The issue with those downloads is not viruses or anything, it's that you have to pay for it.
http://www.tubeoffline.com/ is a way you can download off the sites. The instructions are pretty simple.
If you want to download the video to your computer instead of streaming it (so you can easily skip around, fast forward, and rewind in your favorite video player):
Get past the ad part that OP describes so that the video(s) show on the page. Right click on the video and click "Copy/Get video code/URL".
Look at the bottom right corner of the video.
If it shows the "VK" logo then click here http://www.tubeoffline.com/download-VK-videos.php
If it shows the "mail.ru" logo then click here http://www.tubeoffline.com/download-mailRU-videos.php
...then paste the link you copied into the box and hit go. On the next page hit "Generate", then right click on the button "Save Link As" to save the video file.
It'll take a while to download, so just leave it running in the background.

Link for people who want to download the videos
Just a tip for downloading videos off of websites. In chrome (probably similar with Firefox), right click on the page, click inspect element. Then click the Network tab and refresh the page, and make sure the video is playing. You'll see things load in the Network tab, and you're looking for a line that keeps loading. Find it, and copy the URL to another tab. That'll load the video in a way that you can right click and save it. It may be necessary to close the original tab to get the video to load.
This won't work for some websites like Playvid, however. They stream differently. You can however load a Playvid video in http://www.tubeoffline.com, and proceed with the method above.

I'm aware that search button is broken, most of the download links are not even downloadable with out using a site like [this](leechimperium.org) , and that most of the commentaries are either German, Spanish or Russian and rarely English but they are extremely fast, and are in 720p/1080p (some even 50fps).
I know we don't live in a perfect world, but in my opinion is that the best way is to just subscribe to BeIN or to your preferred network and watch/record yourself. Since not all of us can do that, these are our options.
There is also the best alternative in my opinion which is [Regmo](regmo.blogspot.com) . He provides English BeIN Sports coverage in 720p 50FPS. However, he is extremely inconsistent. He does cover all of the big games such as the Champions League semi-finals and stuff, but you'd be surprised at what he misses. In this department, /u/highlightsbot is by far the best.

You can get the app GetFLV. You don't have to get the full version, you're only using it to be able to see the url of the video so you could copy it onto that website i linked.

I've never actually tried it for Camwhores.tv, though.
I used it for Spankbang videos. Download takes a while but I guess that's normal. Should work the same for Camwhores.tv site (also works for Xvideos, Pornhub, etc..)
Here's the direct location of that tumblr video. On a laptop with firefox I was able to right click and 'save video as' to download a copy.
If that doesn't work I did a quick look and there are online tumblr video converters/downloaders but I don't know how well they work as I've not used them. 1 | 2.

Theres a 1978-2014 torrent floating around I think. But I've been having problems with it so I've been downloading the 2012 season with this as a source for the videos and this as a tool to download them from gorillavid. It's a little slower than a torrent with a plethora of seeders. But its effective and Malaysia 2012 is on there, I just watched it!

You can download youtube videos with tubeoffline. But I don't know of a collection or a torrent. Although oftentimes if you download the pre-race from smcgill1969 the program itself includes an analysis of the pole lap, which is what the majority of these videos are from.

2) The technically correct answer is to use the Samsung Internet browser to go to youtube and stream the video. The legally ambiguous answer is to go to a website that lets you download video files from youtube in mp4 format and then put those files in the Movies folder on your phone (you'll get a prompt asking if you want to convert the files, don't do it) so you can watch them in the Oculus Video theater, which I find to be much more enjoyable because the screen is bigger and the video is already downloaded so the image quality is higher than if you were to just stream it. EDIT: I'm pretty sure you can't change the streaming quality on youtube in the GearVR, it just automatically streams at 480p (that website lets you download a 720p version).
3) Put your movie files in the Movies folder on your phone (you'll get a prompt asking if you want to convert the files, don't do it) and they'll show up in the Oculus Video theater.
You're in luck, I happened to run across this a few days ago. It's not the full video, clearly, but you at least get two full minutes of spanking plus sound.
