I was confused at first since I've seen this artwork before, but it was posted today as a new one.
So here's the "original" artwork. You can compare the images from my link and OP's source. Looks the same but "different", right?
Based on the description and Google translate, the original has a how to draw this character -book and the artist made their copy of this character.
Also the title should be [Girls' Frontline] as the artist is calling her Suomi from the game.
Interesting.
Please provide the source (link to the artist) when posting, you can use SauceNAO to find that out.
In this case this is the artist's pixiv
Also don't forget to tag your post as to the source of the anime/game/etc.
I just returned from vacation, so here's bonus Reimu pantsu and ZR as a late Christmas present:
*Edited for minor grammatical stuff.
Source! Was originally going to post the entire album to r/awwnime, but then I found this in there...

(I'm totally taking advantage of all the new comment faces.)
Artist's name is Pan (yes, it is referring to the word "bread" in Japanese), and the artist's doujin circle page can be found HERE.
If you use the tools in the sidebar, it's really easy to find the source! SauceNAO shows you the site(s) it was originally uploaded to by the artist, while iqdb shows you which image boards are hosting it (this can be useful if the artist deleted the piece from pixiv).
Hope this helps!

Yeah, jisho.org has a "Names & Places" dictionary that I trust a lot more than Google Translate (really, I don't trust Google Translate for pretty much anything). It lists "Haruno" as the top result for 春野 and "Emi" as the top result for 笑美, but there some alternates as well.
Source is the illustration from Short Story 2 of the Light Novel series, Only Sense Online. It's a really nice slice of life fantasy in a game series. I really enjoy the niche of it and the characters are a lot of fun. Translations are currently caught up on the LN.
For your reference, in the game she's considered more of a wolf than anything else.
> Called a Seriansuropu, Masaki is a hybrid of human and beast, which makes her have human-like features, along with a tail and ears of the seriansuropu species. This species closely resembles a wolf.
Sorry there's no higher res available.
Artist: Haoto Luna (link to source page doesn't work)
Woah. Does it work with windows 7?
Does it work with other applications? I use desktop earth and would love if static background images could cycle through my desktop image background.
Drawn by @kitsuna_15.
The background and her hands could use some more work, but overall I like the "having a good time with you" feel.
This is more intense than the booru pool "Enjoying This Moment with You...", which is more about romantic moments per description of said pool. This intensity partially comes from the imagined possibility of sweating and heavier breathing from such a workout or laughing, though as far as we know they may have just started.
