Unfortunately https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.es&hl=en_US is the only solution I'm aware of, but it's very powerful
Have Arcanum, Caesar 3, Diablo 2, Fallout 2, Lords of the Realm, Might and Magic 6,7,8, Nox, Red Alert 1 & 2, Starcraft and Total Annihilation work good enough.
Hi, I would like to share with you the way to run the game on your Android phone/tablet:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.es&hl=en
Install Homeworld on your PC^a)
Copy the Homeworld folder to the ExaGear folder in your device internal storage (/sdcard/exagear/)
Run Exagear and run the main executable
Notes:
a) The version you use should run without CD

Apologies if this doesn't work since I haven't tested this myself so I'm only relaying this information, and yes this isn't DE but it's still neat being able to play any version of this game on a phone :)

If you have an Intel based Android device crossover works great at running Windows, even CNC3 and RA3 run.
If you have an ARM based chip like qualcomm snapdragon or Samsung exynos then you can try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.es Eaxagear.
Ra2 and TS works.
Exagear Strategy and Exagear RPG:

They let you run some classic games like Starcraft and Diablo 2. The pricing is a bit of a letdown in my opinion. You have to pay for each individual control scheme, or pay a subscription for all of them. I'd rather see a full-app unlock instead... but whatever.
I bought one control setup for each and they work for the games I use.
I need details immediately!
Edit: Couldn't wait had to find it. It's exagear strategies
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.es can play Red Alert 2 with this
The comments on the YouTube video suggest they use an emulator.

I f you get Exagear Strategies and buy the Helium interface, Heroes 3 plays very well. I didn't try Hota, however.

I've successfully played HOTA with exagear.

Plenty.
Exagear https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.es https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.erpg
One of the newer "emulators" that let you play old PC games. Unlike Dosbox; this is more of a direct emulator where you don't have to run another operating system to play windows games. The downsides are at how the controls are sold (yes...they're selling touch button layouts( separately and you need to buy at least one to remove the 2 day trial and make it permanently compatible.
Winulator https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.postram.winulator
Highly priced, abandoned, and only runs 2 games; but has FAR lower System Requirements (I can play it on a 1.2 ghz Dual Core with 512 MB RAM) and lets you play Starcraft near-flawlessly and FAR better than playing it through Exagear due to customizable touchscreen controls. It also has cross-platform multiplayer through Wi-Fi (I tried it and its a load of fun), you can pretty much play it through multiple devices like 3 phones and 2 PCs.
