It's cool, it's variations like that that make artists stand out. Check out Picasso's self portrait s over time.
This book exists and has a small featuring of Birdie Sanders hopefully spin off in the future :)
I've got several followers as well. I used tons of hash tags at the beginning, just a huge block of them that I would copy and paste in every time, but it also helped that I have a YouTube channel.
I switched between the brush pen and fineliners because they’re easier for consistent line width. There are probably cooler sets but I used this one: https://www.amazon.com/Sakura-Pigma-Manga-Basic-White/dp/B01MR00RI3?th=1&psc=1
I think the brush pen made for more dynamic outlines and for a super satisfying tool to thicken already existing lines
I love the doodle. I'm not sure about the definition for an English language learner, though. 'Lofty' and 'inspire' seem like a student may then have to find definitions of those words as well. I would recommend getting definitions from a learner's dictionary.
If you want to see more here's the link. It's $6 or you can read the ebook for free if you have Kindle Unlimited. Thanks!
Check this out :) https://www.desmos.com/calculator/izoe4jhemq Try adjusting the value of R at near the bottom of the equations on the left hand side. You can also turn on and off certain equations to get a better understanding of the functions.

Here is another one you might like, I recommend changing the values of "p" and "t" for this one. Each has rather unique results. The coolest thing for me is that eventually, getting larger or smaller, the circles all become indistinguishable from one another.
I made these because I was trying to visualize the geometry of multiple circles as they get larger or smaller.
ok so there's this website called drawception where it's a telephone game of drawings (someone gives a phrase, someone else draws that phrase, then someone else describes that drawing, etc). you're given a ten minute time limit and limited palette to draw a phrase. there are a bunch of different palettes that you can get with ducks, the currency for the site, but ducks are limited unless you buy some with real money! so there's a mode called sandbox where you can try out all the palettes with no time limit or restraints!
i drew this with a custom palette that another user made :)

That makes complete sense - in the drawing classes I've taken, a focus is on drawing loosely or relaxing marks to be more spontaneous. When doing this, it feels like a mental shift, almost mentally stepping sideways to get out of a strictly analytical way of thinking. This is my favorite part of drawing, really. It reminds me of the "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" idea. I guess that's where drawing, meditation, and altered consciousness all meet.
It appears as though they're available on amazon!
Thanks! My girlfriend bought me these for my birthday. They're really nice for shading. Shading has always been something that intimidates me, so these are nice to practice with.
