There are only two movies (HTTYD 3 releases in 2018), however there are a few shorts and a TV series. Since you've already seen HTTYD 1, I would watch:
After that, you could start on Dawn of the Dragon Racers, the TV show, and the Blu-Ray extras if you want. The TV show isn't that great, but its decent content to watch while you're waiting for HTTYD 3.
After doing a minute of digging, I think this might be the source.
Nevertheless, I love the style of this comic and how it shows Hiccup's progression. Thanks for sharing!
No problem.
Few more helpful tips:
you can edit your comments (and doing that is generally preferable to posting three replies to the same comment in fast succession) In general, it's also considered a good practice to state your reason for editing, but no biggie if you leave that out.
If you edit your post within 3 minutes of making it, it won't show up as edited
get RES straight away if you're on desktop
[oi](#s "hey look, hidden text") Yes that's a spoiler tag for comments, but the formatting slightly differ from subreddit to subreddit. It's usually this: [put spoiler here](#s)
, except in this subreddit where the formatting for the spoiler looks like this: [something](#s "put spoiler here")

Edit: like this
Edit 2: hey look I got an asterisk! (Also corrected some stuff re: text spoilers)
It's nice to see new fan fiction sites pop up, but could you please elaborate on how fanfiction.io compares to established open-source and ad-free fan fiction sites such as Archive of Our Own?
Why yes, I am, and I have made some progress on that front:
A note: I use a PC, and only use Old Reddit. What I describe may be somewhat different in process if you use a phone or New Reddit, or both.
Step 1: Get Reddit Enhancement Suite. It has extended and powerful filter options, among a myriad of other great features. I already had it when this issue came to my attention, and it's great. If you can't for whatever reason... I don't have anything that can help you yet. I'll be looking into it, but I'm not there yet.
Step 2: Navigate to the new settings, to the subreddit section, and find the filters. These are powerful and versatile. In general, from here most moderately tech-savvy users should be able to get the hang of filters fairly easily.
Step 3: This is why the mods added flairs. (I think this can also be done in normal Reddit). You can filter out all posts containing the 'meme' tag in our subreddit. This could also be done with 'shot of the day', but...
Step 4: Some of us like the Toothless shot of the day, and possibly the Cloudjumper one, but not all the rest. The solution to this is to use RES's filtering by post title to filter out all posts with 'shot of the day' in the title, but to also add 'Toothless' and/or 'Cloudjumper' to the second text entry spot, to allow posts that have both 'shot of the day' and the other bit you chose.
RES has far more complex and powerful custom filters, but I'm still digging into how those work.
Step 5: Many of these shitposts and low-effort shot of the day entries are by the same people. As an alternative solution, you could block those people. Their posts (I believe) would all fail to show up. Of course, you risk missing anything of value they eventually do put up, but for some of these posters the odds of that ever happening may be low enough for you to accept that small risk.
I ended up finding these links for them, only now thought I should post Light fury https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/light-fury-easy-print-no-support Toothless https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/toothless-easy-print-no-support
Huh. I'm not sure why it isn't working.
It is also on nook and a few other places.
I will try to fix it when I get a chance later tonight, but I can pm you any information you would like I'm the meantime.
If you upload Gift of the Night Fury to Youtube (not sure if Youtube would flag it as copyrighted content) or Vimeo (no idea about their content ID system), you could use Sync-Video. I've used it a few times with friends and it works pretty well.
I live near several Walmarts. While I haven't gone to all of them in person, I've looked on the app and website without any luck. The Light Fury you can order on Amazon (Pillow Pets NBCUniversal How to Train Your Dragon Light Fury 16" Stuffed Animal Plush Toy https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J67NP2H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_aDjGCbVFVZQT1 ) If I find toothless I'll post it!
The Art of How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World There are also books for the first 2 movies, they're all really well done and absolutely gorgeous
There are album versions for each of the movies on CD. For example, here is the HTTYD3 soundtrack on Amazon. If you want the true (non album version) for 1 and 2, those are a little harder to attain. I’m almost certain they aren’t sold anymore.
I found this paperback set here on amazon! For twelve books I'd say it's pretty cheap, especially if you get them used. I'll always encourage people to check them out, probably my favorite books series ever <3
https://www.amazon.com/How-Train-Your-Dragon-Paperback/dp/0316347000
There is a junior novelizations of the first movie, but it's for 7-10 year olds:

I believe there is a Little Golden Book of HTTYD as well, but also, meant for little kids.
Another webcomic by Malin Falch if anyone is interested. She is also not making this one anymore, as this is a prototype version of Nordlys. https://tapas.io/series/Fjordson
I don't normally open my comments with shitting all over people's grammar — especially when mistakes are only minor. But when I need north of 5 minutes to figure out what a three-line comment is trying to say due to lack of punctuation, things are no longer minor.
Come on, punctuation marks are probably one of the top three inventions of mankind (wheel being #1 and latin alphabet¹ being #2), and they really aren't that expensive to use. So please use.
dragon part English ^ -- that's a good example great ^
Anyway, the reference: green great dragon

¹ Also other alphabets where roughly every sound is represented by roughly one letter, e.g. Cyrillic.
I recommend the site word reference for translating. It doesn't translate entire sentences, but it gives you better options for single words and helps translate expressions.
Not sure about this one. You're right that the word toothless would indeed be translated as either 'pas de dents,' 'sans dents,' or 'édenté.' I don't know where Krokmou would have some from.
It's UK amazon. If you are in America that is likely why you cannot find it as it might not be on America Amazon. https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B085QZJBQN/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_DBJ93Q4ECYFAD88V1M0P?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Seconding this whole comment! Also wanted to add that if you (OP) have seen those “how to draw ___” books, they break figures down into basic shapes. It’s always helped me a lot to find the shapes and lines of motion, and sketch those out before drawing. This art book helped me a lot when I was learning to draw dragons. And trust me, I drew a LOT of weird looking dragons before I got halfway good at it.
As an aside, I’ve found that drawing toothless is wildly different than drawing the other dragons. It’s a different set of shapes and overall style, even though some of the anatomy (leg shapes esp) is similar.
For decorations Amazon has some cool sets. Dragon Birthday Party Supplies Set - 143 Pcs How to Train Your Dragon Birthday Theme Decorations - Dragon Party Supplies Balloons Toothless Dragon Birthday Banner, Party Sets Pack Include Dragon Hanging Swirls, Cake Cupcake, Toppers, Happy Birthday Decor for Kids https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09J8G6YX9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_7WV1QWKB1ZKBDY3XKJ8B?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
You could also print out a cool photo of each dragon to put on top of cup cakes or whatever desert using toothpicks.
One idea if he has an older sibling have them dress up as hiccup or Astrid to go on the quest with them.
Maybe do some toy shields axes swords and helmets as well weather they are deceleration or to be played with.
You could also do a puzzle where they have to decrypt berks writing.
Let me know if you need more ideas.

Ever since John Powell's score lost to the The Social Network, I haven't expected much from the Oscars. At this point, I'd be shocked if it even got nominated.
It looks like the playmobil stormfly’s body with some different colors and head. But I don’t think it’s even from the HTTYD toys that they made, it’s seems to be a part of their fairy toys. The set the dragon is in does come with a fairy after all.
You can buy them "relatively" cheap as a set.
There is indeed a book set of all 12 - I waited until it was released before getting any physical copies of the books. It's not exactly cheap, but for 12 books it actually isn't bad.
The ISBN you're going to want to look for is 9780316347006, and keywords are "The complete series". Here is it on UK Amazon.
Amazon, if you live in the right place (which I don't).
People have fears? I think it's still too early for preconceptions. :P I'd wait to see what they make.
The mold is pretty great. It's missing some details (i.e. straps on the chest), but it's a toy.. so i'm not that bothered. I think it's a great statue as well.
Watch out online though, on Amazon, they are ridiculously priced ($149 in this link). I bought mine for €5 at a thrift store, and they are like €20 or €30 new in toy stores
Here is the Amazon UK link for preordering
If you have Amazon Prime, you can buy/stream it here for $20, or just rent it for $5.
You can get the normal CD on Amazon for about $16, but the deluxe edition is only through Varèse Sarabande and they're only pressing 3000 copies. Ended up costing me a tad over $32 after tax and shipping.
And what is this book series?

Ya mean this book? . They were literally on every bookstore at my place when that movie was first released around that time. I also personally got a copy of it myself though!
From those links you sent me it looks like there are more either out or coming: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dragons-Defenders-Endless-Night-Vol-1/dp/1782762140/ref=pd_sbs_14_3/257-0137404-9275232?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=1782762140&pd_rd_r=EK7T712WTCR7HVEMTYV6&pd_rd_w=UQNxZ&pd_rd_wg=tUMeu&psc=1&refRID=EK7T7...
cough hardcopies are better cough cough
On a serious note, I feel like when we like "online" sources of HTTYD merch we should link the actual things for people to find. Then again, what am I saying? Yar de har and all that.
haha, what the hell? Just looked it up, for HTTYD 2, it's about 14,- but then there's the first one that's really above 100 euros. How!?
