Yes; nonetheless, you may personally find the need to track more closely than some of the meeting leaders/materials suggests.
The Canadian FAQ which explains why some foods are vs. are not 0 gives some insights into the thinking: link
More generally Simply Filling Technique (formerly Core) and the zero points food lists are based on the principles of Volumetrics from Barbara Rolls research at Penn State: amazon book link
Basically Volumetrics says that most humans eat a constant weight of food each day. So if you eat heavy, but less calorically dense foods then you will feel fuller. E.g. if you normally eat X lbs of food a day, better that that be X lbs mostly broccoli and chicken and other similar foods than chips/candies/etc which tend to be very calorically dense.
Not sure if soy or dairy, but I use the Premier Protein from Costco. They're protein shakes but only 2 pts for a whole one so you can dump in half a protein shake and it makes your coffee much sweeter, provides some protein, and is very low points.
Alternatively, my wife just bought these: SweetLeaf Sweet Drops Liquid Stevia Variety 5 Pack 1.7 fl. oz each https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IF9UBW4/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_hmKFybNQ2YBCS
Coming from Amazon today so I can't vouch yet but I believe they're 0 pts.
FYI, a lot of activity sync related issues with Samsung watches and S Health are actually Samsung's fault, not the fault of other services you might want to sync with. They removed most third-party app integration in 2018. It's not that well known for some reason but I see the complaint about Samsung not being supported come up a lot on several fitness apps I use with the blame always seeming to fall on the other app. I like S Health too and I think it was a really misguided decision-- it's a shame all the frustration gets aimed at other services. The pressure should be on Samsung to return this basic feature to the users.
One route to get your activity from your watch into WW might be to check out Health Sync. It does connect to Samsung Health and you may be able to use it to get that data into a service that works with WW.
I agree with you about the other issues with entering data in the WW app. The app is pretty IMO but not as functional as it first appears once you start using it all the time.

According to fatsecret.com, there are 75 calories in a 1.5 fl oz serving of Skinnygirl Vodka. (Most vodka commonly has about 100 calories.) It's more expensive but I treat myself to it a lot.
Here's the recipe built out in the app. My grocery didn't have light cool whip, so I had to get regular. It's 4 points with regular - about 1 cup of the prepared fluff (1/4 of recipe). I put the vanilla pudding in the recipe build because pistachio wasn't listed, but it's the same points for the box.

> I guess I’ll have to work up the courage to face my actual weight.
One thing that helps is to focus on the trend rather than the weight.
Our bodies are not mostly composed of fat, they're mostly composed of water. Therefore, most of the weight changes we see from day to day are water changes, not fat changes.
Use a weight-smoothing app called Libra (for Android) or Happy Scale (for iPhone).
One of these apps will help you see the trends better with less of the volatile influence of water. The trend is smoother and isn't affected too badly by one up-day.
Call the customer service line while IN the center and have them duke it out with you there. That'll resolve it quick. Also, call your bank / CC to put the charge in dispute.
Finally, you can use a service like Privacy Card https://privacy.com (free) to put a charge-limited CC# into your payment info. If they try to charge it, it'll never go through because you can limit the card to decline all charges less than $1 and their charge will obviously be more than that.
Pretty much any scale with a large platform that can hold a fill size plate & still allow you to see the display, tare feature, able to turn the scale off & large display.
I have two of these & love them https://www.amazon.com/Ozeri-ZK14-S-Digital-Multifunction-Kitchen/dp/B004164SRA/ref=mp_s_a_1_8?dchild=1&keywords=digital+food+scale&qid=1621615889&sr=8-8
My favorite oatmeal (and actually tastes a bit better to me than the WW brand) is Oatfit. It's 3 SPs. I get the Maple & Brown Sugar from Amazon, but might be cheaper in your local grocery store too.

Here is the 2-point granola I had yesterday for breakfast:
It's 2 points for a half a cup (I had a whole cup for 4. Why the hell not? :-)). It's actually a Paleo product, but it works for us, too. It's coconut-y in flavor, and is sweetened with monkfruit, which is the only zero-calorie sweetener I can stand. I've never seen it in a store, but Amazon was quick.
I have a small frying pan it makes the perfect size egg to fit in a muffin. I do use one spray but it’s non stick so it might work without spray.
Costco Kirkland signature protein bars are only 5 points, chewy, not chalky, and don't taste like ass.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VEKX35Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This is my go-to kitchen scale :)

I got this one on amazon because the world was shut down at the time. It works good. It’s $10 US. I’ve been happy with it. :)

These are my favorites!
Yum Earth organic pop 1 point each, various flavors. Guilt free candy 🙂
yo yo fruit roll 3 points for two rolls (each pack) on green plan. Yummy and 100% fruit rolls.
https://www.amazon.com/gimMe-Organic-Premium-Roasted-Seaweed/dp/B00BCG0OAC nori strips - salty and crunchy, can distract me from chips! (1pt) I agree with good thins corn and salsa- when i feel super snacky that gets me far. banana dipped in PB2 chocolate powder (1pt) Or I make riffs of Elote salad- pending how many points I want to spend I use corn, scallions, chili powder, garlic, FF eta (lower pt option) or FF mayo (higher pt option)- super yummy, and put over romaine if I need more filling. Can also add in black or pinto beans for more of a side dish/lunch... and of course a tumaro wrap (1Pt) with FF refried beans (0pts) and some reduced fat feta or cheddar, salsa, lettuce, etc!
Get this at Amazon, and microwave any popcorn you buy in a jar or bag anyplace. I tried the silicon ones, and this product has always worked better for me: https://smile.amazon.com/Nordic-Ware-Microwave-Popcorn-Popper/dp/B0089XJDIK
Just a tip if you are trying to give yourself truly zero point popcorn: invest in a silicone microwave popper. It takes up no space and means you can have oil-free hot air popped popcorn anytime you want.
https://www.amazon.com/Original-Salbree-Microwave-Silicone-Collapsible/dp/B01G7SGOL2
I use mine almost daily because I always want to snack on something in the evening. Then there are other tips like using the zero calorie butter sprays on the market and sprinkling with seasoning. I like the nacho cheese one from Kernel Seasons.
Get a silicone microwave popper and kernels . WW sells them, but they are cheaper on Amazon. I spray mine with a little parkay spray and popcorn salt after popping.
The Original Popco Silicone... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JDR3S26?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I went through the same thing. For me the biggest game changer was getting this scale https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YB3SSB4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Because it measures so many things I could always see progress in some area. It reminded me to drink more water and I love seeing small movements in my numbers. My goal was to get every reading into the green/healthy range and I did it! I' still surprised at how cheap the scale is for what a huge payoff it gave me.
I'm down 45lbs since I joined which surpassed my first 2 goals. I still weigh myself twice a week to keep an eye on things and as a good "hey, you might be getting a little wild with your eating!" reminder.
Sounds like you need to fight for some freezer space.
You can make a big batch of soup, and freeze it in individual containers. I always brought fruit and cheese with me to supplement the soup, but you can do bread, veggies, etc.
I use ones that look like this: https://www.amazon.com/Sets-Plastic-Storage-Containers-Airtight/dp/B01HBUHY4Q/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=11M1GP107GCIK&keywords=soup+containers+with+lids&qid=1660752765&sprefix=soup+co%2Caps%2C103&sr=8-3
And soups are sooooo easy. I like a basic veggie soup: 1 lb meat (chopped up chicken breast for examples) or beans 8 cups broth Some whole grains- rice, whole wheat pasta, quinoa, etc. However much you want/works on plan. If you have corn or potatoes as your zero point, do that. 2 14 oz cans of tomatoes.
Start with 1 cup each celery, carrots and onions sautéed in olive oil. (I usually do it so there's 1 tsp per serving).
Then cook the meat. Then add broth and tomatoes.
Add like.. 8 to 10 cups random veggies. Whatever you have. Broccoli, carrots, peas, spinach, green beans, lima beans, etc. Frozen works great.
Add salt, pepper and herbs.
Cook the whole grains separately or in the soup.
It is infinity variable and delicious.
Crunchy/salty is my weakness too. Do you have a Costco? The Kirkland brand nori sheets are super salty and crunchy, and I track them as 0 points. They look like this. Other low point options I like are Popcorners, rice cakes, and Good Thins.
It’s not 100% insoluble fiber, but I use these: New Psyllium Husk Capsule Fiber... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09BPRX6PP?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I also have IBS-C and I take 2 of these capsules at lunch with 8 oz of liquid and then I also use Miralax to keep things moving. It’s definitely better than before but it’s not like my husband’s perfect bowel movements. 🙄
There is some insoluble in these capsules but also some soluble. From what I’ve read you need to have a good ratio of both. And of course these are zero points.
Meal planning.
I don't meal prep, because... well, there are a lot of reasons that all mostly come down to preference, so in interest of not "yuck"-ing anyone's "yum", I'll just say that it's not my thing.
But I meal PLAN every week. I sit down every Friday afternoon with an old-school meal planning paper pad and write out lunches and dinners for the next week, loading my online grocery cart as I go (or you could just write out a list if you don't do grocery curbside pickup like I do). Breakfasts are the same thing every week, so I don't need to plan those, I just know what I need to get.
Once I'm done with my week, I'm done with my cart and that's it - those are the only groceries that get purchased. So I have my meals all set with no extra "temptations". Not keeping stuff in the house is the first step to not eating it.
My meal plan does usually include around 3-4 meals of takeout/delivery or just dining out. Mostly we cycle through a rotation of the same handful of restaurants that I've worked out some points friendly options that don't feel like sadness and deprivation - I recommend thinking through this yourself and figuring that out well before it becomes necessary. This is also useful on those occasions where what I have planned for lunch or dinner falls through for whatever reason.
Aside from meal planning, I give myself the weekend to indulge a bit - still tracking as I go, but definitely drawing generously from my bank of weeklies. Fries, steak, cocktails, whatever - as long as I track it and I have points for it somewhere, it's all good. It helps keep me on track during the week to know that I have the weekend to be a bit more relaxed.
Lastly, when it gets hard (and sometimes it does), I remember why I'm doing this - to feel better with a side bonus of liking how I look in pictures again. I keep that in mind and it usually helps me power through.
A lot of people are mentioning burritos and another spin would be breakfast sandwiches -english muffin -eggs -some sort of meat (I like using chicken sausage) -veggies (I like peppers and onions)
You can bake the eggs in a jumbo silicon muffin pan like this Trust me. Silicon is the move bc the eggs pop right out. I just throw whipped eggs, the veggies, and the sausage together in the pan and let them bake until they're set.
In the am, I throw it in the air fryer and drizzle it with Sriracha and salsa. I've seriously been eating these for years and don't get sick of them. They're so easy to prep and they store well in the freezer. They're 4 pp for me and you can make them less or more depending on what muffins you get and what meats you use. Could also throw some cheese on there but for me it's not worth the extra pts.
these aren’t exactly what I have, but similar. I’ve had my Anker headphones for over 4 years. They were affordable and work well.
It’s Primal Kitchen, my store Carrie’s it for $6 a bottle, but it’s here on Amazon in a 2 packs. It is 0 points for 2 Tbs for me.

I use powdered Erythritol. It tastes just like sugar and dissolves quickly. Metabolizes different in your body so it does not cause sugar/insulin spikes. I love it. This book has actually good recipes that are lighter in nature. I particularly like the hassleback potatoes from it (cut ends and a flat base off a potato, cut 1/4 slices 3/4 of the way through the body to make an accordion looking potato, par cook in microwave for 6 m, brush with 1 tsp or less olive oil and sprinkle with desired spices. Air fry at 375 for ~30 m) I add plain nonfat Greek yogurt, green onions and I have a 1-point side.
I use the air fryer every day.

New to Personal Points like a lot of us; I’m an old timer to WW though (more off than on since 2005).
WW works. But you also have to trust the plan. That’s much easier said than done (because we’ve all been there).
As /u/PrincessOfWales mentioned, take the Zero point food quiz, and if you like the 0 points list, then use them.
For me, plain FF yogurt, plain oatmeal, beans, and whole grain pasta are my 0 point foods. My typical breakfast is (and I use metric in the kitchen):
That has 0 points for me, and it lasts all morning. For lunch, I keep bagged spinach in my office fridge, and I get a healthy choice frozen entree and I try to pick one that adds a serving of vegetables.
For dinner, I rely heavily on my pasta and beans. I’ll add sauce and olive oil and maybe cheese. I have a salty-crunchy tooth over a sweet tooth. I keep 30 grams of Cheez Its in a kitchen lock box (i bought this several years ago, and I now use it more than I ever have).
I also shoot in a pool league. I join my teammates in Taco Tuesday or pizzeria pizza and beer. I’ll occasionally join a neighbor for glasses of wine on the porch if the weather is nice.
I walk, a lot. I wear an Apple Watch and I keep my heart rate up. I eat my vegetables and drink my water. Some days, I even have rollover points.
I have 18 points a day. I am happy if I can leave 5-10 weekly points unused before they reset.
I do not feel deprived.
No it’s a stainless steel cup with a pump that goes up and down. They work really well- you get a lot of foam, even with non dairy milks. I had an aerrocino and it broke within about 3 months. I’ve used this same pump now for about 4 years since then. Here’s a link:

I have to respectfully say that juice is NOT a step above soda. the vitamins and minerals in that juice can come from your vegetables, or whole fruit sources without the detrimental effects of the sugar. Most times, the vitamins and minerals are removed with the fiber. most nutrients in a fruit are located in the peels, which are typically removed for juicing.
Another recommendation of iTrackBites. I hear the app isn't quite as robust, but it's $3/month instead of $20 and has all the necessary features (barcode scanner, recipe builder, Fitbit integration, etc.).
Also, if you wanted to have access to meetings of some sort, you might find local weight loss support groups on a site like Meetup.com. (Just look into who is hosting it because sometimes these are held by sketchy people looking to get clients for "nutrition coaching" or other businesses they aren't actually qualified to practice.)
I use the Molly McButter - my personal plan doesn't include free popcorn but it is something I do indulge and when I do I use this. I think up to TBSP is 0 points.

I have always eaten 1 - 2 lbs vegs/greens per day mostly raw. (which I put in a covered Kardashian bowl and shakeLOL).
So for cooked I make a broth, then a soup from usually one ingredient in the blender so it's a puree.
I used to make all this complicated stuff and found the SIMPLE recipe suited me the best you can get the flavors.
Simple Broth: (or you can use from the container - like Swansons No Salt Added Chicken broth)
You can make a bunch and freeze in Ball canning jars or whatever. I use REdi Freezer containers sometimes, too. From Amazon.

Broccoli Soup for example:

This basic recipe works for all vegs. Pea/Asparagus, Cauliflower, Tomato, Red Pepper or Tomato/Red Pepper combo, Mushroom etc etc etc.
Corn and Red Pepper is pretty good for a combo.
OBVS you can make a sorta minestrone this way without all the pureeing.
In the Tomato/Red Pepper you can roast then peel the peppers first for a more Italian flavor and add some cayenne if you want. If you don't have a super blender then also peel the tomatoes or use canned.
If you can find a purple cauliflower it's a cool looking soup. Eat the RAINBOW.
You can add/steam some greens to serve at the end but don't blend them!
You can add your protein (mine is beans) and sometimes I puree the half cup beans in the blender, too.
I freeze what I won't use in 4 days.
Don't drown your veg in liquid or it loses flavor!
So it's Losing 100lbs with Phit and Phat.
Episodes 1-10 sorta lay out her program and what she is about. You can make great success just by following her free stuff.
She cusses a fair amount, and in some of her more recent episodes she rants a bit. But.. sometimes you need a drill sergeant. In 2017, I was successful on WW and was right where I am weight wise. I got married in September at 268, my highest ever. I blamed everyone for it. I have PCOS, I had a shitty job, I had a stressful commute, etc. She helped me realize that I was responsible for the food I was putting in my mouth, I was responsible for the choices I made. (and even now I'm aware that I'm still avoiding feelings, as I reddit while at work instead of working on my travel expense report because it's "hard")

Without a blender, that's pretty tough to do. You could get an immersion blender pretty cheap or maybe try a hand held mixer? Shaking it isn't enough.
Nutribullet has a small inexpensive Magic Bullet that I bought for making my salad dressings in small amounts instead of dragging out the Vitamix. Works okay. If I use nuts I have to soak them first.
. If you don't want a blender try dissolving it in warm water.
Magic Bullet on Amazon (but I got mine at Walmart)
It freezes well too! I freeze leftovers in these cubes and then pop them out and take them to work when I don’t have anything to bring.
Arare rice crackers are crispy and a little spicy and make an awesome snack. You get a pretty dang decent serving for 3 points. You can find them in the Asian section of many grocery stores, or check out your local H-Mart or 99 Ranch.
These are the kind I like best (and that are specifically 3 points/serving):
If your regular oven has a convection feature, you don’t need a countertop air fryer. Just get a couple of the cookie sheet / basket type pans to elevate the food above the rim so the hot air can circulate all the around - like this

Yes! I think some of it is older scales, bad batteries, uneven floors (even just slightly) and sometimes bad luck. Our old scale was constantly haunted so we just bought this one and it works great.
The new scale has us 0.7 - 1 lb. heavier than the other scale, but that one was unreliable at best so who knows. In the end it’s better to have a consistent weight show up scale one way or another. This one is consistent every time multiple times in a row. I definitely trust it.
I got this one, from Secura. I was going to get one from Nespresso, because a couple coworkers recommended it. But this one has more capacity, and my girlfriend has one that she likes quite a bit.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H195F48
If you don't want to make the investment in such a dedicated kitchen gadget, you can heat milk the old fashioned way - on the stove or in a microwave. And then many electric mixers these days have a frother attachment. Or you might already own an immersion blender.
I make my coffee at home with a manual espresso maker that I got on Amazon.... I use the espresso and I use Jordan’s skinny mixes for flavor... honestly I think it tastes just as good or better than store bought ones, and it’s only 3 points. It’s also better for my pocketbook.
I know I’m probably treading perilously close to gatekeeping here, but being able to drink black coffee largely depends on the coffee itself. Folgers and Maxwell House? Eww. If you have good coffe, you’ll enjoy drinking it black. And I’m not saying it has to be some expensive boutique coffee, either. I order this from Amazon and it’s delicious all by itself! My wife and I drink a pot of it every morning. Zero points.
Haven't tried them yet, but a lot of people really like Good Thins Corn (link to amazon but sold in most grocery stores, too). 3pts for 41 crackers.
As another poster said, TJ's has a jarred queso dip that's 1pt for 2tbsp, but if you don't have a TJ's local to you then the Tostitos jarred queso is 2pts for 2tbsp.
I need portion help! Cape cod chips sells individual little baggies. Box comes with a variety of plain, bbq, and salt/vinegar. They’re kettle style. I get a box on amazon 24 bags for about $12! Only 3 points per bag.

Depending on how long you're going to be out, look into getting a pack it (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B078HBD8DF/). It's a lunchbox that the whole thing is lined in ice packs.
but to answer your question my favorite 0 point snacks are fruit. grapes and watermelon.
I bought this one on Amazon last April. This listing says it isn't available anymore but I'm sure you can search related parameters and probably find it listed somewhere else. it really works great for me and I love that I can zip it up. The thing I hate about sports bras set you almost always have to pull them over your head But they are made to fit snug around your bust which is typically smaller than your shoulders that you're trying to squeeze through the bra. It's ridiculous! Not to mention being busty, regular flimsy sports bras just don't give any real support. This one is from working great for me.
I used to have one that zipped up front and had underwire. Man now that was supportive! But this one has a lot of reinforcement so it does well
It looks like you can buy them in a 6 pack on amazon. Granted, you might be spending more since I don't know how much just one pack costs from a store.
I have a connective tissue disorder, so I have arthritis in most of my body and bone spurs in my hips and knees (I'll also blame the kids ;-) ). I started doing 30 Days of Yoga: The Beginner Series with Ritesh Sheth on Amazon Prime and just skipped the Power Yoga days and modified or stopped if something hurt. My physical therapist has recommended yoga for me but to stay away from anything with Power in the title. I did feel sore for a few days but was still able to move (for reference, an hour of heavy weeding can leave me unable to walk for a few days). I only stopped doing it because the kids kept climbing on me and I couldn't motivate myself to do it at 5 am or 9 pm. I wouldn't really call it pure cardio, it's not fast, but it's more like body weight exercises, I was sweating profusely though! There are a ton on Amazon that are for "gentle yoga" or "seniors yoga".
OK, will try again. Pardon me if I posted twice.
About 10 years ago I packed a lunch, and got tired of waiting for the microwave. I got one similar to this.
I can't find my old order on Amazon. But it WAS insulated and stackable. Game changer. Word of advice - in the compartment where you put in something hot? Preheat that part of the container. I would often eat leftovers for lunch. In the morning as I would be heating up my food, I'd also put boiling water in the container I was going to put it in for several minutes. If another container was going to have salad or something else cold, I'd put ice in that container for a bit.
By the time I ate lunch, food was still piping hot or appropriately cold.
As for the points, you absolutely shouldn't skip lunch! If you are wanting to use most of your points in the evening, then focus on no or low point lunches. Skinnytaste is excellent idea. If you are able to just keep your lunch in the car, heck, get a cooler! Salads, eggs, chicken breast (the Skinnytaste one for the air fryer that could also be done in the oven? BEST CHICKEN BREAST I'VE EVER EATEN. It would be awesome in a salad. Or in a heated bowl (chopped up) with roasted veggies.
Asian food leftovers or homemade? Don't forget riced cauliflower. I'm on purple now, but I still like riced cauliflower.
Hey 👋🏻 migraine and headache sufferer here. Things like changes in atmospheric pressure can sometimes set me off, but I have had headaches from doing WW as well.
If I go too long without eating I start to feel awful, so make sure your blood sugar is ok. If you feel bad try eating a piece of fruit and maybe a little protein and see if it helps. If so you might just need to flatten some of your blood sugar dips.
Dehydration is a huge trigger for me too. I went to a neurologist for a long time to figure out what was going on with the headaches. We tried so many things. My doc asked me if I was staying hydrated, and avoiding salty foods. I said I drink a ton of water and don’t eat packaged food hardly at all. So he told me to replace one of my bottles of water everyday with a bottle of Gatorade, and see if I improved.
It was kinda magical! I drank the Gatorade and it really helped! I guess it turns out some ppl need a little bit of calories with their water to fully absorb it all. So everyday I have a 24oz bottle of G2 which is the low sugar variety of Gatorade, and it helps tremendously. If one bottle doesn’t work, try two. I don’t count the points on it. You could also drink coconut water if that’s more your speed.
I buy powdered G2 in bulk on Amazon to keep costs and food waste down: Gatorade Thirst Quencher Powder, G2 Fruit Punch, 19.4 Ounce, pack of 3 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H74NO7M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_uU46Eb7JK43Z2
Good luck and I hope this helps!!
I bought a big box of portioned baked chips and popcorn off Amazon. Each bag is between 3-4 points. It helps for times when I feel too lazy to count out or measure out chips or crackers, and prevents me from eating too much from a big bag. Less than $0.50 a bag.
Just double check because the points on the app are a little higher than what some of the bags calculate to.
I bought this scale on Amazon. You either need a 500g weight to calibrate (but they're stupid expensive), or if you've got a big scale, I just weighed a water bottle to 500g and used that to test the calibration instead ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I just bought this one on Amazon. It's a 17 month planner!!! At the beginning of each month it has a page where you can check boxes off for whatever you want. I love this concept. I used to make my own and nearly did a happy dance when I saw this...

For any who can't have dairy (allergic/vegan/whatever) and wants something similar - the Evolve Vanilla 11oz Protein Shakes are 3SP and have 20 g of plant protein and 10g fiber, not too shabby.
For an easy snack, Motts has some no sugar added applesauces. They come single serve, have a few flavor options, don't need to be refrigerated (although I think they taste better refrigerated), AND are 0 points :)

I also stock up on small single serve items around Halloween (when it's easier to find them in sotres). I'm really fond of these bags of mini cheese balls that Utz puts out (1 point a pack!). https://www.amazon.com/Cheese-Treats-Individually-Wrapped-Gluten-Free/dp/B00H3JLN1G/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_bs_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=QH6E7D7GJ9RA6Y4EF7SN I maaaaay have bought like 6 boxes of them this Halloween so they'll last me a while (hopefully until they're back on the shelves and I can get them for like $4 a box again!)
Upper Order Durable Insulated Lunch Box Tote Reusable Cooler Bag 25% Larger Greater Storage https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075G3VVDF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_.1ICBb2WFD865
Something like that? I use one for work and put it in my backpack or laptop bag.
Most bathroom scales suck like this, even expensive ones. You know what doesn't suck? Shipping scales! Think about it, a shipping scale MUST be accurate for calculating postage. They're often cheaper and FAR more accurate, and it's consistent 99% of the time. Mine was $40 and is accurate down to the twentieth of a pound. It's the same size as a bathroom scale and has the option to be plugged in, too. I think it might have a 400lb. weight limit, not sure about that. Here are a couple options that look comparable.

Good Earth sweet and spicy black and herbal tea, iced. It already has a natural sweetness to it without sugar. It comes in herbal as well:
I use quest protein powder...comes in a large tub and it's 1 point for one scoop. The salted caramel is really good! If I have the extra points, I'll mix it with milk, but I usually just mix it with water and it tastes fine. https://www.amazon.com/Quest-Nutrition-Protein-Milkshake-Packaging/dp/B00PDV0QCI/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1527275910&sr=1-4&keywords=quest+protein+powder
I've also used Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey powder (it's 2 points per scoop): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00G4MA4B8/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1
Be sure you calibrate a digital scale any time you move it. Instructions for calibration should be included with the scale. I use this scale: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GF0VH9M/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I've had it two years, have replaced the battery once, but recalibrate it often.
I have no idea how cumbersome it is to get it to work, as mine doesn't even get here until tomorrow, but I got this one for thirty-three bucks.
(Stealth edit as I remembered the price wrong! It's a bit over $30.)
I recently got these Rubbermade FreshWorks produce savers and was skeptical, but they really have been keeping things fresher longer. I use the two bigger ones for greens and herbs, and the smaller one for berries.
I was doing so well until the weekend. As far as bad choices go, I didn't go completely off the rails, but I expect a gain today at weigh-in. New day, new week, new opportunity to make better choices and keep on going.
I've been loving "The Little Big Book of Fruits and Vegetables." I made the blueberry french toast (phenomenal) and the cherry yogurt parfaits (a nice change) in the past couple of weeks. It's been great to take advantage of the good produce.
My store had these for 2SP each. The first one I had was very bland and raw-tasting, so I gave the next one a light salt-rub first and it was kind of a game-changer!!! https://www.amazon.com/Toufayan-Bakeries-Sodium-9-inch-Burrito/dp/B00E8R7JMS
I had a scale that was maybe 8 years old. I noticed the same thing. It would range in 2-4 pound differences each time I stepped on it. At first I "averaged" it, or waiting to see if it would settle down to a consistent number after a few consecutive attempts. Then, I bought a new one. It was $19. Works great, no more variation. I mean if we're going to get excited about losing 1-2 pounds a week, we might as well be able to reliably see it, right?
Hi guys, I have made a simple no-nonsense weight tracking app. It allows the users to track their weight on a daily basis. Please download it here - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hotlead.weighttracker Feedback appreciated.
