I use this strong app Here Its good because you can track your previous records and keep track of the volume lifted (weight *reps). If you train with 2 different weights then you should follow the volume not just the reps.

Strong has also been released for Android recently. They are still working on adding some features tho. Version 1.1 is currently in beta; Google Fit integration was added.
If it was a one time payment, I might have purchased it, but paying every month for it makes no sense for me, especially since it's so focused on just 531. I use Strong for tracking of my excercising in general, and the spreadsheet for calculating values and recording a lot of extra stuff for myself. I'm a data geek and an app doesn't do it for me.
I've got a lifetime sub to Strong. It's expensive, but I've gotten more than my money's worth it if it.
Your also don't need to pay. I used it for a while without paying anything, but I used it so much, I wanted to support it.
You can’t target fat loss. If you want to tone up and get rid of some belly fat (stubborn fat for guys to lose) you have to kind of work everything.
Depending on your training schedule 3 days a week, 5 days a week you need to put together a plan that puts 1-2 days rest between exercising each muscle group and depends on your fitness and capability.
For weight training, try Strong to track gym sessions. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.strongapp.strong&hl=en_AU&gl=US
I’m going to assume you are a hard gainer (so you have trouble or find it difficult to gain muscle mass). The general rule is that you eat in caloric excess to gain muscle mass otherwise your body will feed on existing muscle to feed your body when you exercise and you’ll just be tired and / or get sick.
For food tracking you can use MyFitnessPal it’s generally good for meal and calorie tracking.
For a training plan you might want to talk to a personal trainer for a training plan. Not for personal training sessions, just for a training plan and to walk you through the plan so that you know how to do the exercises and starting weights so you don’t hurt yourself.

Can't tell because the link expiored
For weightlifting/resistance training I use Strong -- it's exactly what I need. It was a very reasonable resistance workout tracker. I didn't need the custom workout features of premium but if I did it was $30 a year.

Is it this app?
Currently using stronglifts 5x5 and created an template on my instict. After workout I adjust the weights.
Yeah well a friend of mine recommended that I should focus more on my lower body than on my upper body. However, now I've changed the scheme to the following:
Monday: lower body Wednesday: upper body Friday: lower body
I did this so that it won't be two lower body days in a row.
The app is called "strong". (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.strongapp.strong)
It is an really amazing app. You can build your own woekout schedules, however, you can only have 3 templates. If you want more then you will have to upgrade to pro.
If you're on Android I recommend Strong. It has worked great for me and allows you to set sets, reps and weight for each set. You can also create exercises if they don't have them. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.strongapp.strong
Strava for cardio and Strong for strength.
I use Strava for the integrations and social aspects. I tried Strong because it looked clean and easy and it has, in fact, proved to be simple to use.
Edit: for food tracking I use My Fitness Pal
Stong is by far the best App i've used in the gym. It's so good, I actually paid for it!!!
It lets me create a workout but I can also swap out excercises on the fly which makes it a lot more like a notebook than more apps like Jefit which aren't nearly as flexible on the fly.

I've seen these exact images before in an app called Strong. It's very useful, and some of them are also animated. It's all I use the app for, rather than the workout tracker which I feel is supposed to be the main use for it.
What kind of gym doesn't have barbells?
In any case, if you need to do it dumbell version, it's still better than doing nothing. Check this app if you have an android:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.strongapp.strong
Your best bet is to do dumbell variant for all the exercises (didn't realise there was one even for deadlift lol).
For progression, I'd say start with 5x5, then add reps till it's 5x8+ before adding weight and resetting to 5x5 again.
I've been using Strong for a few months, and it's been great. It has a premium feature subscription, but I haven't seen any need to pay for it yet.

I find that Strong is absolutely the best tracker around. It's got everything you mentioned except for the import/export features
Strong is popular
This is the one I use.
From your username, I'm assuming you're either Indonesian or Malaysian? I'm the earlier btw :) Hi, fellow Southeast Asian, either way!
Most gyms offer free trials, you should take them up on it while you're still figuring things out! I think since you're doing it mainly for your mental health, you should try out different things. Bigger gyms usually have classes, they can be a way to try out different styles of exercises. Find something that makes you feel good! This sub recommends lifting but if it doesn't do it for you, you can't force it.
When I first started I was too weak to use a barbell, so I picked a dumbbell-only routine instead. There are a few that are recommended by r/Fitness wiki. There were moves that I started doing with just 2kg dumbbells which were the lightest they have in my gym. I don't think there is such a thing as "too weak" to lift!
Google is your friend! I basically looked up videos of all the exercises in the routine. There is an app called Strong which I use to log the weights I lift. They actually have instructions with pics/GIFs for most of the exercises (check the screenshots on the Play store) which I find super helpful. These basically help me to fake it and look like I know what I'm doing lol.
A lot of the time, there are only men too in the weights and machines area in my gym. I am quite introverted myself so I basically just mind my own business and not make a lot of eye contact.
There are days when I find it quite disheartening because obv most men can naturally lift heavier than women. When I see these guys curling 10kgs like it's nothing when I can only do half of that, it sometimes messes my head up a bit BUT really for the most part, I find it empowering to even just be in the weights area. It's like, I'm here, I'm doing my thing, and I'm giving it everything I have with no regrets. I have never had any bad experience in terms of how others in the gym treat me.
Again, find something that floats your boat! It can be cycling, swimming, dancing, boxing.. there is something for everyone! I hope you find it :)
I haven't used an iOS device for almost 8 years but here is what I use on Android.
For an android alternative, I really like Strong that was linked here a while ago
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.strongapp.strong&hl=en
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.strongapp.strong
but I've the same experience with different apps as well.
I use Strong I had to replace SL 5x5 app and then another app I really liked but got taken off the Play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.strongapp.strong
Strong lifetime membership. It was pricey, but I use it almost every day, so I feel it was worth it.
I've really been liking Strong, but it doesn't have a dark theme as far as I can tell. Hopefully it gets one soon though.
Strong on Android is quite good
I like to use Strong:

> Strong Workout Tracker
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.strongapp.strong&utm_source=strongapp.io ??
The program is Strong Workout tracker, it's in the Google Play Store, dunno if it's on Apple, but I would assume it is

Daily drill:

Then barefoot running c25k 3x a week
Training log app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.strongapp.strong&hl=en_US&gl=US
C25k app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.c25k&hl=en_US&gl=US
And an excellent resource to fix as well as understand posture issues: Esther Gokhales "8 steps to a pain-free back": https://books.google.se/books/about/8_Steps_to_a_Pain_free_Back.html?id=Xg4h_-52-9wC&redir_esc=y
Its available as a free pdf online, and in most libraries as a book. I cant recommend it enough it provided me with instant relief when I found it. It will help you learn how to move, sit, walk, and even sleep. It will help instantly and continue to improve your posture.
Remember, feet posture affects knee posture, knee position affects pelvis, pelvis affects thoracic spine, thoracic spine affects shoulders. They're chained together like that. Each step provides the base for the position of the stuff above it.
Drill Video examples:
Wall slides https://youtu.be/GaP20t6ZOfU?t=21
Overhead stick stretch https://youtu.be/IWDN-RW-at8?t=129
Lunge stretch https://youtu.be/tsGPYSQbZx4?t=8
Sidelying thoracic rotation https://youtu.be/twGnMnUapAs
Thoracic extension https://youtu.be/hhvHpsxKjXw?t=243
Plank https://youtu.be/7iNKMEBOL1U?t=40
I had a explanation written up for the whole thing but reddit bugged out. I'm waiting for tomorrow to see if it shows up. But here is the exercise list anyway!
Basically start with that and proceeed to the FAQ recommended routine once your posture is good.
Theres a subbredit /r/barefootrunning that can teach you barefoot running stride. Essentially it is strike with the forward ball of your feet, and dont place your feet in front of your pelvis.
I think it's Strong
