There is a lot wrong in this.

First all of those are the wrong shoes to wear for lifting, you want flat shoes without any sort of shock absorbtion like running shoes do.

She's using very little weight. Not sure exactly how many kilo those plates are, but the weight is very low to the ground due to it being low weight. This is why when she begins her pull from the floor she has to bring the bar towards her to get it past the feet.

Not sure if she is purposefully doing romanian deadlifts or if she is just doing deadlifts without knowing that she's supposed to bring the bar back to the floor after every rep. Regardless it looks like her back is hyper extended as you can tell by the arch in her mid back, and she isn't getting full hip extension. She isn't pushing forward with her glutes and hamstrings. If you pause at her lockout position you can see she is compensating by leaning back with her back and her hips are relaxed and not fully extended. A lockout position should be standing in a strait line.

That being said at least Bambino and the Rainbow girls lift any sort of weight. Its better than the silly shit we've seeing Yeongji do. But honestly the trainers for these korean idols have no clue what they're doing, as is with most personal trainers anywhere. But I imagine that in Korea with the gender norms, women lifting heavy is probably considered a joke.

You need google cardboard or a Gear VR (Samsung note 5, S6, S7). You can download the video with this apk called Tubemate (google it). This apk got taken down so its not on google play. You gotta download it from the tubemate site.

It's actually pretty easy.

1. Gather the clips that you want to use. If you don't have any then use WEBMaker (link in the sidebar) to make some.

2. Depending on how many clips you have, you might want to add a slow motion effect because gfycat has a 15 second time limit for webms. Avidemux is free and allows you to do this (video -> filters -> change fps).

3. Download MKVtool and use it to compile the files (first add the clip you want to start with, then right click it and choose 'append').
