We can have different and multiple goals. The important thing is that we work on it continuously and push ourselves a little.

Do you know this? You take on a lot, but you don't get into a habit of making things happen in the long run and another year goes by.

It is manageable what you can achieve in one year with the right attitude and diligence. BUT it is incredible what you could achieve in 10 years.

I know that it's off-topic, but I ran into the same problem and set to myself a goal using Beeminder (https://www.beeminder.com/). Whenever I read, I start a Toggl timer and I have weekly reading goals between 2 and 5 hours depending on how busy I am. Works like a charm for me for the last 9 months or so, and it's very satisfactory to see how much reading hours I accumulated since the beginning of the year.

You can integrate your G calendar into clickUp I believe, as for getplan.co, I'm not too sure. If you export .csv, you can certainly find ways of importing it too. ClickUp is just what I found to be the most practical (so far), we could possibly change platform in the future. I'll send a PM

It really really helped me... Alone from April to August I went from 130 kg to 123 kg - the app will learn you anything about fasting but the key to loose fat is looking on the calories - my body needs 2000 kcal to only live... My gf needs 1700 kcal.

If you don't want to fasting than look on ya calories. But the refreshnes from fasting is very good to your body.

Something I’ve started to use to keep track of stuff is the app Habit Hunter (link IOS or link android); not only keeps track of habits you’re trying to break but also keeps track of daily stuff and upcoming events you have to work towards. It makes it a game as well which is fun, so if you do your dailies you get exp and you get coins and stuff. idk, it might not be for everyone but I personally like stuff I can chip away at.
