’t take any AA or have ever. I started on on Estradiol Valerate alone. After 6-8 months I started using this. I used it intermittently for about 4-5 months where I saw my breast growth pick up exponentially. I then got my Dr to write me a script for it and take it as a suppository now each night.
I guess you can call progesterone a AA if used in the same way as me, but I don’t really view it as such.
I'm finally about to try to start using it some. Hoping to go after chest and belly hair which will be the easiest for me to access; if I can get good at it, I can go after my face and get anything laser didn't.
I couldn't source a good digital microammeter panel module (at least without being more patient and ordering from digikey or something) so I ended up with https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08RS9MCQ8/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_glt_fabc_2HEHVB5PX5TFNF5BVT1R?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 pics: https://twitter.com/tslycha/status/1392681490761269249?s=19 Seems to work fine though with my tests so far.
I built the thing with only parts from Amazon (excluding some blank PCBs and tools I already had), with the idea that Amazon will deliver to many many places in the world, so if it can be built with stuff from Amazon, then lots of people would be able to build it (with the relevant know-how and patience at least).
(Because f*ck the trans tax 😉)
I ordered this cream it looks very similar to the one in your link.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y89JNCZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glc_fabc_Y3PFVM40Y3Y6JA6NT90G?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 As foe dosing I started taking 2mg of estrofem daily in January and increased it to 4mg daily broken up to 1mg every 6 hours about a month ago. I just want estrogen to hit me like a train in alot of ways lol
What you have thought that you bought does exist but you don't want phytoestrogen knock-offs. They do little to zero. Here is what works for many people depending upon how much you use. Genital application is most efficient. I usually buy Life Flo but I don't see it. There is also an estradiol version that sometimes they list and other times, they do not. If you can afford it and have access, Estrogel is better.
You want something that says bio-identical estrogen/estriol. The pills you’ve linked too are just placebos, a random assortment of plants typically.
I’ve been using this while I wait for my Rx to arrive:
Estrogen - All Natural Bioidentical Estrogen Bi-EST 2.5 - Estriol & Estradiol - Age Management for Women - Professional Grade - Two Month Supply - 3oz. (Unscented) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DFVL6WD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_ETFY0H7FT268VW4FJVG2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It does have some minimal effects if you go above the recommended use. My skin has become softer and my body hair has not been growing with as much vigor. I do have naturally low T so that is also a contributing factor I think.
Sorry for the bad link, I’m on mobile atm.
The product says each application contains 0.5 mg estradiol along with 2 mg estriol. Would that be enough to try out the effects of estrogen on my body/brain?
Also you said it's not synthetic so what form of estrogen is it and where is it derived from? The package says all-natural and here it is for your reference:
Maybe not at just any drug store, but here's a link to purchase non-prescription, bioidentical estradiol from Amazon.
Look up "Braun Facial Epilator"and "Facespa Pro 910" (see here for example https://www.amazon.com/Braun-Facespa-Epilator-Epilating-Cleansing/dp/B07T7ZV9N5). It's very easy. I use the body epilator the Braun Silk-Épil under my chin. At the moment electrolysis isn't an option for me either with corona. Been plucking only for 6 months and love it.
I remember reading the post and clicking the link.
I found this in my browser history https://www.amazon.com/Bio-Identical-Progesterone-Advanced-Delivery-Pro-Relief/dp/B01N12IXCM
I don't know if it's the one.
❤️
>were extracted from pregnant horse urine.
Those are conjugated estrogens. Nasty stuff, and not prescribed very much anymore.
>Because I found bioidentical estrogen for sell on amazon. If this is what it seems like, then it is great for me because I can’t consume animal products, and I can get HRT w/o prescriptions.
Thats sourced from yams. Not a good source of estrogen.

Most of the estradiol that we use is bioidentical because it is synthetic, i.e. manufactured.

Amazon, shady I know, but I’m pretty sure I’ve posted the link here before. All my research looked like the company was reasonably legit and it’s working so far for me so I trust it.
I’ll post the link again for you when I find it.
Edit: This is the one I found to be the best price with the most estradiol. They also have a progesterone cream that I use on my ass face and breasts that seems to work really well for me. https://www.amazon.com/Estrogen-Bioidentical-Estradiol-Management-Professional/dp/B07DFVL6WD/ref=pd_bap_m_rp_1/142-9787996-6513601?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07DFVL6WD&pd_rd_r=42caa06e-b6a0-438a-9042-d2aa65a5a310&pd_rd_w=OFq48&pd_rd_w...
I've used climara 0.1ug patches for about 3 months at this point. Very seldom would they last a full week when i started, although I place them on the femoral triangle. I would suggest getting some tegaderm patches to put over the patches to ensure they stay on, like these : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000O5YRPU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I usually use 2 tegaderm dressings per Climara 0.1ug patch just to make extra sure they stay on. This may not be necessary for you, but it solved the issue I had of losing adhesion.
Well, this is not a product that can be used as an alternative to pharmaceutical E. I tried it—and progesterone cream—to supplement my conventional HRT dosage. I actually saw better results with the progesterone cream when applied to my face, legs, and breasts.
The Progesterone cream rounds things out, so if you want more feminine facial features, fuller breasts or buns, etc., that's the way to go with local application. It's subtle, but if applied consistently (twice a day), it will be effective with time. Don't look for results in a week or a month, tho. More like six months or more.
I use this one.
subcutaneous? I use these for butt or thigh
i dont know about intramuscular
When I was wearing patches, I wore them on my hip, and my abdomen, and I would wear waterproof bandages over them. And that eliminates the bunching up and sliding of the patch on your skin. Just be sure you don't have a lot of body hair in that area. 👗E
Most of us who inject subcutaneously, do so in our torsos with a 25g 5/8" needle, and draw with an 18g 1"needle using 1cc syringes.
The 1cc syringes are much easier at measuring small doses like you will be taking.
Early on, I got my syringes from Amazon, and with a prescription, I got my needles through my pharmacy.
I'm now ordering my needles and syringes through my pharmacy with a prescription, and my insurance covers it. 🎠E
I just bought them separately on Amazon. Syringe needle combinations tend to have really short and small needles.
Luer lock and luer slip are industry standards, meaning that any luer syringe with work any luer needle, just make sure it's not a blunt tip needles, these are not for injections. Luer lock you have a spring on the syringe and screw the needle on. With luer slip you just slip it on and it's held by friction. Luer lock needles can be used on luer slip syringes. I don't think that Luer slip needles even exist.
These are the ones I bought but I haven't used them yet since my shots are still in transit.
Syringes (1ml, Luer slip, 100 ct): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BQDRDC2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Needles: (1 inch, 25G, Luer lock, 100 ct): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0821PN5M4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Also, two things: Don't get shitty needles, and ideally use one needle to draw, and another to inject. Dull needles are painful.
I don't know about for swimming, but I swear by this sleep bra on Amazon. No seams and you can remove the pads too. They have a few color options https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R3YS1TV/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_xuDzEbYTR47QK
Are you going through a VPN at all, because i've noticed that this happens when i try and access when i'm going through a VPN (NordVPN, connected to Romania). I've just disconnected my VPN and i can access QHI no problems. :)
Contact them and say you want to buy from QHI, but you want to know if they can make a discount on the same stuff. They have also Casodex, the brand name of QHI bicalutamide.
If they can make a better price, you can discuss how to pay.
I already bought from them paying with Skrill, they are reliable and ship providing a tracking code. Ask also for sending the matrix code on the medication along with all the stuff, so you can check the authenticity of the medicines scanning the matrix code with this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.its.android
They sell medications regulated by Turkish Ministry of health.
Get Tegaderm Film and apply it over the patches (https://www.amazon.com/Tegaderm-Dressing-6cm-7cm-Box-x/dp/B000KHB6Z6/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1540629538&sr=8-1&keywords=tegaderm+6x7+cm)
Works like a charm. I can shower, do sports and after some days they're still fine.
Will this cream work on testicle?:https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Progesterone-Liposomal-Skin-Cream/dp/B00H4HWOFG/ref=pd_cp_194_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00H4HWOFG&pd_rd_r=WNTSTNCFE70SHYCZ4QJ3&pd_rd_w=qH5QB&pd_rd_wg=QFSi3&psc=1&refRID=WNTSTNCFE70SHYCZ4QJ3 Also what dosage of the cream do you recommend as starting dosage?
> Your brain cells for example, can't run on fatty acid's and need glucose from carb's to run on.
Not exactly. It can run on ketones and the glucose needed is produced endogeously through gluconeogenesis. Carbohydrates are not an essential macronutrient. I ate zero carbs for up to 9 months. https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/fears#brain
Extract from this book https://www.amazon.ca/Art-Science-Low-Carbohydrate-Living/dp/0983490708
> In fact, the human brain is a carbohydrate-dependent organ ONLY if one routinely eats a lot of antiketogenic nutrients such as sugars and concentrated carbohydrates. When dietary carbohydrates are held to 50 grams or less per day, humans undergo a process called keto-adapation, causing the liver to make and release ketones into the bloodstream. After a few weeks of the keto-adaptation process, serum ketones increase severalfold, reaching 1-3 millimolar (mM). Above 1 mM ketones, more than half of the brain’s fuel comes from ketones. The rest of the brain’s fuel must indeed come from glucose, but this amount (usually less than 50 grams per day) is easily produced endogenously by the liver from ‘metabolic left-overs’ via a process called gluconeogenesis. Thus, the brain uses glucose in varying amounts depending upon the availability of ketones. The manifest ability of the body to supply the brain with fuel independent of dietary carbohydrate intake clearly contradicts this committee’s assertion that the brain is a carbohydrate-dependent organ. Simply put, this is a classic case of a false premise leading to a false conclusion.
ye you can wear them in the Shower and it Depends on the Manufacture on how long you wear them in Estradots case its a switch , every 3.5 days means 84 Hours Maximum then Switch it out for a new Patch ( i usually let the old one Applyed for another 12 Hours) means : are 3.5 Days over i Apply the new Patch then i wait another 12 hours and Remove the Old Patch that way i have no Homon Crashes :)). Nice greetings and ofc here for example: https://www.amazon.co.uk/500ml-Isopropyl-Alcohol-pure-ISOPROPANOL/dp/B00AMZ10SE its sold in the UK o,o i buy them in an apothecary shop ;D <3 other websites are Healthexpress (transgender Therapy) , QHI CO UK or Goldpharma (they sell currently German and Switzerland Estrogen Brands)
You can pull the medicine into a syringe and replace the cap on the syringe and keep it to inject at a later time. Alternatively, you can order these
https://smile.amazon.com/pack-Sterile-Empty-Vials-Hospira/dp/B006TNFSX6
and open all of your ampoules and use a syringe to move the estradiol into one of the empty vials, that way you can fine-tune your dosage without wasting estradiol.
If you want a decent video about gluteal injections, here's one

I dunno since I went from shaving my head every couple weeks for 20 years to finally letting it grow so it's growing but I have nothing t compare it to. Can't hurt though! Also I was growing out my nails but and they were great but now they're kinda crappy either because of nail polish or HRT or both so I've been cutting them shorter again (caused dysphoria at first but now i'm ok with them short, at least when they're painted lol)
However I'm guessing it helps since I also got some biotin serum for my eye lashes and that def worked, in 2-3 weeks I noticed them getting a lot longer and fuller.
I buy this one https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00IOZWC2M/ and take 1 after breakfast and one after dinner.
They do say it can cause acne but I think I've been ok (other than what the laser hair removal causes). If it does I could do just 1 a day I guess)
Staggering medication start times is generally done so that if you have an adverse reaction to one of them, it's apparent which one is causing it. Also, I'm suggesting going bicalutamide-only initially just so you can tell if it's effectively blocking testosterone before starting the rest of the therapy.
By splitting pills, I mean getting a tablet splitter and physically cutting your pills into halves or quarters. Bicalutamide is intended to treat prostate cancer, so its dosage in a single tablet is actually much higher than most transgender women need.
A drug's half-life time is the amount of time it takes for your body to eliminate half of the drug. Flutamide has a half-life of 6 hours, so 12 hours after taking it, you only have a quarter of the dose still in your body, and an eighth after 18 hours. In comparison, bicalutamide has a half-life of 6 days, so you can sustain an effective level in your body around the clock much more easily. The flip side though is that if you took enough bicalutamide for it to immediately be effective at the first dose, you'd quickly reach toxic concentrations by taking that same amount every day. It takes about three months for the amount of bicalutamide you take daily to equal the amount eliminated by your body, regardless of what that dose is.
