There is a very weak system in place that can easily be circumvented.
Upvotes and Downvotes are operated differently, as well as Comments and Posts itself.

Comment Upvotes are automatically checked for by Unique IP Address then account age. However it has been shown that the IP Address part can be circumvented by Upvoting through the user's account page instead of the comment itself. The account age threshold is about 2 to 3 weeks according to some users. Not meeting either results in the upvote not counting

Post Upvotes are different slightly. There is no circumvention method.

Comment and Post Downvotes are treated more seriously. Spam downvoting of any kind from the same IP address results in an automatic Shadowban regardless of account age. The third account to downvote the same comment on the same IP address two other accounts that downvote will automatically be shadowbanned.

IP Addresses can be circumvented very easily with a VPN, many free options are available like CyberGhost. Account age can be circumvented by creating your alt accounts far in advance.

personally i'd like to see TopGaren come back, he was one of the real standouts last year and came out of fucking nowhere. some of the most impressive puppet usage i've ever seen. Shimonkin is also highly entertaining and does wild things with an under represented character.

It isn't a polished fighting game. Animations are still stiff and movement feels clunky. I don't follow dev updates, so I can't tell if DE is going to update it from this "early" state.

After 3 matches, I can say that it feels like a bad Mortal Kombat. There are no motions, no command normals. Only punch, kick, block, (some other type of punch), and you can do a special if you fill a meter bar.

What I did is that I've saved the videos I downloaded and burned them onto DVDs from 2004-2011 and managed to get these footage via direct downloads, torrents, Direct Connect (DC++), fileshares, FTPs and even trades with others.

YouTube and digital media were in its infancy, streams didn't exist back (until 2009) then and releasing these footage back then could get you in trouble. Now is the perfect time to release it.

Almost all plot characters have been changed. The quick rundown is: Mustadio is better, Agrias is worse, Rapha and Malak are A LOT better, Luso is cool, Meliadoul is better, Orlandeau is a lot worse, Balthier is a lot worse, Beowulf is worse, Reis is better, WOrker 8 is better, Cloud is better and Byblos is still okay. They all join at your level.

Tavern Jobs now require less than 50% the time from before. They also have no "GOOD CLASS" requirement. So go nuts leveling.

Mixed up the enemy composition in some story battles. Now you don't have to worry so much about only fighting knights and archers. Expect to see Samurais, Mediators and so on.

It's hard for me to gauge the "worth" of a game because your money's value is a very individual thing, but you shouldn't realistically expect to get more than 10 hours worth of game time, and you shouldn't expect to be blown away as you would from a big productions triple A blockbuster thingie that lasts as long. At its core it's just another Mega Man game, with some new systems in place to make it piss easy. Some neat new ideas, and it's definitely a step up for the (classic) series, but yeah.

At least get it for a discount though

Uhhh, buddy... Unreal Engine 4 is pseudo-open source. You still have to pay royalties and licensing fees obviously, but the entire code is there for you to edit and compile. Namco could do it, but as you said, it takes too much time... even when they've been given so much time as well.

This input lag isn't new to Tekken, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 practically had the same amount of input lag as Tekken 7 and that was on Namco's custom in-house engine.

So yeah, using UE4 speeds up development time, but you also get UE4's system requirements which might be quite a bit higher than if Capcom made their own engine.

Step 1: find a VPN that lets you connect to Singapore (I used TunnelBear, it has a generous cap for free users but you only need it for a bit)

Step 2: look up DOAXVV on SteamDB after having set your region to Singapore, and click the green button to install (it will take you to the Steam page for it, you'll be asked to sign in again because technically you're signing in from another region)

Step 3: if you did it right, it should let you add DOAXVV to your account, but do NOT download with the VPN on, because that's a quick way to get banned, you only need it on to activate the game on your account

Step 4: log out from Steam, turn off the VPN, and sign back in to Steam to download the game

That's all you need, alternatively you could look up how to register a DMM account and download the Japanese version, but unless you can read moon runes, then the first option would be the best choice, because that one is in English👍
