You can download other Daydreams (or Screen Savers since it's been renamed in N), and you can change it from the default Google Cast background. I'm not sure if you're going to be able to find something like what you linked, but here is a kinda cool one that works with Android TV: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.codingbuffalo.aerialdream
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a huge Apple fan, but the lastest gen Apple TV does have some very very posh video screensavers that they call "Aerial" which can be seen here: http://benjaminmayo.co.uk/watch-all-the-apple-tv-aerial-video-screensavers
And some other guy out there must have really liked them too, because he has ported them into an Android "Daydream" app, which upon loading on my Nexus Player, works beautifully well...

Aerial Dream is a screensaver app that allows you to use the AppleTV Aerial screensaver on Android and Android TV. Here's what Aerial looks like --> LINK
I've been using Aerial Dream It takes a little while to launch the first time as it's streaming video and I have slow internet, but it's worth it.
Sometimes I just want to sit there and watch it. You can check out preview videos here.
This is awesome!
To do the same thing for the Aerial Dream app, you can use the command:
adb shell settings put secure screensaver_components com.codingbuffalo.aerialdream/.AerialDream
google "apple tv screensaver bandwidth" and be amazed
also many people using it on Nvidia Shield for instance https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.codingbuffalo.aerialdream&hl=en_AU&gl=US
I’m not seeing this in the Play Store. Are you guys? All that’s showing up when I search for “aerial” is Aerial Dream.
I'm new to Chromecast and Android TV, so I'm not too familiar with installing apps like this. But is it actually necessary to sideload Aerial Dream apk? It seems it's available on the Play store unless I'm missing something: Aerial Dream
Aerial Dream and Dreamy from the Play Store are great and both are free,
I choose Aerial Dream.

It takes Apple TV Screensaver and put it on android.
Been using Aerial Dream for a couple years now. Just make sure you don't have data caps on your ISP because it downloads everything.
FYI you can get the Apple TV screensavers on the shield.

While I use the ATV as my main streamer on my setups, you can get the screensavers on Android devices too.
I do see random hitches occasionally when it is running on my Shield.
For the shield cons:
You can dl aerial dream for the apple screen savers https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.codingbuffalo.aerialdream
You can use Nvidia shield app on your phone to type/cursor/voice/etc
This is the best AndroidTV Screensaver: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.codingbuffalo.aerialdream
unfortunately your kids are too ugly to be featured in it..
So, the chromecast background thing, is actually an android screen saver. This is good news because it means you can actually replace it with another screen saver. I installed aereal dream in my mibox and it's really awesome and it has the added plus that there's no chromecast builtin banner.
In your case, maybe you won't like Aereal that much, because it doesn't do art, only landscapes. But maybe there's other screen saver options?
Download Arial Dream App it Replaces Googles built in Screen Saver .
open link in a desktop Browser and install too the Mi box make sure you are login to the same google account on desktop and android tv box .
if link is broken just Google Search Arial Dream

I replied to a comment with this information but I figured I should post it as a top level comment too.
The Apple TV screensavers are stunning and really showcase any screen and media player. Thankfully you can install the app Aerial Dream from the play store and configure it to use 4k assets etc.

Not really related to what you're asking for, but you should try out Aerial Dream for your Android TV device. I love it

I am running it side loaded, not sure if it appears in the shield play store.
Just a word of warning it runs a cache of about 10gb. I have a external drive but before that it ate up quite a bit of my available space.
Perhaps install a different screensaver? I use Aerial Dream and it returns to exactly where I was prior to it kicking in. Plus it looks amazing as background imagery.
i know it's not what you're looking for, and you need a fairly decent unmetered connecftion for it, but give this a looksee:

I'm going to say Ariel Dream for AndroidTV or Apple TV's Aerial screensaver.
The images are actually shot from a quadcopter and crawl slowly across the screen. It's been the greatest thing I've added to my system in months and with music playing it feels like you're watching a music video.
I don't know about the 4K channel, but most of the content in Pluto are curated playlists off of YouTube. My guess is that at least some of it is coming from youtube, since they support 4K videos. One of the tech Youtubers I watch is MKBHD, and all of his stuff is in 4K.
I have an android TV at home too, and Ariel Dream looks really nice on there. It's the same screensaver as the new Apple TV. Not sure, but maybe you can get that running on your chromecast as well :)

Get Aerial Dream from the play store. These are the same screensavers as what AppleTV uses. These are gorgeous aerial drone like slow motion footage of Hawaii, London, NYC, San Francisco, and China.
These videos are HIGH DEF and will take a long time to download locally on your ShieldTV Total size for all videos are 5.3 GB. (They download straight from Apple Servers.
I would highly recommend to go here and download these same files and drop them on your ShieldTV in the app folder.
To download them I used a download manager (DownThemAll) for Firefox to automatically grab all the .mov links for me, otherwise you'll be doing it the long way.
You will need to go to the display / daydream settings and change it to use Aerial Dream.

I like Aerial Dream which shows Apple TVs video backgrounds, mostly drone shots of cities.
