Many weather apps have precipitation notification options. You can also do it with IFTTT.
Found this if you're on Android: Rain Alarm
I prefer Rain Alarm since MeteoGroup seemed a little greedy when they switched from pay-once-"Pro" version to their subscription model a few years ago.
I'm mostly seeing transport apps here, but these two are useful to me as well (Android versions linked below):
Rain Alarm: Uses radar information to give real-time info and notifications about rain intensity, coverage and distance. Fairly accurate most of the time.
AIX Weather Widget: Can provide 24-hour forecasts. Temperatures are not so accurate, but likelihood of rain is usually quite good. Although it can pinpoint locations at the street level, I think it interpolates info only from the major weather stations so the forecasts are sometimes a bit off, specially when there is light rain. Still useful to have.

Being an avid Rallyserye viewer, it is obvious to me that they shuffle the program (the sequence of performances and speeches and how long they perform) based on the weather condition.
Halimbawa, maaring kapag patila na, puputulin na ang kasalukuyang nasa entablado para pagsalitain na si Leni.
Also did you know that there is an app that can predict rain in the next few minutes?
In the OP naman, do note that the music and the dance can be stopped anytime.

Yung paru-paro naman, sorry boss, madali itong i-stage.

livewetter (regenradar) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.mdiener.rain.usa&hl=de

Rain Alarm app warns you if rain is approaching. Data is sourced from the same place as OP. I like the app, so far.
Rain Alarm has done well for me, too.
It's called Rain Alarm

I've been using Rain Alarm, but I believe it's Android only. Now to see which app works better...
You should check out RainAlarm, it has saved me a few times!
It's available for Windows Phone, Android, and iOS.
Shared this in another thread, but!

OP, I don't know if you've heard of this app, but I've been using Rain Alarm for a while, and it's pretty good. It's available on the App Store and on Google Play, and what it does is that it loads the radar maps of the area you're in, to spot any rain clouds, and then you can configure it to notify you when it thinks a certain raincloud might be coming in. It's a fairly good way to figure out the local weather for the area.

I like rain alarm
Android has something similar for quite a while, been using this personally: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.mdiener.rain.usa
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.mdiener.rain.usa Rain Alarm. Since I ride a motorcycle and it's the time for random rain.
Do you even RainAlarm, bro?
I'm not sure there's much point to weather forecasting in the UK due to its geography as an island, tbh. All you can really predict is weather (p.i.) it's going to rain soon, for example RainAlarm.
