You can! Download the PPSSPP emulator, it can be used on PC or even Android. It’s probably the most user friendly emulator out there and offers an even better experience than the PSP. Daxter looks much better in 4K and he plays superbly with a ps4 controller.
And the cables that go with it https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014FHSA3W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_N97Z4G1003JFFB5EJGPZ If you want the original Sony ones, they are like $150 plus, since they don't make them anymore.
I'd recommend the Dazzle DVC 100 for a starter capture card. It's super cheap in the capture card world, and it works just fine. Its not ultra high quality but it gets the job done. I would only recommend investing more if you actually wanna continue streaming(Which you should, its a lot of fun). I currently use my regular headphones with a modmic, which lets you attach a headset-style mic to any pair of over the ear headphones. If you happen to have one laying around, the mic that comes with Rock Band actually works quite well as a mic. My original, super ghetto set up was a Rock Band mic on a cardboard box with notches cut in it for the mic to rest on. You can also use a webcam if you want, but I don't know of any good ones. Lastly, I'd recommend using OBS to actually stream, but you can search around for software if you wish.

Here's the tutorial I used to extract the files. It's pretty easy to use, you just extract the program and then double-click a .bat file. You'll have to use a bit of code to make the Java cache readable (which is where I found my files) but I can send it to the person who created this program, he'll be able to decrypt it.
Nothing is new, everything is inspired by something. I never said GTA invented anything, I’m just saying that ND caught onto the popularity of GTA and implemented similar ideas. We shouldn’t pretend that they don’t have a lot in common. Everyone is standing on shoulders of giants; you reference and credit people who directly inspired you as the source of your ideas, not as the source of the idea itself. That’s all.
The influence of GTA has heavily documented along with many other sources of inspiration. You can read about them in a book on ND history.
I think there are lots of people who stream to Twitch or record video for Youtube using devices called "Capture Cards". They take the video from your unit (PS2/PS3), take it through a nearby computer, and from there you can stream it or record it. I know a lot of popular Twitch streamers use a Avermedia Live Gamer HD. Check those type of items out, and let us know what you find!
