Probably there to identify it as the right-side (passenger) lamp.

Googled that, and the first result is an Amazon listing for a third-party aftermarket replacement passenger-side (right) headlamp for '99-'01 Ford Super Duty/'00-'02 Excursion. From a company from Taiwan.
I'd call that a bingo.

That mask is really only effective against youtube and google maps. It works fine with a different mask and you can still see the car clearly enough to identify it.

Easy really, the car has its plate on it. You've obviously used one of the less useful apps to search it up yourself and were most of the way there. I find the apps Vehicle Smart (better option) and Total Car Check to be the best free apps to use for this as they provide useful results without a load of messing about like some other apps do. Vehicle smart just for my use tends to have a more slick interface and easier to digest information

The rest is a mix of google fu and knowledge of how this stuff works at the DVLA.
Run the car through one of those decent checking app gives me the make, model and age of the vehicle. It also tells me when it's first registered in 1999, by the process of elimination later we can confirm that's when the car was imported (likely with a bit more digging on a car imported later than this that we could possibly find the listing for it in Japan but that's for another day).
Doing an image search of the plate details brings back a host of links including the thread I posted with the owner asking if a photographer had any images of their car, thus showing who owned the car in 2010.
Then back to the app we see that a V5c was issued in 2017, the main reason for doing this when you sell the car on, though as I pointed out it could be other reasons such as the original V5 has been lost/stolen for example.
We can establish that the car has been SORN and used off public roads based on the images and threads that discussion of this car at events within the UK. As it can't be on the road without a valid MOT so explaining the gap and generally ruling out that it's been exported for a period of time before being reimported back.
And now you to have the power. Simples (now try not to think of an annoying meercat saying that!).
This is the wiring kit I used. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FXJD8W1/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_1KC8T2BVW2CQNBW76FPD?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Looks like they might not make the camera kit anymore, but mine is an Apeman kit and as far as I can tell their stuff is pretty solid. As far as I can tell the battery hasn't even noticed the camera. That said, it was nearly new when I installed the kit. Battery from Napa has a 7 year full replacement warranty, so I'm not super worried about it.
Hello, I'm a bot! The movie you linked is called Taiyô wo nusunda otoko, here are some Trailers

Yeah, it's so generic, it could be almost anything, but an '84 Yugo seems like a good match, imo. Same (fairly generic) headlights, grill, overall shape, single side mirror. Missing the indicators in the bumpers though.
Most other cars mentioned in this thread are similar, but have different lights/grill, imo.
I agree with the Chevy/GMC guesstimates. I have a 1995 GMC Sierra. The 1988 - 1998 stretch all have about the same features. Many of these trucks have aftermarket covers like this (mine did when purchased, but I took them off).
Chances are, if this happened in the last few days, they haven't noticed (or they would've stopped to pick it up or came back to retrieve it). I would look around the area for the truck with one rear light trim cover.
Unless they wash the truck, it should also have dirt marks on the taillight lens matching the cover. They don't fit very tightly.
Hahaha... no. Who would be so stupid to think that's a gas filler accessory? FYI, it is a hitch, not a tow bar.
In any case, the hitch would not be a gas filler accessory, as the gas filler is in the left quarter panel, not under the license plate. Take a look. See what I'm talking about now?
Well for the TL, these door handles are not from a 2003 or earlier. The 3rd gen (04-08) had door handles, window trim and pillar cladding exactly like this.
