Haaa it's me for the last few months. If you're interested in learning Japanese I'd really recommend WaniKani for learning Kanji, it's super helpful:
Joke received, but also, that is literally a phone case shaped like a spray bottle.

Yeah, guilty as charged. T-shirt, cardigan, leggings, chucks. Grey and olive only (to hide cat hair). I know I'll be comfortable and reasonably inconspicuous, so of course that's what I go for every time. Why wouldn't I?
PS: If any of you aspergirls need some comfortable pants, I practically live in these and would highly recommend them.
You should get him some treat puzzles like this if he already likes scooping his food out. It makes them work a little harder for their food, and it’s good stimulation for them.
Yes here it is. It's not in english though, I don't know how wonky any automatic translation will turn out. I like deepL better than Google translate but it's still not perfect.
Here's a more advanced version. It's got all sorts of extra stuff like stickmen you can control, an absolute ton of new elements, and even an implementation of Conway's Game of Life for some reason.
My secondary idea was it's great for cataloguing facts in general...I think I'm going to set up a subcategory RealWorld/
I used DocuWiki which is free and lets you set one up pretty easily.
I like it because it makes editing and categorizing really simple.
It's not quiet, but not as bad as I was expecting. It has adjustable temperature too, so sometimes in the summer when it's gross outside I stand on it to cool off for a minute.
This is the one I have.
I got these because I hate not having my socks match each other. I used to end up with one that was a little more stretched out than the other and it drive me absolutely insane. I used embroidery thread to create a matching number of loops at the top so that every pair always had a matte. If I can't find the mate, I don't wear the sock.

In Inanna, Queen of Heaven and Earth, the title is given as "The Holy One," though I'd warn you that there's almost certainly a different academic reference title, which I do not know off the top of my head. The "you" is Inanna.
The gala are the priests to whom the OP is referring.
The CBT I've been using is a book specifically for adults on the spectrum. Heres the link. I've had no luck with usual CBT therapists but this one is tailored for adults on the spectrum. Highly rate it, been having a good sort out upstairs

Also CBT isn't really standard talking therapy, it is changing the way you think and respond to situations, and learning to manage emotions. It's not simply talking to a therapist, it requires work on your own part to change your approach, thoughts, and in turn, your emotions. It's definitely a process, and valuable in dealing with anxiety whilst on the spectrum, so long as, like you said, altered from it's original state.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NM3RSRQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 this is the pair I have, its 60$ so not inexpensive but it is amazing. Even when it is off, just putting on the headphones decreases sound signficantly. Its bluetooth as well and has a good range so you can wander the house and still listen to your music. Also, personally sometimes if the world is too much I will wear my headphones and earplugs just to get rid of the extra imput Check out this article, the authors actualy used science to test a bunch of headphones, I chose my pair of headphones due to this review https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/reviews/best-noise-cancelling-headphones/
I just did a "life skills" course.. and the 90mins on "tips to combat impluse spending, and explaining the need to do it in the first place" was replaced by 50mins of the person hosting the course and one of the members on Air Fryers and why you should buy one.
Thanks.. now all i have in my head is i need to curb my spending but also my mother would love an air fryer and a rice cooker for xmas..
I was recommended this air fryer and this rice cooker as the BEST ones to get to save money..
its a good thing my bank has fucked up sending me my new card and i cant spend a penny.. as i'd be out £400 right about now on two appliances we dont want.. or need
thanks for the help on Impulse buying.. we spent the last 3mins talking about it.. sorry i mean "do you all have troubls with IB? oh look at the time we have gone over.. we can talk about this again".
that was 3 weeks ago.. hasnt been mentioned again.
I s2g orange peeler sticks are life savers. I love oranges but I have such a hard time peeling them! Got myself a few of these and now they're my go-to snack https://smile.amazon.com/Plastic-Remover-Vegetable-Kitchen-Gadgets/dp/B08R9M1W25/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=2HYQYD1MEZ47B&keywords=orange+peeler+tool&qid=1669432664&sprefix=orange+oealer%2Caps%2C113&sr=8-3
for people wondering where to buy them, i got them as a gift but you can also get them here:
Try toe socks. I used to hate wearing socks cause they pushed my bare toes together. Socks with individual toes prevent that. I won’t wear anything else since making the switch.
I think they mean like these!
I like plastic too, I hate anything heavy, utensils, plates, bowls, anything. I prefer really nicely polished wood like reusable chopsticks or well crafted and sealed wooden things.
I think technically you can reuse disposable plastic as well, but it's not really designed for easy cleaning, or sanitation without melting or leaking.
I use Soundcore headset with active noise canceling, since I found Sennheiser put too much pressure on my head and glasses. I find the noise canceling is good, it isn't super amazing in terms of complete silence you'd see in ads. When I try to get work done, I put ear plugs in my ears with the headset cranked up, helps block out most of the incoming sound.

Here's the one I got, it's a life saver for when I'm sitting bored in class
I googled it and found this page, which describes mind reading as "the ability to imagine the thoughts and feelings of others, in order to comprehend and predict their behaviour."
Also, ene of their honorary Vice Presidents made a DVD called Mind Reading: The Interactice Guide to Emotions.
It seems like they use "reading minds" as a way to frame getting into somebody else's head to understand their emotional state.
I think I just bought them off of Amazon.

Im do it… I recommend the expanse to anyone that’s into the solar system and space and such Its one of my special interest A sci-fi series with a lot of detail that takes place only in our solar system with different factions on the brink of war each with a detailed history and lore
I cannot recommend this highly enough
the whole series is available on amazon prime Or you can read the books if that’s more your thing
AAAAA im sorry i totally forgot i posted this and then didnt check notifs

Obviously, it's not as comprehensive as the meme would suggest, but it does include flow charts, dress codes for the office, how to talk to neighbours etc. It's aimed towards a female audience.
Speaking of this... Obsidian! A note taking thing I've been using.
You can reference prior notes, linking them, and enabling you to make clickable references to your prior work.
So say you made a note describing how to make your chocolate chips, and now you're making a note on how to make cookies, and those cookies call for your chocolate chips, well, you can link to the chocolate chip note, now it's a reference in your cookies recipe! And now that you're making a Brownies, you can link it to the same chocolate chips if you like.

It's got addons too, though I don't use many, some people really kit it out to fit into other workflows, like web design.
Unfortunately, to sync between your devices, they charge I $10 a month.
There are ways to do it yourself though, I just didn't want to safeguard this data myself.
I use Pocket Paint to make my memes. Its UI is a bit clunky and definitely takes some getting used to but it's free, no ads or in-app purchases, super lightweight, and it's even open source.
Here ya go 👍:
I love my weighted blanket, but i just bought a sleep pod (this one) for if I'm traveling or something, and I love it. It squeezes me, and keeps the air from touching me, but it's not warm.
yeah, i once brainstormed an idea for solar pickup trucks:
you know how truck beds have covers? why not make them with solar panels attached to them! that way they can charge your truck while you do shopping!
course, this would be ideal for very sunny areas
i'm more for green power
Some people put up "Pet Inside" signs for fire departments (and other emergency workers) so they know there are pets living in the home that need to be rescued.
Here's an example on Amazon: Pet Inside stickers
Following up on what the other person said, they have a lot of autistic behaviors and at least one person has argued they should be a symbol of autism instead of the stupid puzzle piece. There was a book written a couple years ago about it: https://www.amazon.com/All-Cats-Are-Autism-Spectrum/dp/1787754715
This article breaks it down as well: https://excitedcats.com/can-cats-be-autistic/

They also have the added benefit of forever smelling of whatever hand lotion you use.
They are my favorite stim toy/massager
Okay some advice that will change your world
Get a weighted blanket if you haven’t already. Seriously they’re good. I’ve gone from 4 hours to 6 hours sleep since using one. Plus I now start my sleep around 12-1am rather than 3-4am.
Get a bamboo pillow. Not only do you not have to worry about “hot and cold” sides because it keeps it’s self cool. But they’re also hypoallergenic
I got my self this one Panda Luxury Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B017R9BUKU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_SMCH0EK3273XR1M4N181?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 and it’s the best pillow I’ve had and it’s lasted me 3 years so far and still holds well
I highly recommend a product like this. It was a life saver for me when I had to live with family and had less privacy.
www.amazon.com/dp/B099MXTRM3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_4S85BAH0GZRRW1MZGGND?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It is soft and squishy, my brother actually got it for me!
Consider using gyro aim with your controller (seriously, try it!) or getting an ergonomic mouse.
OK so my SO and I used to use way too many paper plates, and most of them have this plastic lining (that prevents them from getting soggy). I started getting worried about eating all that plastic lining so we tried to switch to These paper bowls and their texture is EXACTLY like what you're talking about. I had to stop using them because it was terribly uncomfortable for me to touch them or use them at all!

OMG SO I MUST TELL THE WORLD, have you heard the good news about our Lord and Savior, the double insulated water bottle?! You probably have, but you may not have had the suggestion tailored to your type of brain lol.
So the first step is to pick a color you really really vibe with. For me, it was a stormy gray-blue color.
Second step is to make sure it has one of those silicone boots on the bottom like this because metal clanging against things all the time is very blegh. Much disgust. Big ew.
Next, you want one with a straw. The mouthpiece to the straw is annoying to clean but it’s worth it. You want a straw coated in silicone because hard plastic or metal on teeth = death
Last step is to collect some stickers lol. Get you some of them nice vinyl waterproof ones. AliExpress is a good place for this even if you have to wait a while to get them. This is the part that helps for not getting tired of the bottle after the novelty has worn off lol - whenever I notice I’m not reaching for it as much, I change the stickers :) bam kinda new bottle but not really lol
I found these on Amazon. They have thumb loops to stop this from happening. Been wearing these everyday at work all winter.

I never noticed the ones on the front legs!
and yeah I feel that, I'm not doing anything for Christmas this year, but I bought myself a nice chipping hammer for my job, so that's nice
congrats! I've got a fair amount of tools myself with being a welder and all, but I did get myself a really nice chipping hammer for Christmas, excited to use it, it came super sharp on the point, but with a 3/32" flat on the other side, probably to prevent marking up the weld
amazon sells them…do a search for “long korean spoons”. these look nice
Just going to leave this here for everyone.
I've been through many different brands and types of noise machines.
This one is the most reliable and I cannot express how much I love it.

Switch to one of these bitches and never look back. Take it with you everywhere you go.
I've tried about 8 different brands/types. This one is the most reliable and quality of all of them. I cannot express how much these changed my life.

For the past few weeks, r/ArtBreeder. Seriously, I must have churned out at least a thousand images by now, and I’m just getting started. What started off as curiosity quickly blew up into an obsession the likes of which my artistic side has never seen since my stint as a pixel artist back in high school.
In case anyone’s interested, my profile can be found here.
In case someone wanted to get these, they are here: https://www.amazon.com/Sunglasses-Glasses-Protection-Eyewear-Fashion/dp/B08YY5H8NB?th=1
Color is Gold Rainbow.
Funny enough, the first one of these that amazon showed me mentioned autism in the title
Also, I might need a wife, 20 bucks isn't too much :D I don't need you to love me, but maybe you can do dishes? :D
Out of curiosity, have you checked out this book? If you haven't, you should.
Yes, it's technically targeted toward kids/juveniles, but it's made me smile sometimes when I'm struggling.
You can also get unpickers online or from sewing shops! Like this!
Don't need to buy from Amazon and just one will do but they make picking thread apart so much easier.
I have one of those fidget cubes from when they came out and sensory toys weren't much of a thing yet.
The silent butons and the joystick's push in click (also silent) are really worn out after many years I've had it. It's helped me as a kid, but I wouldn't say it helps me now, maybe because i have gotten used to all the buttons and things it has.
Now I usually play with my Bic 4 colour pen since I have figured out a way to move the notches up and down silently, and no one notices it in class (or finds it "normal")
If I had to recommend a figet toy to actually use, it would be the cube.
>It's small, so it fits in pockets and pencilcases no problem. This also means that other people won't see it if they aren't looking for it in your hands.
>It has 6 sides different activities each, so if you don't like/get tired of one you can just try another.
I would also recommend getting a higher quality one since it's going to last longer and generally have a better feel.
I'd say that those "bubbles" that are popular now are really for a couple minutes worth of fun for NTs at home. They are big, bulky, colorful and repetitive. Couldn't see myself using one while in need in class or in public at all.
You might try poly gloves! They aren’t tight to the skin like rubber/latex, they’re just thin plastic material. I keep a box in the car, and they’re useful for a lot of things (including making kimchi 😅). I definitely don’t overuse them since it would be a lot of plastic waste, but they’re often necessary to be comfortable.
This has helped me with mask sensations, its called a mask bracket and there are loads of them on amazon. They just keep the fabric of the mask away from your mouth. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Silicone-Insert-Bracket-Liner-Inner/dp/B08LNXZPJH
For reals: this book on drawing facial expressions.
I bought it for drawing, but they really break down how the different parts of the face move and how they line up with expressions. It's really interesting.
Wait I think you can buy them,
Yeah you can find them on Amazon, but there’s a whole ton of other options too just gotta look for ‘silica gel packets’
Oh, my friend. Let me introduce you to this guy

I'd highly advise against beats becuase they artificially inflate the bass and it makes them sound way too bassy I have these after my dog chewed up my previous headphones and they're pretty slim. They basically just have space for the speaker and nothing else
It definitely feels like a stim. So far, my closest alternative has been edamame keychains like this. But they are also what inspired the meme!
I just got it a couple weeks ago, but the book All Cats are on the Autism Spectrum is pretty cute - now I just need to pick up All Dogs have ADHD.
Here, copy this stim! LINK NSFW

Remove clothing from lower body; place these on hands.
Drop self onto chair rectum first and sharply strike self in eyes. Repeat until unconscious.
the trick is to steam the potatoes in an instapot with salt. add whole cream and a stick of butter. and bam you have the most creamy mash ever. I also like to add adobo seasoning to mine.

If you're interested in learning more, this book on Mesopotamian mythology was really good (as a layperson anyway). He explains the different versions of the myths, the confusion over certain words and why they get translated as they are, and provides context for things that wouldn't make sense to a modern reader. That's the book that opened the rabbit hole into Bronze Age mythology for me.

I got given a voice recorder at uni for exactly this reason. Although you can just as easily use your phone.
Some apps will even transcribe voice recordings these days, my Google Pixel did that and I'm pretty sure you can actually install the Google voice recorder app on any Android phone from the Play Store. Here it is.
If you have an iPhone this one looks good. Pretty sure it's actually using Apple's transcription API. Why Apple hasn't built this function into the voice recorder app included with iOS I don't know.
Both of those do the transcribing offline using on-device machine learning so your recordings aren't getting stored in some server somewhere (unless you choose to back them up to the cloud).
No worries. Based on the memes you’ve been posting (and not posting.. what happened to all the wholesome ones?) I figured you may be struggling a little.
I have SAD so this time of the year it’s a bit of a fight for me too, but if you are finding things particularly hard, then do consider therapy/meds. If you think you can handle it with time, then do so, but gently. :) or it gets too overwhelming and then nothing gets done. This is also a good book https://www.amazon.co.uk/Self-Compassion-Kristin-Neff/dp/1444738178 or this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/Asperger-Syndrome-Anxiety-Successful-Management/dp/184310895X/ref=pd_aw_sim_14_1/258-0973843-5045767

Best one out of all the ones I read https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/1849057575/ref=dbs_a_w_dp_1849057575 - it helped me massively when I was first diagnosed.

I've not gaslit or been gaslit, just learned to seperate these behaviours from the self, and my autism, and realised I don't have to live with them. I didn't have the best upbringing also, I've just come to learn my past shouldn't have to define my present. The CBT I've used is from this book, specifically for people on the spectrum. It's been massively helpful in finding who I really am underneath the anxiety
