This tab at the top lets you filter to see all characters or just ones that can be trained. You're viewing "all," if you tap the middle button (特訓可能) it will only show you idols that you can train. You need to get maximum affection level (親愛度) on a card before you can do it.

There's no list that fully deals with the question. http://waa.ai/padgFAQ probably deals with these "first roll" questions the best. Ronia lets you do a lot of the content in late game without too much pain and imo faster than a lot of other leads and teams - and she's consistent as hell in doing some of the dungeons that are in great need of grinding in the game (Tuesday myth, KoG to name just two). No question about it she's a great lead, flexible and forgiving in style and subs, and very very popular in NA. But truly endgame content - she'll have trouble doing without a lot of plusses or perfect rem teams, and even then there's a barrier. The thing about ronia is that the things she can clear, she can probably clear it without too much pain but there's a wall. Overall though, she's a gamechanging card because of her potential as a lead and her very smooth tradition as a sub for other red teams too. She optimizes the balance between ease of use, content that she can clear, consistency (a big one), flexibility of team comp, ease of building ideal team, and use as a sub for other teams.

Basically, the road 940 from Äkäslompolo to the north. If the skies are clear, that road is really nice. As well as the ones through the natial parks.

That'll give you an idea of which gods are good to start with. Anything from the new Egyptian 2.0 pantheon is great too. Osiris and Hathor may be too difficult for you if you just started pad but they really are not as hard as some other leaders so if you're ambitious they are good choices.

What version of windows are you running? Do you have .NET framework 4.5 installed? Did you try to get a fresh version of the Updater?
The concept has been around for a while- a quick search on archive.moe reveals that the term is older than the archives itself, so in circulation at least prior to February/March 2008, six years ago. If I were to hazard a guess, I'd imagine that the term stems from the popularity of Lucky Star in 2007, which has a scene on the topic itself.
Hm, not sure if I'm looking at the right one but searching up your Steam Profile, you have no signs of ever going Infamous and your Stats according to this shows you're just level 85.
KB Paradise on their Facebook page actually addressed the Poker case concern. It's technically compatible, but the V60 has 2 more DIP switches, so the case would need to have extra space for a perfect fit.

This is a good (though incomplete) guide to begin with for characters + builds. I don't think stats such as ability scalings and such are listed anywhere outside of patch notes and are much harder to find information for.
I am well aware. But as I've said here that doesn't make a 6 CMC commander appeal to me any more.

I made all the graphics from scratch or based from the default (aside from the mania hitlighting that I borrowed with permission). Hitsounds are a custom blend of EBA and a bunch of other skins that I put together.
It's not quite complete, but all of the important gameplay stuff is skinned (and I do update the link whenever I change stuff).
