Kickstarter backers aren't investors. If we were, we'd own part of the company and we'd be intitled to stock if it ever went public or entitled to a payout if the company were ever sold (see Oculus Rift). Given that we aren't investors, for all intents and purposes, we aren't doing anything other than placing pre-orders.
Also, there's a difference between "whelp, looks like the money has run out and I didn't put this plan together well, so I don't have much to show for this project" vs "thanks for your money folks, bye now!".
Further, from the Kickstarter FAQ,
>Is a creator legally obligated to fulfill the promises of their project?
>Yes. Kickstarter's Terms of Use require creators to fulfill all rewards of their project or refund any backer whose reward they do not or cannot fulfill. (This is what creators see before they launch.) This information can serve as a basis for legal recourse if a creator doesn't fulfill their promises. We hope that backers will consider using this provision only in cases where they feel that a creator has not made a good faith effort to complete the project and fulfill.
This isn't the same agreement that investors agree to when they invest in a company.
I see it was amended from "US First Dual Screen" to just "Dual Screen". This just looks like a generic phone someone could buy from Alibaba and resell.
Edit: That's because it is, and it's $120 more expensive.

No surprise it's on IGG, looks like rebranded stuff from Alibaba. KS prolly rejected it on those grounds
No. That's a private company that happens to have the dmca.com domain name and is milking people who are confused. There is no DMCA, its the name of a piece of legislation. http://www.wikiwand.com/en/Digital_Millennium_Copyright_Act
I was very happy with The Bradley Watch. Shipped a bit late, but the product is solid and exactly as I expected.
I also just got the Slide Wallet which actually shipped early and works great.
Both smaller scale than Pebble and Makerbot, but both great experiences
It sounds like you are talking about Patreon
I would consider it. Currently I'm between jobs so I'm hesitant to sign myself up for something that isn't a set amount. However, once I have an income again, I think the chances of my making ongoing contributions would be much greater.
I asked warranty because other agencies like BackerCrew, BackerCLUB and KICKSTARTECH all offer different warranties. In fact, I didn't ask anything before they said they had contributed 40 backers. I can't stand their bullsh*t and I sent them all data and ask a them to fix it.
And it seems you didn't get my point. I'm not complaining about their newsletter blast and contributions. I'm talking about their dishonesty and tricks. All data proved there were zero sales generated from the newsletter, including their dashboard data but they claimed there were 40 members backing my campaign lol.
It's sad that in your opinion, customers don't have the right to complain about a scam because the service is cheap? And again, I'm OK with the 0 sales but I can't stand their attitude.
I should have searched them before I used their services. They were already considered a scam. View the reviews on Trustpilot.
They claim to be on the cutting edge of the "authorized replica market" but spell Rolex with missing letters i.e R_lex. Definitely sketchy.
Also, link to campaign.
Heres a link to the blog post about the new rules. Basically they removed a lot of checks and balances and turned into Indiegogo: https://www.kickstarter.com/blog/introducing-launch-now-and-simplified-rules-0
Many listings on alibaba.com supplying the exact same belt. Identical buckle, 8 row weave, and leather tip.
~~potato salad? sounds like i missed something.. do i need to ask /r/OutOfTheLoop~~ ok then that is mighty stupid. Even as an 'aww aint' that cute' idea it's half baked.
da heck? a shoutout on the website? Why does a recipe have it's own website? Unless.... does she mean the kickstarter page? does it mean the backer listing? Cause that's a website and it would list the backers....
I almost never bother to watch the videos, I go straight to details and updates. Kung Fury's video I saw before I got to read the details and I loved it.

Hi, Katie!
I've had a successful Kickstarter before, and I'm running one now. I've found that some of the secrets to having a successful drive is to make sure that you have something folks want (sounds simple, but it's also the hardest part) that you can feasibly do for about 20-30 dollars, unless it's a high end thing.
As an example, I set pledges my trade for 25 with shipping, and folks respond really well. There are three tiers people seem to like, 25, 50, and 100, so if you plan something you would really like at that price, chances are others would too.
I'm such a noob here I have no idea how to send messages, even, but if you have any questions, let me know. Here's the one I'm doing now, as an example: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/862707357/cura-te-ipsum-year-three
I know that's not pottery, but with my friends who have Kickstarted other things, I have found the principles to be generally the same. People love honesty, a great thing, and communication. It's hard work, but the backers are truly incredible.
I don't have an opinion on this project, but I just read an interesting article on hackaday.com worth sharing.
http://hackaday.com/2014/05/03/ask-hackaday-can-the-lix-3d-printing-pen-actually-work/
> It’s only been on Kickstarter for a few days now, and already it has garnered close to a million dollars in pledges. An astonishing achievement, especially considering we can prove – with math and physics – that it doesn’t work as advertised. However, we’re wondering if it could work at all, so we’re asking the Hackaday community.
If you know exactly what title you're going to launch it under, you can take the preview url, cut it down to https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/[the first number]/ and add whatever kickstarter will parse your title into.
But my suggestion is to find a short url, where you can make a landing page with a countdown to launch+ some bonus information. Because honestly you don't want to print the full length url on your flyer.
> iPhone only makes up a relatively small fraction of smartphones (15%), Android holds far more (80%).
Source? It looks like you're using statistics that take into account poor country's that rely heavily on the very low end side of Android phones.
edit: This says 25% for Apple and Android at 28%. Here is another.
So basically a portable French press?
You know that the Oomph just finished a successful campaign on Kickstarter, right? Basically identical looking to this. https://the-oomph.com/tag/french-press-bodium/
And you have stuff like this on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Bodum-16-Ounce-Travel-Coffee-Press/dp/B000F3NQG2
Just wondering what's different here.
A LOT less hand-drawn animations, for one :P I'm not an artist by trade so I prefer animating via code to make it easier and more dynamic.
I've never played Wizard of Legend before but imagine it will be similar, though much less art oriented. The game will be much closer to Soul Knight, however, with a bit of Diablo mixed in (weapon stats, skill tree, character progression). The game world itself will be laid out similar to Hyper Light Drifter (there'll be a main town with a different dungeon to the north/south/east/west).
I've just made a new update.
tl;dr version - Everyone who backs this campaign will now receive a print and play at the end. Also, I'm going to put relaunch options in front of them.
I've also been a lot more positive. Thank you for your help. It's really helped me make sense of what I'm doing over the next few days.
If you like, you can read it here...

Again, thanks for your help!
I simply don't believe the video's assertion that you stick this thing on the A/C and it automagically works. I scanned through the rest of the page looking for some kind of information on configuration/setup, but nope, magic.
I've backed this similar project on Kickstarter primarily because it explains itself better. I like the idea of it having detection built in for geo location of mobile phone to turn on/off when you're approaching/leaving. I know I'll forget to turn my A/C off before leaving for work.
I enjoy House of Cards, but the character overshadowed any useful details.
I'd like you to review this project, because it's trying to create an ethical and eco-friendly clothing range for kids while remaining relatively inexpensive, but mostly because it's my wife's project - https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gecko-clothing/geckos-hatchlings-cotton-staples
You can get a plastic fidget cube on Aliexpress for a whopping $2.85 shipped
You can always cancel your pledge if you don't feel confident in the project.
By using Kickstarter, creators are legally obliged to fulfill all rewards / refund those it cannot fulfill
> Yes. Kickstarter's Terms of Use require creators to fulfill all rewards of their project or refund any backer whose reward they do not or cannot fulfill. (This is what creators see before they launch.) We crafted these terms to create a legal requirement for creators to follow through on their projects, and to give backers a recourse if they don't. We hope that backers will consider using this provision only in cases where they feel that a creator has not made a good faith effort to complete the project and fulfill.
HOWEVER they cannot guarantee a refund if a project does not fulfill its promises
> No. Kickstarter doesn't issue refunds, as transactions are between backers and the creator. In fact, Kickstarter never has the funds at all. When a project is successfully funded, money is transferred directly from backers' credit cards to the project creator's Amazon Payments account. It's up to the creator to issue a refund, which they can do through their Amazon Payments account. (Like PayPal, Amazon Payments allows refunds for 60 days from the date of charge. After 60 days, creators cannot reverse the same charge to backers' credit cards, so to issue refunds they'll need to initiate a new transaction to send money via Amazon Payments or PayPal, send backers a check, or use another method. Our support team has guided creators in how to issue refunds like these before.)
That being said, you should always be able to chargeback through either PayPal or your credit card company. (Though I'm not sure if you will be infracted by Kickstarter for doing so.)
The kickstarter in question is Asylum Playing Cards, not to be confused with Asylum - An insane card game.

You mean the campaign you defrauded myself and others out of nearly $10k?

Ok, advice mode enabled.
First off, music pitches are a tough road because there are a lot of them on CF sites and unfortunately they all tend to look more or less the same.
The ones that suceed tend to have a couple of common points in their favor. Either they have a large audience already aware of their music and are crowdfunding their 3rd album or they find a niche.
If you already have an audience that likes your music (owns previous albums) then you just use your current social media to ask for them to back you.
However, you don't have that, you're trying to make a debut album which is really tricky. You have nothing you can really point to and say "this is what I'm about, this is my musical 'voice' and these tracks show that I know what I'm doing."
So, one option you might want to consider is appealing to a niche audience for music. One of the biggest niche's for KS is gamers. Are you a gamer, either video or RPG?
For example look at this KS called RPG Music Moods. They are making loopable background music for people to play while doing tabletop RPGing. I've prob seen 4-5 similar Kickstarters that have been successful.
Thoughts on that? Is that something you'd be interested in doing? I'd be happy to start pointing you in the direction of RPG resources if you're interested.
Hi Sam, I think KS restructured their model, where they are moving more towards community centered projects (ie: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/862055585/idbrooklyn / https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1667757478/film-and-photo-for-all-one-year-of-programs-at-the). I think QNSMADE is much more than a website, but I had to frame it as such because people were confused at all the things QNSMADE was comprised of, from local meetups, to a show in July, and a booth at a flea market, on top of the website. Funding is for a Queens-based hub of information. Best, Amy
Dunno if it's a huge network of scams, but this one certainly is - really not hard to do an Alibaba search for this kind of thing. http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/2016-New-Product-Cat-Shape-Silicone_60348415081.html
What they all are looking for exists: https://www.patreon.com/
It's just very different from KS and would make no sense on KS. KS is a site where, while there might be a risk, you get something worth your money.
On Patreon you might get smaller perks for your money, but they (usually) don't come even close to being worth what you are paying, you do it to support someone. There are reporters, musicians, twitch streamers without partnership, writers, etc. A few I know of were able to quit their day job thanks to the support of their patrons.
Your reinvention of the charger has little practical value. Old linear power supplies did indeed waste quite a bit of power, but the ones we use today don't, and haven't for a while. It will take a long, long time for a modern switchmode charger to cost you $29 in vampiric power draw. How long? In all likelihood, longer than you'll be alive. (That link, by the way, also shows that zero-draw chargers have indeed been invented before by at least Nokia, so you might want to revise the "nobody's ever done it before!" claim.)
Now if your target are the sort of people who feel all green inside when they're saving the environment by removing a draw of a few milliwatts from their power grid while feeling perfectly OK with several hundred to brew coffee every morning (to say nothing of aircon), then go ahead - I've always been partial to the idea of parting fools from their money.
But you might not want to advertise it on reddit. We tend to be pretty tech-aware here.
Honestly, if people are going to get angry when they throw money at things like this they should either think and research things more or stop altogether.
There is something to be said for Kickstarter vetting projects more, but what do you expect exactly? Requiring prototypes, references and whatever else is going to decrease accessibility and projects worth their salt typically have those anyway. Their Terms of Use should make it clear that their lack of liability in these instances means they can happen.
not really much of a kickstarter. seems to actually just be this in a new black case. Either that, or they just stole their sample photos from that page for some other reason...
It's a Raspberry Pi, probably a B+ (based on the port arrangement and claims), and the "storage" is the micro SD card that's used to boot it, unless you get one of the packages with the stubby USB flash drive. It looks like it's running OpenElec, a pre-rolled Linux distro with XBMC/Kodi. Their "apps" are probably thin DLNA clients, which already exist on the internet.
And the case is stright from Alibaba. So the unspecified-capacity rechargeable battery is either not internal to this package or irritatingly small.
Edits:
>Wireless streaming WITHOUT need for your own mobile hotspot, Wi-Fi network or data bandwidth
What?
It's an okay project in theory, awful presentation, and it's pretty shitty that they just brush over the actual work that went into the parts they're assembling and reselling. Especially when they say "but it's open source so it's even better!" This is Instructables material, not Kickstarter material.
Price breakdown (all from Amazon):
I think having a clean photo-perfect presentation is 100% a requirement, but Photoshop is pricy.
I found that you can use Affinity Photo for the .PSD files and I made these mockups on my iPad. You can find free mockup templates online but you can also buy them for less than $20 with a commercial license included.
That's a one time charge of $30 for the pictures you see above, and I can use it on multiple products. But Photoshop is a forever subscription.
Anyway. If you need help doing it yourself, hit me up!
I don't know if this is what you're looking for or not, but if you make a 'share' link, and change the last word of the link where it says "edit" to "copy" it will force the sheet to open as a copy of the original. If every time they open it, it's a copy, then they'll be able to edit it to their hearts content without ever bothering someone else.
Yes! Do a business one. A few tips on the social media side:
IFTTT should be your bff. You already have an Instagram, and your product photographs well, so use this recipe to automatically post the insta photos to your business Twitter: https://ifttt.com/recipes/164569-post-instagram-pics-in-twitter-as-a-picture-not-a-link
hashtags are highly underrated and are a SUPER easy way to find people that may be interested in your product. Search relevant hashtags, like "#etsy" "#kickstarter" "#leatherfashion and favorite/retweet relevant posts. Such an easy way to engage people (without being annoying), but most people will be flattered that an account they don't follow has 'liked' their content.
Don't be afraid to follow a bunch of people from other relevant accounts. For example, you may start building your following by seeing who follows Filson, or other quality bags/leathergoods companies. These people have already shown that they'll dig your product through their social media choices, so use that to your advantage.
One thing that we just found to be effective is the 'Lists' feature. Our small Indiegogo is called Thinking Ball [it's a ball used for thinking: don't overthink it.] We used IFTTT to have every person that hash tagged #deepthinking added to a list called 'deep thinkers.' You have no idea how many people reached out and thanked us for adding them to the list, while it was barely any work on our end. We made about 6 lists, and have seen some really great success.
We just added a ton of new prize levels you guys should check them out! We also have some cards that are going to be made exclusively for our Kickstarter backers if we can hit our first stretch goal. Take a look: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1499828166/primary-a-nosidam-games-project
That's a neat idea... Are you after currently funding or funded projects? Mine finished recently - Zipmount for GoPro

We'll be posting more updates as we go. What would you like to see from us?
Are you 100% certain they don't have a US partner? The only guide I've found for listing on from outside of the US basically says you need a US citizen with a social insurance number. If they really got around it, do you know how?
There are plenty of projects all around the world, but that's not proof that they don't have a US partner (and I mean "partner" as in, someone who helps set up some of the paperwork for you)
It seems like there's a lot of potential for confusion with the name being so close to Celeste which is coming soon and has been using the name in promotional stuff for way longer.
I'm quite surprised to see you moved foward with this name since I saw that feedback given when you first posted in /r/IndieGaming, here. Something with such a risk of confusing your game with someone else's seems like it could hurt both games.

So it is both a website AND a personal webserver (which is a bit more than just a website)
Yes, Blockade Runner is a cool game. However, calling it "more complete" is misleading for a couple reasons. First, ScrumbleShip is barely behind in features, and it's coded by one man rather than BR's 6 or more. Second, ScrumbleShip focuses a lot more on realism.
Can you melt jagged holes in ships based on materials' real world physical properties in BR? No you can't. Can you make a ship out of butter that melts when you turn the engines on (or one out of tungsten that will withstand all but the craziest heats)? No you can't. In ScrumbleShip, you can. http://www.indiedb.com/games/scrumbleship/news/scrumbleship-heat-engine
Both games will be excellent - ScrumbleShip just aims for greater realism, while still being cheeky fun.
Be careful, I haven't heard of that site before, so I did some searching. There aren't a lot of reviews out there, but a good number of them are negative with claims of accounts closing without returning the money in the account.
Yeah, also available on Amazon for half the price.
Amazon sells some that are very similar (https://www.amazon.com/Gilden-Tree-Natural-Cotton-Classic/dp/B0009SQMHS). So do lots of other places. Google "waffle weave towel" and you can find them all over the place. Sorry you're out the cash but you can still get your towel!!
Here you go, lots of cool features like automatically saving your location when your car's Bluetooth unpairs. As far as parking locations go? I enter my destination address in my gps, then select Stopover->Near destination->Points of interest->Parking
I don't see the issues you're trying to solve with that other then the fact that half the places people park near public parking is restricted paling, which means multiple people will park there, along with street sides during specific hours, etc which your app will all think is available because more then one person parked there that one time?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.edwardkim.android.carlocatorfull
Yeah, I checked out the Documentary they did “Secrets of Blackmoor” on Amazon! I’m excited for this book to come out!
Yeah, you're right: It was a risky way of doing things, but at least it was a way of doing things! :) That's something a lot of people get caught up in - worried that their idea might be stolen, and then being so secretive about it that it never happens, which I think is even worse, because not only won't you profit from the idea or get credit for it, but the world is missing out on something great. Read this or point 5 & 6. For every Robert Kearns, there are hundreds of successful entrepreneurs who would never have made it if they hadn't taken that risk :-)

There's also a great Kickstarter group on facebook that might have some interesting advice.

On the whole, I'd be a bit concerned about being asked to run something I have no experience of by a third party, though. Unless you are really really 'big' in your field, I'd be wondering whether they know what they're doing either.
Lawyers aside, two parties with little understanding of what they are doing should not expect success in a venture like this. Unless, of course, you're Zach Braff. In that case, shut up and take my money.
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1869987317/wish-i-was-here-1
Well, since I never used Kickstarter before, I was a little iffy about doing it. So I actually did the opposite of what most people do. I made a low-budget movie FIRST, and am asking donations for it to be screened at a local theater. The donations cover the screening and some merch, and given that the film is in the can (as they say), I didn't feel any pressure as far as whether or not I could deliver.
Here's the link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/477074247/gamers-at-the-enzian
Yay! Fully funded in the first 24 hours. Even though we didn't get much feedback we must be doing something right.
Posted our first update thanking everyone and a Video Blog of me going over our stretch goals: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2019000933/utaforum-40/posts/891740
Very neat, and I'm newly fascinated by personal drones and quadcopters, but how does this differ from the Pocket Drone, which also has an autofollow mode and nearly half the price?
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/airdroids/the-pocket-drone-your-personal-flying-robot
Is the differentiating factor the multiple modes of following?
Havoc Boards was the disappointment. The wait to finally receive the product was much longer than they originally stated (which happens but was several months too long) and the only thing that came in the box was the board even though it was supposed to come with the play cards. Eventually they made it right but that took a while as well. And because the game only comes with cards I have had to take my armies and dice from Risk which is just annoying.
My favorite has been Experience World War I through a German officer's photos. Stunning book. Well worth the money.
“Patent it Yourself” is a great read to understand how intellectual property law works and exactly what you need to do to protect your ideas.

It was hard during the lawsuit because anything I said in the updates could be used in court. Not that I would say, or did, anything incriminating, but when you're going through something stressful like that you tend to be overly cautious. It was difficult because I felt like I was letting my backers down. We're only days away from having our costumes.

Dude I love this idea. I drink crap keurig and starbucks because I drink for the effect not taste, but I can definitely see your value, especially as a resident in the SF Bay Area with a bunch of pour over coffee shops all over the place.
I don't know your full story or if there are any other products out there like this, but if not, it does seem disruptive at first glance. Here is Soma, a SF based company that disrupted the water pitcher experience. I read their story a while ago and you seem to be on a similar track. Here's their original kickstarter Drink Soma. They were clever and brought in David Beeman, a specialty water designer for global brands, so they added some additional credibility to their plans. You can probably Google them and find even more about their strategy.
Someone touched basis on this already, but Soma did a really great job of talking about "the why," which is what Simon Sinek talks about in his Golden Circle discussion. As a practitioner in Law and Finance, I struggled with talking about the why too, thinking the specs of the product I'm selling is the more important stuff. Things didn't start picking up until I started talking about the why and focusing on the benefits in my product for the users. Don't let people try to come to conclusions on what is in it for them, they won't.
Launchrock and Wishpond might be some good marketing options for you.
Check out Grant Cardone's book The 10X Rule. Whenever I start feeling my efforts are going unnoticed I reread that junk. It's tough to break through in mainstream for anything. There's just a lot of noise.

12 Realms: Ancestors Legacy, was funded in just one day. Now what remains to be seen is, the stretch goals that will be unlocked!

My recommendation if based in the UK is to look at rebanknow.com or revolut.com
with rebank you can just sign up with your current bank account, whereas with revolut you'll have to open one of their business accounts. but once done you can open multiple currency accounts with either which will allow you to receive and send payments in various currencies
Looks great, I love all the other stuff these guys have done and really hope they get this thing on air.
As for networks making them change major aspects, like no strong female lead, that's fucking outrageous.

Even with the older folks who have cell phones...what they really want is more frequent communication from their loved ones. When they call their phone they can only do so when both parties might be available for a call. We still want people to call their parents and grandparents, but for those times in between we still want to encourage voice communication. Along with our older family members, it has actually been really interesting to get feedback from those under 18 who already no longer look at their "phone" as a device for voice. The idea of having a private voice messaging system when they get home in their room....a way to get something that they dont have on their phone (aka "voice") outside of some short form voice messaging apps has actually been something we have seen a lot of folks express interest in. It's also been interesting to see how they view location based voice shares as something more futuristic instead of the rest of us who view it as coming from the past. But we would love to have more feedback on our website, our kickstarter page, and more particularly on our feedback survey. You kinda answered your own question, posting on social media once every few days isn't a marketing drive. I was advised to have a 3 month runway on content for the business, by far and away the best piece of advice came from Gary Vaynerchuk who advocates having a hundred pieces of contextual content every single day.
https://www.slideshare.net/vaynerchuk/the-garyvee-content-model-107343659
Now may figure that's insane but a single piece of content could be as small as a thoughtful tweet, which you then screenshot and share on LinkedIn with an accompanying blog post and a later follow up.

From Amazon, and yes you can order just 1. Comes from the Amazon warehouse and I bet will be shipped much faster than from ebite. I actually just got my Couch Console in the mail yesterday after I had already gotten my refund 2 months ago.
If anyone wants to know what I think about it, let me know.

I presume that it would be basically like that. it's not as hard as it seems.
take for instance awesomenauts KS
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ronimo/awesomenauts-starstorm
You send out the codes two ways. Based on reward levels or based on codes.
So you could have a SS that's like
Reward Level | Code 1 | Code 2 | Code3 | |
---|---|---|---|---|
Skin Pack 1 | XXXX-XXXX-XXXX | XXX-XXX-XXX | N/A | |
Skin Pack 2 | XXXX-XXXX-XXXX | N/A | XXX-XXX-XXX | |
Everything | XXXX-XXXX-XXXX | XXX-XXX-XXX | XXX-XXX-XXX | |
Everything | XXXX-XXXX-XXXX | XXX-XXX-XXX | XXX-XXX-XXX |
Then John gets an email like
> Thanks for backing at the [Skin Pack 1] level. Here are your codes
> Expansion Code XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
> Skin Pack 1 Code XXXXXXXXXXXXX
> Keep playing.
The other way to do it would have one spread sheet for each code and then send people multiple emails one for each code.
I'm sure steam can give you your codes in a csv or something so that's easy input there. The same for KS with organizing the emails and reward levels. It probably isn't that hard.
The Washington state AG is now bringing charges against this guy.
No mention of the mPrinter, that guy seems to have gotten away with $88k. Link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1953425088/mprinter-an-analog-printer-for-a-digital-world
Since its a tabletop game, its not really a lucrative project. If you need more context, this is the draft page; these prices are based off of a quote of $9,180.00 quote for a 1,000 unit minimum to be manufactured and delivered to my door for me to ship out to backers, and hopefully sell the extras elsewhere.
Hello! I would like to tell you a story how it finally turned out to be a SCAM! Do you remember all this updates where he sweared that he sent out all pens? First of all - he lied. Proof: http://s30.postimg.org/detzo38s1/lie1.jpg Today I noticed that I can't post comments on project page: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1171695627/polar-pen-both-tool-and-toy-pen-stylus-made-from-m/comments After a further research I found this message(shown above). In this message he mentioned that he hasn't sent out pens and he decided NOT TO ship my reward on HIS OWN(I didn't asked for this). Of course he hasn't made a refund furthermore I'm not sure if my card can accept it (qiwi visa). From this message I can see his attempt to STOP scammed backers from asking for delivery and keep only good comments. I'm sure I'm not only one whom he just banned from comments. What should I do now? Can somebody help me to get this scammer banned?
Hi, thanks for the info because I need all the help possible. I wish you were able to provide more direct links which would be a life saver.
I just checked out your project and congrats. I'll keep at it, here is mine if you don't mind checking it out.
