This was before the renovation in 1896, when the deck was replaced and a second set of suspension cables was added.
The deck was much narrower when it was first built, and the pedestrian walkway did not wrap around the outside of the towers like it does now.
The speed limit of no faster than a horse drawn carriage for any vehicle was strictly enforced, and apparently the occasional sway or bounce happened frequently.
When proposals were entertained to address all these issues, eight engineers had ideas on how to increase the speed and amount of traffic at this location on the river. Only Wilhelm Hildebrand's plan actually preserved this bridge en lieu of demolition and replacing with a modern cantilever bridge.
I got most of these facts from this book on Amazon for 10 bucks.
The record for today was 72 (in 1985), and I think we are just going to tie it.
The record for 2/24 is 71 (in 1961) and it looks like we will smash that. Just 2 years ago it was -8 on 2/24.
I found this place for $15/nt https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/25348788 Not sure you can find any better than that unless something free comes up. Might be able to work out something with them for long-term
Post from Nextdoor Not sure if everyone will be able to see this on nextdoor (some posts are restricted to certain neighborhoods). This person’s dog was attacked by an off-leash dog. The elderly dog owner couldn’t control the off leash dog. Not sure if this led to the village’s decision or if there were other incidents but here is one for folks asking.
Four of the grow sites have already agreed to lease out a significant amount of space on their land to artisanal growers who would have minority ownership and retain intellectual property rights to the strains they develop. It's mentioned in the endorsement press release from Ohio Rights Group and the vice president John Pardee discusses it more in this podcast. Other grow sites would likely follow this model.
Hi /u/MJtheMC,
We've not heard anything about Cincinnati Bell throttling VPN traffic and if you're willing, I would like to go through some testing with you to determine the issue and hopefully resolve the slow speeds.
Please drop me a support ticket () and mark the subject line as "FAO Jayson - Speed Issue (Cincinatti Bell)"
I will then go through testing with you to see what we can do to improve those speeds!
Regards
Jayson Q. (Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Private Internet Access)
Check out this book my friends wrote. a paddlers guide to the little Miami It’s a guide to all the public launches. So you don’t have to pay a livery to haul your kayaks every time you go out.
Order the seasoning packets online. One seasoning packet makes up give or take (6) 3-ways worth of chili. The chili also freezes VERY well once it's made.
Why are you doubting his analysis? It's pretty close to what sites like The Motley Fool and Seeking Alpha are saying.
It's not hard to see that P&G is facing some challenges. Their highest tide came as the middle class exploded in China, but now that that's pretty much run its course there's not going to be a huge expansion in markets. As they lose market share, it's not going to get better.
This is not just some "rando from Bridgetown's" conjecture, this is a lot of seasoned stock advice folks. He didn't just make that shit up.
Really surprised by your response. It's like you don't even understand what he's saying and want to call it "fake news".
I'm not sure why you wouldn't want to buy it at MC, by far the best selection around. The only place with a better selection would be the internet IMO.
If you have a specific model in mind look at costco and see if they have it. Their selection is nothing compared to MC, but their prices are good. I bought a Dell XPS 15 for several hundred dollars cheaper there than anyone else (including dell) had online or anywhere. Exhibit A: Dell Costco
Helicopter tours... there is even a groupon for this right now.
There is the old folks home in kenwood... I bet those have good views of the cincy valley. I lived there before it was an old folks home and loved the view. But I kinda doubt they are going to let random people come and enjoy the view. But if I hit the lottery right before I go into an old folks home - that's where I am going! Well unless I've gone blind by then.
On Amazon, you can get 6 cans for $37.89 (free shipping with Prime). A little over $6 a can.

This is a phenomenon that is actually discussed quite often among weather enthusiasts. For the most part, the idea of a “weather bubble” or “split zone” is nothing but false perception. However, there are instances where proximity to oceans, large lakes, mountains, and other extreme land formations can have an impacts on local weather.
Here are a couple of links about the topic.
https://www.mentalfloss.com/article/500586/does-thunderstorm-bubble-really-exist
Also, I think weather radar can unknowingly bias people because they are hyper focused on their specific location. For example, on a day when they expect it to rain, but it doesn’t, they might look at radar and conclude that is seemly raining everywhere else in area except at their location. However, on days where it actually rains at their location they do not look at radar and take note of all the surrounding places where it is not raining.
The longer trail is called the Twin Valley Trail. It is two smaller park loops with a connector in between. Here is track of my partial hike (read the description for more information though, as I quit the trail half way through)
Green Acres is a favorite spot among my friends, have been going there for a few years. Just went yesterday and had a blast. They know you're drinking and the police who give you a quick lecture on the bus say so themselves and just tell you to not be an idiot. If you're 21 or over, you're good to drink on the river. If not, don't. That's pretty much all they ask of you regarding drinking.
Thanks OP for the reminder.
I'm cancelling my auto-renew for one single, simple reason: The entirety of WCPO.com breaks if you visit it with the EFF's Privacy Badger extension enabled.
Amazon can deliver one today, but it seems to me to be very expensive for how basic it is and one reviewer says it doesn't meet the American Cornhole Association specifications (if such things are important to you). But it's just plain wood for $135.

I don't think Skyline has ever had an actual scientific testing of their foods as older nutrition info did NOT have cholesterol in the Vegetarian Black Beans and Rice. These websites got their information from somewhere. I doubt they just randomly changed their recipe after many decades, either.
Interesting to point out, but I think the cholesterol thing is just an ignorant mistake in trying to figure out the nutrition without a laboratory analysis. If I get time later today I'll try to contact them and find out what's up with that.
East Fork Lake in Batavia is a good but popular one. I wouldn't say it gets crowded, but it's certainly well used. It has good bass fishing and it's one of few Ohio lakes with hybrid stripers.
I hear they also have bass fishing tournaments every Tuesday night.
Take into account the distance and time to drive from Northside to either Kroger (closest is ~2miles) or Costco (closest is ~10 miles)
Here's a map of children's attractions around the area. Lots of places you can visit, plus you can go across the river to KY and check out the Newport Aquarium and the Levee.
What's your budget per night? This one is $50/night and it's in Pendleton which is next to OTR. Very walkable area. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/19484612?location=Cincinnati%2C%20OH%2C%20United%20States&adults=2&checkin=&checkout=&children=0&guests=2&infants=0&tier_override=0&s=05bHmx4B

Governor Bebb in Butler county is wonderful. Extremely primitive, you need to bring your own water, toilet paper, etc. Since it really isn't a full service camping area it isn't real popular and you can usually get plenty of privacy. http://www.butlercountymetroparks.org/governor-bebb.asp As you can see from this Map it is pretty much the middle of nowheresville :) So bring plenty of water, beer and food because if I remember correctly it is a bit iof a drive to the nearest food. Also, there is pretty spotty (if any) cell phone reception out there. Hope this helps. PM me if you need more information, we used to go there all the time when I was a kid (40 years ago LOL), but we just dropped by when out for a drive last year and the place is still in great shape.
As others have said, Lunken and Armleder are great places to start and close to you. The Little Miami Trail (aka Loveland Trail) was just extended past Newtown and ends right across the Little Miami river from Armleder. They'll connect soon- they have to find some $$ to build a bridge. But, I believe that's right next to Anderson. So, if you start down there and head north, it'll be a long time before you run out of trail on the LMT.
As you build up to longer rides, the ride from Lunken into downtown is enjoyable. It's mostly off-road (paved) with a few miles of on-road striped bike lane on Riverside Drive. That takes you in to the downtown riverfront parks like Friendship Park, Sawyer Point and Smale. Its about 8 miles one way. Here's my route last time I rode out your way with my wife. Turn on the aerial image and it should give you a pretty good idea of what the route is like. https://www.strava.com/activities/605988762
If you ever make it to the west side, Miami Whitewater out by Harrison as a paved 8 mile loop that's nice too.
Whatever routes you take, make sure you have water, a snack, a cell phone, a few tools and a tube patch kit. Have fun!
That first location is incorrect.
Indeed is the best resource for job hunting.
Setup an account and then setup daily or weekly keyword Alerts. Indeed is an aggregator that pulls from Monster, CareerBuilder, the classifieds, and even directly from large company websites. If the job was posted online, odds are that Indeed will find it.
Check out AirBnB, specifically the Sassy Blue Room. I've stayed there 2 or 3 times now. ~13 minutes walk to the South Slope where a lot of the breweries and restaurants are.
It's more of a Facebook policy than anything else, I'm managing the marketing APIs for a tech company and in order to access any of the Facebook APIs and configuration it's a requirement to create a Facebook account. I deleted my Facebook account back in 2010 and haven't had one since, so I had to create one just to access their stupid APIs. Even worse, they keep flagging my account as spam because I don't do anything with it, and I had to submit a headshot photo and give them my phone number just to unlock the account.

Fortunately https://thispersondoesnotexist.com/ worked well enough so I didn't have to submit an actually headshot photo of myself.
I'm interested in the answer to this as well. The two "mazes" i went to in KI last week were pretty bad.
There's this groupon that I found for Scream Acres in Covington - I wonder if it's worth it. https://www.groupon.com/deals/cincy-screams
Cincinnati Magazine is a decent foodie resource. Here is last year's Best Restaurants list. This year's list is in the current issue, which is only available to subscribers or for purchase here. Their site also has other reviews, Best New Restaurants lists, blogs, etc.
edit: The first link above is apparently a mis-labeled list of last years Best New Restaurants. There should also be a list of Best Restaurants somewhere.
And it has a 12 mile perimeter loop trail. There is one good camping spot, and two lesser known back country spots that you have to contact the ranger station for GPS co-ords.
Check out my hike of this trail:

Areas to watch for
I prefer to avoid wooster (armleder to Fairfax big boy) on rush hour times... Saturday, your ok. Really it's just the first quarter mile. It widens by the recycling/paperboard mess)
Once milford brewery is open, extend to milford on trail. Yum!
Art Academy of Cincinnati has community classes in pretty much everything. Highly recommend checking them out.
Check out their brochure for winter/spring 2014.

edit: regarding photography, they have intro to darkroom, open studio darkroom, intro to DSLR, portrait photography, documentary and photojournalism, photoshop, and creative photography classes.
I'll have to double check when I get home, but, I think you're looking for a 2011-2013 Kia Optima K5 based on the tail lights/license plate area. What the lights look like
As for plates, I can do some things to help cleanup the area, but, there's just not enough data from the gif for me to be 100% confident on it. If you've got the MP4 video, I might be able to help you out.
Maybe you could just grab some coriander seeds from one of your local markets and plant them. I've successfully grown cilantro from the seeds in my spice cabinet (that originally came from an Indian store in a bag like this one. It was pretty easy.
The Bicentennial Guide is a great book and presents a history of each neighborhood:
https://www.amazon.com/Bicentennial-Guide-Greater-Cincinnati-Portrait/dp/0911497080
Also, I second the other post about "Cincinnati Observed."
Both of these are readily available at the library and it's easy to follow the "walking tours" via Google Streetview.
I don't have an apartment recomendation but I want to chime in that laundry was high on my list as well and when I found an apartment without it I bought this portable washing machine and it has more than paid for itself. It hooks up to my bathroom sink and drains into the toilet, then is stored in the closet when I'm not using it. Definitely more hassle than dedicated hookups but wanted to throw it out there as an option over shared laundry.
Your going to be okay. Nobody is going to lick down your door or serve you papers. Get a VPN subscription though for peace of mind. I use Private Internet Access and it runs like $30-40 a year. I've had it for roughly 3 years now, torrent a shit ton and never had an issue.
Currently reading Unbreakable, The Winter of Our Discontent, The Princess Bride, and occasionally busting through some GOT. Best reads were Cannery Row, The Stranger, and Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance . About to start Ishmael
Not the same person, but I like mine, and the two Nest Protect smoke detectors. I've had the thermostat for 2-3 years and the Protects for about 2.
No control of temps by room, though that would require register louvres to control air output. If you have some rooms that need more cooling or heating, you're out of luck.
Nest isn't going out of business. You may be thinking of this.
I wish they had an open API and I thought that the Google acquisition might improve that. But it still works well and I'm able to set schedules and do things like "turn on the fan for the next hour" which were much more laborious and error-prone without the Nest.
OTR is fairly large with good and bad parts, so it really depends where the AirBNB is located. A rough box of the safer area would be anything between Race and Main streets, above Central Parkway and below 15th street. A group of 8 dudes would probably be fine expanding that area though.
With AirBNB I always recommend making sure the place has multiple good reviews. If it is a new listing or has recent bad to mediocre reviews, I stay away. The reviews might let you know how safe the guests thought the area was as well.
Edit: Stay here if it's in your budget: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/772841?checkin=08%2F13%2F2016&checkout=08%2F14%2F2016&guests=6&s=jaYf25u-

http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/405414/National-Socialism
In its intense nationalism, mass appeal, and dictatorial rule, National Socialism shared many elements with Italian fascism. However, Nazism was far more extreme both in its ideas and in its practice. In almost every respect it was an anti-intellectual and atheoretical movement, emphasizing the will of the charismatic dictator as the sole source of inspiration of a people and a nation, as well as a vision of annihilation of all enemies of the Aryan Volk as the one and only goal of Nazi policy.
I found some by Googling "Cincinnati cpa Mandarin/Chinese". I'm not sure how good they are, or if they can help with what you need, but here:
Most certainly, but I am going to reach out to the university. I'll give meetup.com a go for the move and hopefully get some good insight. So far you and majority of everyone else have been awesome and really helpful. Gave me some solid tips and leads and I am very appreciative of all of you with the positive responses and help.
Personally, I'm not familiar with any local stores that sell 3D printers.
You might want to ask the guys at Hive13. The mailing list on Google groups would be a good place to start, or stop by on a Tuesday night.
Here's a version sent in by an old lady a 1971 news paper. She says sin, pin & slimmy.
The first two photos are from the same location, which is looking north on modern-day Central Pkwy from approximately Linn St. The white single-slope roof structures at the top left-center, and the building they attach to, still exist at ~425 W. McMicken. The canal was re-purposed for use as a tunnel, which still exists, for the (abandoned) subway. The photo was taken from the approximate location of the future Linn St. Subway station

It used to be where Clifton Ave. hit McMillan, right on the intersection.
The jist of it was sold from the original owner to someone else, that guy didn't like running it so he tried to fake a gas explosion for the insurance. He got caught after he blew the front of the store off. Unfortunately the place isn't reopening. The cook (the real talent behind the operation) was great and would come out and talk when he wasn't busy.

I used this to calibrate a friends table. I have not done my newest one.
Daffy nailed a lot of what I was going to say. My biggest thing on vinyl is VERTICAL VERTICAL VERTICAL! Laying them down does a few nasty things to them.
I love Technics products. I am using a Technics SA-104 that easily gets the job done. I have a basic Sony PS-LX250H turntable I bought in a pinch after my old turntable bit the dust.
If you need any help, I prefer Shake It Records. They not only have a great selection, but they will help out with any questions. I highly suggest buying some plastic sleeves to store the records in. It is just another level of dust protection.
Most welcome.

If you have RES installed, there will be a little rectangular icon to the right of a username. Click that, and a box will open which allows you to type in a tag and set a color so that it's easily visible.
My general tire buying strategy is to find a couple different brands/models I like by looking at Consumer Reports then look online or call around for prices, installation, rebates. Last time I think I bought on ebay and had them shipped to Firestone in Norwood for installation.
If you don't feel like like putting forth much effort Costco or Sams is probably a good bet if you have a membership.

In case you need beer or peer pressure for voting there will tentatively be people at Japps, Neon's, and Milton's tonight helping you get yo vote on.
Edit: Clarification
I really like the trail in Miami Whitewater Park. It's in Harrison, but you don't have to park in the park to use it. You can drive in from New Haven Road and park to the west of where the instance of the trail passes New Haven. It's a 8 mile outer loop that varies in elevation. It's really really smooth for road biking.
You can kinda get a good feel for it there. There's a lot of trails at Mt. Airy. We did about 6 miles continuous earlier this summer.
You are probably looking at one way fares. What are your exact dates? Are they flexible? Could you fly into Myrtle Beach ?(83mi from Charleston) Have you thought about driving? It would probably be cheaper even if you had to rent a car for a week. It's about a 9hr drive. With parking and security and changing planes flying might not be too much faster.
Google flights is a good way to quickly see prices...
Are you checking bags? If so then I'd look at southwest. (they fly out of ind, columbus, dayton) Columbus looks to be the cheapest. (I see a RT for ~$350) SW lets you check two bags for free.
My favorite spots are Boone County Cliffs, Doe Run Lake Park, and Big Bone Lick State Park. The Cliffs are in the middle of nowhere, but typing it into Google Maps took us right to the pull off. Doe Run is a pretty popular spot on weekends for fishing, and if you're adventurous, you can actually loop around the entire lake but it requires climbing a 15 foot steep muddy wall alongside a 10 foot slide into the lake itself. Otherwise, you can hike to the end of the trail and back.
I'd consider myself a beginner hiker at best and have had fun at all of those spots.
I would say fk it and fly anyways because we all start someplace. Don't worry about what others think/say as long as you are being safe and not flying in no fly zones you have just as much right as another RC pilot. I live in Northern Kentucky so I can't point out exact places for you to fly but when I just started I began by flying my Hubsan X4 right outside my apartment and then moved to larger fields (public parks, Frolf course). Just do not fly over other people/cars/streets/houses. This will also show you which areas to not fly in because of airports etc.
Yeah NKY has a small sliver above Covington that is outside of both the CVG and LUK no fly zones, north western cincy is the best for staying out of restricted areas. I like to use this site to make sure I'm not in a restricted area.
Yes, there is.

it is difficult to tell from the pictures. It looks like there is a basement. If so are you seeing cracking inside or water leaking.. assuming that it is not a finished basement. Because of the basement there is potential for this to not actually be part of the foundation but rather a veneer over the stemwall. it does seem like there might be some settlement based on the cracking in the brick veneer. do you have any uneven doors or cracks in the drywall?
if you aren't getting water or seeing large cracks on the interior you have some time.
I'd buy a crack monitor like this and monitor your cracks for a while to see if they are still moving. I'd contact a structural engineer to do an inspection and I'd cover the large hole with a temporary water barrier.
But you really need the inspection. that will determine the scope of the issue. if it is a veneer and the rest is sound then it is much more of an "old house" syndrome and the holes can be filled and the grout tuck pointed. if it's not then you may be looking at underpinning the foundations which if you have a basement are 6 feet below ground. that will not be pleasant.
Great book on the theory that the mafia torched the place. And the KY state government leveled the building that Monday morning before any reasonable arson investigation could take place.
If anyone is really dying to see this movie the DVD is on amazon for $7 shipped (with prime) it's actually a 4 movie set. So you get 4 horrible movies for the price of 1. https://www.amazon.com/Dont-Forget-About-Collection-Immediate/dp/B01MG89IWX I ordered it last night.
Description for this item on Amazon says, "Not compatible with Verizon FIOS, AT&T U-verse or cable systems such as Comcast,Time Warner, Cablevision, Cox, Charter etc."
If you have Cincinnati Bell FIOS - or cable Internet - this thing likely just not compatible.
mmm i've only been to JJ a couple times but i just came here to recommend carbquik -- you can buy it on amazon. I would use it to make biscuits. Just add water.
Computer tech here-
I do the lower tier (5 megs) Cinci Bell for myself. 5 megs gets me plenty for video, and I cut the cord for TV.
SCREW Time Warner. I take pride in helping people not pay their oversold, under equipped service (you share with the neighborhood).
So, the question you NEED Fioptics? I pay 14 or 16 or 20 a month (I forget, it is negligible), and I stream video from netflix or Amazon. $3 a month for a VPN (Private Internet Access), $7 for Netflix, and I am good to go. Under $40 a month, with great access and I never miss anything.

It’s a Viofio A129 dual camera, I picked up from Amazon last year. A bit of pain to install but YouTube tutorials got me through it.
I have some acquaintances that move here from Brooklyn and they love it here.
We don't get a lot of snow. It can get quite cold, you can look up monthly weather averages of course. As an example, my wife and I typically ride our motorcycles every month of the year. It might just be a nice enough day here or there, but we never need to put them in "storage" mode. We had several days with highs above 50 in February. https://www.wunderground.com/history/monthly/us/oh/cincinnati/KCVG/date/2022-2
For a smaller city, we have a good a good arts and cultural scene.
Like many cities, we are very neighborhood oriented. There aren't may options for truly walkable neighborhoods unfortunately. Public Transportation is poor.
You might consider renting. It would give you chance to try the city, the neighborhood and not make such a big, up front commitment.
Damn. I thought I had it bad when I was stuck at home for six months due to have surgery on my lower back not once but twice. Anyway, another game that you could possibly add to the list is Destiny 2. I spent a lot of time playing that while I was at home. The first year of content is free to all. So, if anyone feels like joining up on that, let me know. I play on both PC and PS4.
To add to the recommended reading, while a lot of them are older books, there is a website that has a ton that you can download for free: https://www.gutenberg.org/

I dont know if he's ported over to iOS. This app while requires some setup (else it's a tad annoying) will help track those planes. It uses Waze as part of its crowd control. It's caught every tropper I've seen, but has alarmed when there was no one (probably just drove off)
This one is true. And the state of KY had the place torn down 1 day after the fire, before any arson analysts could investigate. Whole story stinks of corruption. Great book on the subject - https://www.amazon.com/Beverly-Hills-Supper-Club-Tragedy/dp/1533121575/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=books+on+beverly+hills+supper+club+fire&qid=1662022713&sr=8-1
I've not made frames, but I have made stained glass projects. Cutting glass, especially straight lines, is really a fairly easy task. Score, bump, break.... I would suggest buying somethinglike this... and maybe long metal ruler that you can clamp to the glass so it doesn't move. Wear gloves and eye protection.
have you tried the below?
I'm sold especially after a long sauna session. drinking 1/2 gallon of water doesn't do squat compared to one glass of this stuff.
Alternatively, you could get pepper spray. My brother in law was a dog runner for a while and always carried spray in case something like this happened. Not an endorsement, just a starting point to check out something like this. Especially since if you don't shoot frequently, hitting a running dog in a high adrenaline situation is unlikely so better to spray it.
While I was at an antique shop in Cov buying things for my new place, the owner of the shop told me the same thing. He said fishing the wires is the easiest but most time consuming part of the process and that I would save a ton of money doing it myself. He commented that if he knew me better he'd offer to do it himself. Thought about offering him some money to do it but chickened out. I've switched out ceiling fans, my range hood, switches and plugs but I don't know if I have the confidence to run wires. I might reconsider once I start getting quotes though haha. Since you're a former electrician, I have to ask: am I going to burn my house down using these things with a power strip?
Yep I'm still here lurking.
IPV6 works just fine. On a UDM pro you'll want a copper 10GIG SFP.

Also want a CAT6 cable. Will be an RJ45 handoff from the ONT.
As others have stated, you'll get a /56 allocation. Slice up into all of the /64's you want.
FYI, ONT is a layer 2 device. All of the IP stuff is "in the cloud"
Thanks. I currently have two of these in use in a 10Gb SFP+ switch https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075WR8FHT
Which appear to be the same class just a different vendor. I run 10Gb to my Synology NAS and a Mac mini that I use for video work. I have purchased some Amazon seller based CAT 7 cables which are shielded twisted pair so I am ready.
What's annoying with Unifi hardware is that some 10Gb ports will do 1/10 while others will do 1/2.5/5/10. Not sure how the UDM Pro works but I think it is 1/10 only. I assume the ONT has a 10Gb RJ454 port? Given what others say it looks like 1Gb with perhaps $10 symmetrical fee (which I have not seen) is my best bet.
My networking gear is about .5 meter from where the current cable and previous DSL wiring enters the basement. I'm sure installation will be difficult because the current underground conduit is full.
I've done no such thing. It's really weird that you feel the need to speak for the OP. I can only assume you are dating them or something? I totally accept the opinion of the OP. I'm giving a solution. You just seem to have this weird desire to blather on endlessly with me about it like your opinion has any weight in the matter. It doesn't.

Some of your other posts indicate you need it. Enjoy!
I'm using this baby right here. It's a RedDragon K552 87 key with Cherry MX blue switches. Its compact and cheap. I got something similar for each workstation in my house
I got this one but it's incredibly non-functional for anything past light browsing. But man does it look good when my desk is all clean and set up.
Using this starter seasoning packet and following the directions will likely be the easiest method

When it comes to the cat towers and that kind of stuff I would highly recommend Amazon…I searched a lot of pet stores when we first got our cat and anything we found in stores (which wasn’t much) was way more expensive than the stuff on Amazon. We ended up getting this one and it’s been a huge hit with our cat.
Yeah, that was weird. It was raining hard, hailing, really awful, but weather.gov and weather.com kept saying only a t-storm warning. Then it quit, and finally I got the tornado warning, after the skies were clear. I'm sitting here in my condo overlooking the city, thinking, this could have been bad.
