Hi guys, I've been trying to find a way and using Avira Phantom VPN seems to succesfully set my location as the UK. It is working fine and I can open the live streaming of ITV perfectly, however, when I try for iTV2, it says "Sorry! This video isn't available right now". Any clues why?

Same here, I don't really use VPNs apart from weird questions I'm too embarassed to search up normally. Honestly, I do almost everything else in incognito, whether watching yt videos or browsing webpages because I hate targetted advertising.

I remember some years back they said they removed African server and I think they listed their servers there, but I don't recall a Singapore one. How do you know?

I use Avira Phantom VPN and I just checked the IPs are 54.x.x.x, 34.x.x.x, 18.x.x.x, 3.x.x.x those are all amazon cloud USA servers (Virginia and others) and total ping is 300+ms.

I've been in the game since that time. It was an occurrence sometimes after a patch. The issue hasn't been this serious until recently. They might have removed this post because they already acknowledged the issue officially and don't want repeat posts of this. I'd say if you really like the game give it a chance, it's a free game. I use Avira Phantom VPN that works (I used torrent to use it freely). There's also UrbanVPN that's free but wasn't too reliable for me.

I've actually done it more than once where I use a VPN service and access the store.

Try accessing the store via running R*'s Social Club launcher, then go to Store, choose RDR2, and scroll all the way to the bottom.

I tested with and without VPN, without it, there is no store. With it (after re-launch of course), there is a store.

I even tried something called Avira Phantom VPN, which basically makes your whole internet connection seem to be originated from the country you choose, and works on any app/browser/game.

Nah nothing like this. The way I did it (however, somehow didn't work for a mate of mine, so I can't gurantee it works):

• Download a VPN client from the Play Store (a must for every way you wanna do it) & then close the store.
• Do all the steps neccessary to use the VPN client (some require you to register an account to use it. However, I found one without all the trouble, Avira Phantom VPN it is called. If you find it, use it)
• Set your VPN to an USA Server
• As soon as that is done, go to your phone/tablet settings --> Apps --> Search for Play Store (if you do it over PC, I guess you can just ignore this and the next step)
• Click on Play Store, clear its Cache (worked for me, but if not for you, consider also to delete all data if you can) & then force stop the app
• Afterwards, when you open the Play Store with your VPN still active, you should be able to access the US Play Store and download the app :)

It is possible but not for every VPN service and you should think again if you want to use a cracked vpn service, because if someone can crack their pay system, how safe are you?

I kinda don't get what you mean, any VPN when turned on will protect you on any said network, of course if you've covered your leaks and other things etc. If you mean you want to start Avira Phantom VPN with windows than thats easy, just head into settings and chose that option, like in the photo. If you mean something else then sorry about that I miss-read.
