The younger you go under 20, the higher the rate of complications.

I'm not really sure why that person said it's girls 15 and under that have complications—the actual science shows it's girls under 20, but it is true that 15 year olds have an even higher rate of complications than 18-19 year olds, like I said the younger you go the more likely complications are.
