Eroge! ~H mo Game mo Kaihatsu Zanmai~ is a really fun one, it's an eroge about making eroge. Also, it's porn over plot so, even though the plot is fairly decent, it's definitely there for fappy fun times.

If you're looking for feels, though, the most powerful VN series I've been through is definitely the Muv Luv Franchise. The first game is good, but the second game just absolutely breaks you. If you've got time to kill, would highly recommend it. And Yes, Katawa Shoujo is also absolutely fantastic as well.

I actually had it bookmarked over at Pixiv. If I hadn't, I would've done a reverse image-search in order to find it. You can usually get the result you want from using Saucenao. If that doesn't work, Google will always be there to help.
