Use file above when you get out of the shower and your skin is soft.
At night do one more "dry run" with the file and then cover your feet in Vaseline and put some socks on & sleep in them.
Repeat daily until your feet are fixed.
Once your feet are fixed, you need to maintain by scrubbing them everytime you get out of the shower. Try to put Vaseline on them with socks 1 night ever so often if they are dry.

Understanding the original reasoning behind it is a good way to figuring it out...Basically people or funds rather, were sellin their long positions early to get some unrealized gains on their books for the tax year and then would by back in quickly to main their positions.
It was a way to get a lower tax burden on that year's taxes so they would try and realize all ther losing positions losses and then buy back in later to mainten those positions....
To combat that the IRS said fuck you to anyone who sells and then buys back in within 30 days.....Basically your cost basis jumps up on your new positions and you don't get to realize that loss.
That's called Cowboy Method, and the cons are that you get coffee grounds in your mouth lol. Interesting, pulling up the fin box model for the 10 year DCF they’ve got it pegged at $332 but they’ve got a relatively stable growth rate of 20ish percent for a few years followed by a gradual decline over the decade. Not really sure how reasonable maintaining a 20% rev growth YoY through 2025 is though tbh.
The China factor makes it a wild card though.

- Boom, hit it with the brats from out of the fridge. give them 2-3 minutes on medium heat, you want them brown on the outside, raw on the inside. get those grill marks. get that brown casing, get that maillard effect cranking. You don't want to cook them long enough to split the casings generally, but if they start splitting they're done. If they're black you're too hot, don't be making any mummy dicks out there.
- BAM - throw those into the simmering beer bath, bring it back to simmer and simmer those brats for 15 minutes with those onions and beers.
- Get your buns, mustard, secret stadium sauce, pretzilla soft pretzel buns, potato buns if you're in a pinch, whatever else you want to condiment them with. Then you add the brats, then add those sauces, then a healthy helping of onions. Then you're fucking set.
You eat those brats. You fucking enjoy them.

🚨PARENTING PROTIP TO TEACH READING🚨: Buy foam letter bath toys like this. During bath/shower time think of a word (start with 3 letters if they're just learning) and randomly put the letters to make the word into the tub. Kid get points if they can figure out the word you are thinking plus bonus points for additional words. Make a big deal out of it if they get it right or find other words, the point is to make it feel like a fun game. They need to know the basics of sounding out but even that can be taught this way. Increase the number of letters/length of words as they progress. Make sure they tell you what the word means too. You can add extra letters that don't belong to up the difficulty.
I made this up when Shroom Jr was 4 and he was reading basic books by kindergarten. Fast forward to now he has the highest reading level and comprehension in his class (even got an award from his teacher 💅💅). Before I thought this up he would get super frustrated trying to read but turning it into a game made him look forward to solving the challenge I gave every night. On top of teaching to sound words out it shows them how letters can be arranged in different ways to make different sounds/words.

This CGC DCF Revenue exit model on FinBox has CGC projected to grow revenue from 577M to almost 2.5B by 2026.
It claims to source its data from S&P global market intelligence, but I’m curious where their projections are coming from. $TLRY isn’t even close to having that kind of projected growth, so I’m not sure what’s going on there.
I’m almost tempted to start an extremely speculative long term position in CGC if it goes much lower. That shit isn’t disappearing any time soon, they have more cash than debt on the balance sheet, not to mention the backing (read: bagholding) of Constellation.
Fundamentals are general poor across the board, and weedstonks are kinda dumb in general, but eventually they will sell off to a point where it might be lucrative.

The next 2 Q earnings will give us a better idea of whether or not they are able to sustain the kind of revenue growth and FCF growth they've put up YoY since 2016, but I don't think they will. However, they've expanded their balance sheet pretty significantly as well over the last few years, MGMT has also been aggressively buying back stock and retiring shares YoY.
But there has been weakness in their cash flows this year in particular compared to previous years, but IMO 2020 was sort of a standout year for INTC (and probably a lot of the rest of the market).
Just looking at P/E, P/B, and P/S multiples, you can justify a $70ish share price. Pulling up FinBox's 10yr DCF Revenue Exit model, they are projecting out about $74 share price, even accounting for this year's declines (and a -10% decline in YoY revenue growth in 2024).
In the short term, share price isn't reflective of underlying fundamentals, so maybe the above is all a moot point, but if you are purely looking at it from a fundamentals perspective, INTC is undervalued.

Dude. Dumb easy to ferment. Go get some wide mouth mason jars and order these lids. I use a 3.5 wt% non-iodized salt brine for just peppers, and a 4.5% brine for fruits (or fruity hot sauce). You can de-seed your peppers but I don’t really notice a taste difference with or without seeds and there’s a decent (albeit not the most - a common misconception) amount of capsaicin on the outer skin on seeds, so leave em in to get all the heat. I just rough chop the peppers and throw em in the jar. For fruity hot sauces I go 1:1 by weight peppers to fruit, this will NOT be crazy fruity, so you can increase fruit if you want it more fruity. Then just pour in your brine and make sure there’s about an inch of space between the liquid and the top. Also you should have some free space with the peppers. Suck out all the air with the pump, give it a shake and put it in a dark place at room temp. I used to mess around with weights etc. to keep peppers submerges but you’ll still get a yeasty flavor (it won’t hurt you but it sucks for flavor). Instead, just shake the jar once in the morning and once at night to mix everything around re-coat any peppers with brine. After about a week taste the brine and let it ferment until you like the tang. Then just blend em up!
This is the one I've got, and let me tell you, it's worth it (and cheap af). Had it for a few years and it's still in great shape, too.

Right on. In that case, check out Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss. It's an awesome book about negotiation tactics and social interactions, written by a guy who was a top negotiator for the FBI for decades. I use stuff I learned from the book all the time and it often seems to work very well.
