The game is unavailable if you click on the download link. If you don't understand Japanese, you will need the translation. As far as I know there was never an English version made, but that could change with the interest in Alita.

You can download it from here. Use the alternative download link so you don't have to use their downloader app.
You will need this page for game information and translations.
You will need a PS emulator. There are couple you can use including RetroArch and ePSXe.

This game is kind of the alternate ending for Battle Angel Alita. Yukito Kishiro incorporated many of the ideas into Last Order which is the successor series.
I've been into the emulation/piracy/ROM scene for decades. A lot of ROM sites (literal piracy) are allowed to continue to exist for a myriad of reasons. Generally speaking, here's the fine line that you need to walk:
Sort of a "fucked around and found out" situation
Watched this vid and got the bios from here
Roms came from coolrom.com
other than some personal tweeks, you should be good
stay away from websites that need your admin rights but some ask for them but dont need them to download the roms idk why(https://wowroms.com/ are the sites i use)
edit: bot told me some links are bad now only the one i use the most
Not sure if you still need it, but here you go: https://coolrom.com.au/roms/ps2/54869/Dynasty_Tactics_2.php

Also, be sure to click on "Alternative download link".
Your controller is always player 1 and can only put a coin in for the first toad. There's no toad choice in this rom i tested.
You can sort of enable a second controller in retroarch Input menu to put a coin in for 2nd toad. But you can't disable the first controller (or retroarch doesn't work) so you play with 2 toads at the same time. I guess it could work if you add a ds3/ds4 controller.
Why it works in retropie, i don't know tbh. Probably a button combo you have to press? Different rom ?
easy, download pcsx2. after installing it go on google and search, yo=u gi oh the duelist of the roses bio download pcsx2, and there are websites with lots of games. download it and watch a YT vid how to set up pcsx2.

Aliens vs. Predator - Extinction ROM (ISO) Download for Sony Playstation 2 / PS2 - CoolROM.com (click 'Alternative Download Link', not the large "Download File" button)
PCSX2 - The Playstation 2 emulator - Releases
For the bios, if you just google 'ps2 bios', it should be the first link. You don't necessarily need a controller as you can play with your keyboard, but you can always find a ps2 replica usb controller on Amazon.
i was sifting through the website to find the rom when i first played fft and it has 1.3 both normal and easy mode whether it works or not is beyond me normal: https://coolrom.com.au/roms/psx/67495/Final_Fantasy_Tactics_v1.3_%5BHack_by_FFHacktics_v1.3030%5D.php easy: https://coolrom.com.au/roms/psx/67622/Final_Fantasy_Tactics_v1.3_-_Easy_Type_%5BHack_by_FFHacktics_v1.3030%5D.php
here is a rom for P3p. You will need a Zr file extractor which is easily obtainable via app stores( i used Zarchive). You will also need PPSSPP to play the game.
I'd argue that P3p is the most readily available. Hope this works for you
If you want roms, https://coolrom.com.au/ go here. im pretty sure you can get roms on pc and iphone too. just be careful because the site looks like a site that could have a virus, but ive downloaded here and never got a virus.
Download the stable version of the dreamcast emu: https://redream.io/download
Extract it to a folder and download the game here : https://coolrom.com.au/dlpop.php?id=16378
and extract the iso or whatever the format it is into the same folder as the emulator. Then run the exe of redream and config to your liking. The paid version will let you run the games on higher internal res if you into that sort of thing.
February 14th, 1991. Exactly 29 years before SFVCE release.
If you play SF2 arcade on an emulator, you'll see that at the start they show a number like in this case 910214, which is its release date. For each games, in this case SFII World Warrior, there are different revisions with different dates to fix some bugs.
From all the dumped SF2WW revisions, the earlier one released in its USA, Japan and World regions is 910214. There is also a 910206 dumped rom but since it's only available for USA it's pretty likely that it would have been an early, non-commercial version maybe made for internal usage or for a location test/playtesting.
Hey!
You can play the game yourself on your PC!
Here you can download Pang Pang: https://coolrom.com.au/roms/mame/13249/Pang_Pang.php
Here you can download MAME (program that can run the game): https://coolrom.com.au/emulators/arcade/77/MAME.php
Extract MAME anywhere you wish, then copy pangpang.zip to "roms" folder that is among other MAME directories. Don't extract the game files from zip. Keep it inside the zip. The path may look like this for example: C://Games/MAME/roms/pangpang.zip
Launch mame64.exe (considering you are using windows, otherwise download different mame version from the same site) and you will see PangPang as the only option to select there.
You might also need to configure your keybindings but I don't remember how this is done from the top of my head (you will need to press something at the start to "Add coins" "Insert coin" and so on, so it's better to configure it before you start)
Good luck.
Looks like there is a ROM for it

My Raspberry Pi plays PS2 games pretty well, but it does tend to get pretty hot when I play them for a long time. I am sure a PC could push it pretty well.

Edit, I think I was thinking of PS1 games, not sure about the emulator situation on the PS2. I would be interested to know if you get it working, that was a great game and my PS2 is long gone.
