You have to know what you are looking for, then use search...
Here's a site that may or may not be up to date because it isn't directly related. I tried clicking one of them (Oblivion Island) but it directed me to my Funimation profile page, not the show page (which exists, at least). But there's a list to try one at a time in the search bar on Funimation, anyway. Funimation itself doesn't provide such a list...not that I've found.
Clear your cache and storage. You can do this for only Funimation by...
Navigate to www.funimation.com
Open the debugger (Click F12)
Click the "Application" tab
Click "Clear Storage" on the left hand side
Scroll down and click "Clear Site Data"
Then reload the page
Roku seems to be acting up right now. It might be because Funimation are currently doing quality testing for their new apps/site and since it appears Roku will be next device to get their new app after FireTV already got it might be causing some issues behind-the-scenes on their end.
Here's a link to what there plans were back in May.. As you can see, September has come and gone and no new website or apps for streaming devices like Roku/PS4/XB1 so they're a bit backed up right now. Plus the Crunchyroll partnership might have altered their course.
There is no fix. It is broken for all users across all apps, websites, etc. Funimation Now is a terrible streaming service with even worst customer support.
If you don't mind watching subbed, Crunchyroll has it all available for free: https://www.crunchyroll.com/my-hero-academia

Only place I was able to find dubbed Naruto after a decent amount of time searching.
It's here
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GKJX51A
My issues with it are:
Trying to navigate the left side menu, can't tell what I'm selecting, it's maddening to try to get to search, etc.
Doesn't have a recently updated stripe like Roku does.
Funimation does not allow you to buy digital-only copies. Also, this show is not on the Funimation shop and there have been no announcements made in relation to this either.
However, after searching the Internet, there are several DVD releases of Xenosaga: The Animation that you can purchase. The link below will take you to an example on Amazon.

This particular example includes the entire series.
Funimation have Apps for both Android and Apple devices on their respective App stores
Do you pay the extra dollar or two a month for Premium (currently needed to allow downloads)?
In my case, I paid the extra (as an annual) just for the download feature. Other than this critical issue, the new app (2.5) was better than the last one (2.4).

I am guessing I am not the only one having this issue - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Funimation.FunimationNow&hl=en_US&showAllReviews=true

>Crashes consistantly, download for offline is sometimey at best, constantly have to close and reopen all.
The movie isn't currently available to stream on Funimation. There was about a one-month period when it was, but it was taken down some time ago.
You'll need to either buy the disk, or pay a relatively small fee on Amazon to buy or rent digital rights.
