All this azure and blue light from our computers and screens on our hand held portals to the internet will keep you awake. To our brain, the blue light reminds of the Sun, which Brodin hoists in the air for the day, and does a concentric negative squat and pauses to make night. The app is however shaped towards classical stronglifting and focused on strength, not size, just so you know. If you want to lift to get big you can do the same exercises but instead of 5x5 do like 3x12 instead.

The BMI might be helpful for the average sedentary non athletic population, who needs a rough guide on how to avoid heart disease and diabetes, but not for anyone who knows enough to track macros and exercise properly. In fact, the AMA, one of the most conservative medical journals, published a study in the past couple years that people who were "overweight" on the BMI scale were healthier in all fucking respects than those who were "normal" or "obese". But we'll still all be getting shit about our BMI scores for the next 50 years because that's how the medical field is.

Heed brother /u/BrosusChessiah 's advice and set a timer, friend. If you follow the Way of Android, I recommend Ovo. The spinning motion gives me mad thumb gainz and it's easy to rep timers, say in sets of 5.

They were affordable (~100USD) and show no signs of wear. I've owned them for about 6 months now. My previous pair of lifting shoes was a knock-off chinese brand that tore off of the sole, but these ones are solid.
It looks good for a start, but I wouldn't recommend putting any real weight on them. I've seen people move power racks when reracking weight and I can't imagine those will hold well over 100 lbs.
Maybe save up and get something like this?
From my experience there are two viable options:
1) Buy those super comfy long boxer briefs, the ones that go almost to your knee.
2) Be uncomfortable until you blow out the elastic on the legs of your Hanes.
Nike ProCombat briefs are my fav, they are pretty expensive so unfortunately I only have one pair as of now ... along with a lot of ruined boxer briefs.

Absolutely. Believe it or not, it's from a diet book co-written by the great Alan Aragon.
The diet/meal plan is pretty common sense IIFYM stuff, nothing ground breaking. But the workout program is solid and very well balanced. A good mix of strength, hypertrophy, conditioning, calisthenics and strongman stuff. Also it's a bitch, great for beginners, novices and even intermediate lifters might get something out of it.
