If you use Google Apps (Any edition including Free) you can use email address aliases to great effect as an alternative to using + or periods in the address. Especially for names that can be easily misspelled.
I have soup@mydomain, stufficanignore@mydomain, and . For reasons.
Also, Gmelius is awesome!
I already tried FF57 final yesterday and in the ~3h I've used it I has these problems:
- Can't show bookmark bar on new tab only. (you can hack it via userChrome.css but that's pretty un-intuitive)
- Crackling audio problems (most notible at NHK Workd)
- Can't add custom search engines in an easy way.
- Some Web content was broken (only minor problems so far though)
- LastPass can't copy a password via the context menu. Not sure if that is a WebExtension limitation.
Overall it feels unpolished and FF won't "kill Google Chrome" for me, even if I would've wished to get some fresh air in that regard since I was able to get all my important Add-Ons with only one (Gmelius) missing. (that's more of a developer problem tho)
Install Gmelius, it will give you the notifications for gmail, as well as a lot of other useful things.
I also mirror my phone notifications to my desktop/laptop so I get calendar notifications there as well.
I prefer a all-in-1 solution to manage everything from sales automation to project management and avoid a collection of subscriptions with considerable price tags that burden your budget. So if using Gmail and in the look for a lightweight CRM, I urge you to try Gmelius. It offers collaborative capabilities inside your Gmail as well which are perfect for small teams in particular.
After searching and testing numerous apps we finally found Gmelius. It works with email and lets us divide sales emails into tasks for employees and we can track & take notes that everyone can see. It’s a bit pricey but has worked well for us. There’s also a mobile app.
Hi, Lina from Gmelius here. Our Gmail-based boards have changed quite a lot during the past couple of months. We've also just launched our 2-way Gmail-Trello integration. With it, you can track and manage email conversations from Trello (the entire thread in one card). Feel free to give it a try!

We had to go remote pretty much overnight. We wrote an article about the challenges [and solutions] managers and their teams are facing.
Although we are a tool designed for remote teams - Corona has forced us to add other tools to do what you mentioned - keeping the team happy, motivated, and talking about more than just Corona.
We also use Zoom for video but what's really help us is Discord. It's a really cool tool that I had never even heard of. Apparently it was designed for Gamers but really adopted by working teams. It makes having conversations, and just having fun really easy...
So, of course, I recommend Gmelius but for this weird situation that we're all in - I would add other tools that help you stay connected - like Discord.
Very curious to see if you come up with a solution. I am in the exact same boat with forwarding business emails to gmail and using send as. I use airtable as my primary database for various business stuff and TickTick for personal task management.
I tried an extension for gmail - https://gmelius.com/todo-list-gmail but i never really followed through with it.

I found two ways to organize email templates (aka "canned responses") in G Suite:
1) Canned Responses Pro, an add-on for G Suite.
2) Gmelius, a separate service that can give you more features in gmail or G Suite email. Template organization is one of the features Gmelius has.
I'm in the two-week trial for Gmelius. It's been good so far, though I needed help installing it. I haven't tried Canned Responses Pro, just because I happened to find Gmelius first. If you use CRP, please let me know what you think.

If you are a Gmail user, check out Gmelius. It's a workspace for teams that works directly from Gmail / GSuite. It will help you get your communications organized, let your team collaborate on projects and clients, and will help you set clear ownership and assign tasks to your team members. Here is also a short guide to help you get a better understanding of the product.
Have you ever heard about Gmelius? It lets you manage projects and provide customer support directly from Gmail. I attached a couple of use cases for you to get a better idea.
Hi there,
You should definitely consider Gmelius. It's tailored to the needs of small businesses and works natively from G Suite.
To solve your issue you can sync your sales@ group email address with your employees' inboxes.
It will allow you to avoid double replies as you can assign emails to each other, see when your colleague is reading an email or typing a response, set a status for each conversation (like open, closed or pending) and exchange internal email notes.

Apart from this, Gmelius offers a full collaborative suite like shared Gmail labels, shareable email templates and sequences, Kanban boards (a Trellolike solution inside your inbox), etc.

Hope it helps.
Along with G Suite, Google Drive and Slack, we use Gmelius for Gmail. As a light CRM and collaboration solution (shared labels and inbox, shared email sequences and templates, internal notes, pipeline management, etc.).
You should try Gmelius. It works natively from Gmail and you can share the entire inbox, labels or just a specific email. You can also create templates, sequences and campaigns with variables.
Good stuff! There is also Gmelius, if you want to be awesome both at your external and internal email communications :) It offers an automation suite (per-recipient tracking, sequences, campaigns) as well as collaboration features, including shared labels and inboxes, shared sequences and templates, shared notes and boards.
I'm not sure I know how to fix this problem, but I know an alternative solution how to send smart drip campaigns from Gmail / G Suite and manage your google groups from your own inbox. Feel free to check the link
Have you heard of Gmelius? A stable and not overcharged solution that works directly from your inbox (there is a mobile version too). It has shared labels and shared inboxes (works for group emails and google groups) features. On top, offers shared kanban boards to organize your to-dos and manage projects / clients - allows to turn emails into tasks / cards.

Try Gmelius. It works natively from Gmail and with it you can create as many shared labels as needed so there won't be any need to forward emails. Other option is to share the whole inbox, for example it works well for group emails (support@, sales@, etc.) and google groups
Try out Gmelius. It allows to share your whole inbox (useful for group emails - support@, info@, etc.) and to create shared labels. By doing this you can assign conversations to your colleagues (to delegate work without forwarding emails to each other and to remain in the loop), avoid double replies and make sure you won't miss any email conversations.
Hope it helps. Cheers!
Hi there, check out Gmelius. It works natively from Gmail/G Suite, very easy to learn, has a great suite of collaboration features such as shared inbox and shared labels. You can also exchange notes on the side of a conversation and assign tasks to each other. Our sales department and customer support actively use shared boards to monitor outreaches' pipeline. Plus for your sales team might be interesting to test all the sales automation features (sequences, smart drip campaigns, per-recipient and click&link tracking, analytics...)

Hi, i found a way....
https://gmelius.com/markdown-gmail/
something like a plugin....
will look in the google app store...im sure i will find something.
And i hope that gmail will go away from the ugly android emoticons.
hey have you checked Gmelius' Privacy and Security practices at https://gmelius.com/legal ?
"Gmelius is a Swiss company which is GDPR compliant. We're transparent about our data collection / use and take the privacy of our customers extremely seriously."
"Gmelius employees have access to your Gmelius data (not your emails in Gmail) on a need-to-access basis, e.g., for a support ticket. A copy of our Security Brochure detailing Gmelius policies is enclosed (page 6). We never index, store or transmit your email data."
(Just FYI )
Gmelius! for easier email and task management. You can save time with templates, scheduling options, the ability to snooze emails that are not urgent. And also get and do more right inside your inbox with read-receipt stats (open rate, location etc), privates notes, a to-do list and follow-up reminders!
What do you mean by "Certain Emails?"
To particular recipients? Throughout a particular email chain?
Pretty sure if you're replying in a chain that is cc'd it'll keep doing it.
Anyway I googled "google automatic cc" and found this: https://gmelius.com/automatic-cc-gmail/
Let me know if that's something like what you're looking for.
If you don't want anyone left behind to feel bad then I'd suggest just waiting. I know that sounds cliche even though right now it'll seem like the whole damn world is stacked against you but maybe, just maybe, a single conversation could remind you that there's much more to live for. It might help to just spark up a conversation with one or some of these people you don't want to hurt. Life can suck sometimes and leaving it can seem like an easy way out but there can and will be moments worth living for. I'm pretty sure there are email services that give the ability to schedule emails to be sent on certain dates. You'll just have to look into how each site handles it. A quick google search comes up with this but I truly hope it doesn't have to come to that. Take care.
