I've tested them, they work well enough but not as good as google. That's why you keep going back there. but keep in mind, the more you use yandex the better it is. (just like google). ymail works exactly like gmail.

Use Yandex to search images of people. It uses facial recognition technology. Unlike google's reverse image search, it searches for the face of the person, not just the exact same image. I used Yandex on this image and it found the guy. His name is John C Maxwell. Couldn't be bothered to look into who he is, but you can.
Adding to the websites, I also highly recommend Yandex image search, from my experience it's much better than Google's on heavily cropped images, and even when it can't find the exact same pic it still returns a bunch of similar pics from the same character (which is very useful when I don't know who the character is/where it's from). It has saved me multiple times when both Google and Saucenao left me hanging. You can add it to Image Search options using the URL:

A Mi-10k model may be parked at Oreshkovo airfield, about 200 km from Moscow. Which is probably the place where they get all the "bear inspecting airplanes" photos from, if you check the news. A Mi-10 base model is on display at Monino Central Air Force Museum much closer to Moscow.
That mask is really only effective against youtube and google maps. It works fine with a different mask and you can still see the car clearly enough to identify it.

Fair enough. Let me show you how I found what I did before you disbelieve. I did a reverse image search and although the exact image was not found, all the results were of her. I tend to believe it is.

Used my snipping tool to crop them into individual photos and reverse image searched them on yandex (which I find to be a better reverse image search engine than google).
Eh, it's not too bad. Just a different mail client (Gmail is still included), a search app and a browser from Yandex. It can all be uninstalled, and it won't send any of your data to Russian hackers, I just don't like having both Google's and Yandex's apps on the phone for the same purpose.
There is a lot of content on the internet which is not in English language and such content is generally not shown on Google searches. E.g. Russian or Chinese content. One can search for such content using that country's local search engines(yandex and baidu). But if you can not read those languages then you will have to use some translation service (which is not perfect).

If you got pictures of them, go to https://www.yandex.com/images and submit them for searches. Catfishers mostly steal pictures from the internet, so doing a search will tell you if the Pic is out there. If it is, look at the information about the Pic and see if it matches what they're saying.
Another thing is to have them send a Pic with them touching their nose with their ring finger (or any face part with any finger). Don't do the typical "hold two fingers up" because a lot of people take that pose already. I run a dating app and use this for verification. It's hilarious how many times I get a verification for a 20ish white woman and the verification is a black man.

No, I used Yandex reverse image search. I went through some of the websites for the similar looking fish and figured out it was probably a Panaque. I then went through all the different types of Panaque and found suttonotum to be the closest looking.
I can’t take too much credit, I did a reverse image search and it linked to this one, I just extended the sky up and removed some words to make it nicer. Find a bunch of different ones here

Yandex is where I got em. I find Yandex gets the more "rare" images that google doesn't.
I just searched things like "anime street scenery" or "anime city scenery"
fyi, Yandex Reverse Image search is 10x better than google image search in my experience and it was able to ID the moth from the image. The only drawback with yandex is that it tends to mostly show Russian websites in the results so you need a google translate extension.
I haven't really noticed. But I depend on black hat SEO for my business and Google's increasing incompetence has made that easier. For search, I sometimes also use Yandex.
How about Yandex.com? I've just entered "site:e-catworld.com rossi" into it and got thousands of results, all relevant. It's very ironic how the big Russian-based search engine is freely providing results while the big American-based one maintains what amounts to an "Iron Curtain".
When I was kicking about this, I decided to use Yandex search engine instead. There is no limits, no ads (unless you enable) and it searches the same main index, not separate (like Goolge Custom Search does and sucks).
