This is awesome Slobbergob! Do you have any other fun memorial cup interviews laying around?
I sure do Slobbergob. There's an interview with Huskies assistant coach Jason Fortier. He gives a ton of information on the team's style and preferences when playing, as well as a couple of shoutouts to Beaudin and Greer. It's worth a listen.

Edit: Adrian Dater's "Blood Feud" is a great narrative into the early years of our history as it represents one of the greatest "Modern" rivalries of the league.
Development-wise: a once barren wasteland for almost over a decade has been recently turning into a decent prospect-oasis. You can check out the Colorado Eagles (AHL affiliate) as well as Burgundy Rainbow to view other prospects in the pipeline.
Get a free VPN on your browser (Zenmate on Chrome has been great for me) and set it to any non-USA VPN since the Avs game is a national game. Been watching Altitude that way with NHL tv for a few seasons now without any issue.

Android:
1 Download the ringtone to the PC by clicking the button below.
2 Connect your phone to your computer via USB, or using a microSD adapter to connect your microSD card to your computer.
3 You can access the device via "My Computer" on your PC. If your phone does not mount automatically, touch the USB icon that appears in the menu bar at the top of the display, drag it down to expose the Android Notification Panel, then tap on "USB Connected" and select "Mount" (or "Disk Drive").
4 Navigate to your Android phone's root directory and transfer the ringtones to either of the following folders: /media/ringtones /media/notifications /media/alarms If these folders do not exist, you can use window explorer to create them yourself.
5 Disconnect your phone, and you are ready to use the new ringtones. If you don't see the ringtone you just added, just reboot the phone.
I added ESPN+ to my Disney+ bundle and picked up a paid ProtonVPN sub. About $15/mo in incremental cost that I can reduce by switching to annual billing on the VPN, and it works a treat for hockey as well as baseball. I think the only thing I'm potentially missing is TNT games.
Actually it's 2 years (thank God :).
There are many advantages to having a VPN on a router as since most VPN companies limit the number of devices, a router counts as one device and then all devices connected get the benefit.
First find a VPN that supports open VPN cfg. I personally use windscribe https://windscribe.com/.
You need a router that supports open VPN as well and I personally like loading the ddrwrt firmware on the router. https://dd-wrt.com/. If you use this please make sure the exact router and version you get matches what's in their router database.
Once the firmware is loaded you can go to the services tab and enable the open VPN. Your VPN provider will provide the proper keys and cfg needed here. If anyone follows these steps and get here, feel free to pm me and I will gladly help you with this step. This can be a little tricky if you've never done it before.
I know this is fairly high level but I can answer any specific questions if they arise.
I use Unlocator and it works flawlessly — tested on that one preseason game they (must have accidentally) broadcast.
Worth noting I use ESPN+ on my PS4, where I can set the DNS addresses to Unlocator’s
I watched last nights Preseason game through on my Nividia shield using NordVPN... Super easy, perfect HD stream and was fairly simple to setup. Glad I'm doing that this year.
Imagine public wifi in an airport as a cloud above your head. That cloud and all the activity in it are visible to people around you. That means if you buy something on amazon they can see the cc number, the address, etc.
A VPN or a virtual private network tunnels through network to simulate a private connection through encryption. Or to put simply, it puts a PVC pipe through the cloud that doesn't allow people to see what you're looking at or doing.
A VPN allows you to anonymously search the web free of visibility from anyone else, i.e. in the case of LazyMan, your ISP.
Yes you can use it on your Mac. No it isn't hard to set up. I use IPVanish because they dont keep logs of users and it's like 60 bucks a year.

Agreed on Vokoun, it just seemed to make so much sense that he would be the guy. The only thing I can guess is that they couldn't agree on a contract and that's why they went this way, but if that's the case there had to be less expensive/risky options.
Edit: Apparently he's been signed, that makes it slightly more palatable. Still seems like an overpayment.
Aliexpress has knockoffs.
K bud ;) If you want to continue this conversation I would suggest you look up some synonyms for "ignorant" since you seem to be wearing that word out. Here you go, hope this helps: http://www.thesaurus.com/browse/ignorant
So, I connected to a VPN in the Nederlands and used an incognito browser to access and there was no pay wall. Maybe try using a VPN like ProtonVPN (it has a free US connection) and see if that works.
The other subreddits are straight from the source NHL streams and are even more reliable, at least for me, than . But I know there are lots of people that do use the VPN services and have good luck with them but I just feel like I shouldn't have to pay again to remove blackouts so I just sail the seas. Any VPN should work as long as you can grab a location outside of North America which is a pretty basic feature. The big ones like NordVPN even advertise changing location to get around Netflix streaming restrictions as a major feature.
I really disliked it. Maybe they sent me a bad box. But it was buggy and I couldn't get good reception where my main TV is no matter what I tried. The DVR function also wouldn't let you play the game while it was going on, usually took an hour after the game ended to start the video. For someone that works during a lot of games it wasn't a great fit. ESPN + NordVPN on Firestick has been amazing but obviously not a great choice if he's not tech savvy.
I use NordVPN. I’m in the PNW so turned it on for the Kraken game last night. Wouldn’t load the Avs feed, but I did get the Kraken broadcast. Never had that issue before though-usually I can access both no problem.
I just bought a fire stick, nord vpn, and espn+. Comes out to like $11 a month. Bought 27 months of vpn for 80, espn+ was part of the bundle for Disney+ and Hulu, and the fire stick is like $39 and has a native NordVPN app.
See if your service has Obfuscated as an option - workaround source credit u/crackabones
I run NordVPN on my fire stick and I’ve had this problem multiple ’s how to get around it every time. Go into the settings in the Nord app and then go into protocol. Choose one of the OpenVPN options. Go back to your menu and select Obfuscated under specialty servers. Once it’s connected you should have no problem connecting in the ES PN+ app. If you do, force quit the app and should work when you restart it. I spent many nights frustrated with it but I haven’t had any issues since I discovered doing it this way.
I used ExpressVPN all last season. The New York location worked all season (the only one that worked) except for when the Avs played a New York team. Oddly, this season I’ve been able to get the games using the Denver server location. Fingers crossed that it continues to work.
I have ExpressVPN and before this season I didn’t have an issue. This isn’t a good answer if you’re in a hurry but I’ll test it tonight with a broadcast that’s normally blacked out for me and get back with you.
What a coincidence - Tyson Barrie is my favorite Leaf too!
Leafs of Ass
I believe a leaf of ass is no less than the journey work of the makars,
And the buspiss is equally perfect, and a grain of sand, and the lucky egg of the condor,
And the honey badger is a chef-d’œuvre for the highest,
And the running barrie would adorn the parlors of heaven,
And the narrowest hinge in my hand puts to scorn all vikingry,
And the gru grubing with depress’d head surpasses any statue,
And a moose is miracle enough to stagger sextillions of infidels. adapted
I did NordVPN and I'm also on a Mac (shouldn't matter though), feel like Express VPN should work tried it again tonight and it still works, I just make sure I'm VPNing somewhere in the US that won't be blacked out.
Get an Android-based device to act as your platform for streaming apps.
This lets you download apps at will, including ESPN+ and VPNs like ExpressVPN (remember kids, if your VPN is free, YOU are the product being sold).
I highly recommend the Nvidia Shield TV Pro. It's a little pricey, but mine has been rock solid for years and lets me VPN without needing fight with an appliance or app at the router level of my network.
Everyone else in the house gets to do their thing like usual, and my little Shield gets to pretend it's in New York or Dallas when I want to watch hockey. I also used it to watch the Stanley Cup via YouTube TV (only paid for a month then canceled ASAP).
The shield is also small enough that to can easily take it with you if you ever need such a thing.
Alititude games espn+ and DNS service. You need to tell Unlocator in the settings that you want espn+ unlocked and set the location you want to spoof.
National games. Sling TV orange package for $35 or use the 7 seas becuase F paying 35 a month for 10 games.
Playoffs. Pay for sling. they have promos. You can get the full playoffs for $45 and it’s worth it vs dealing with illegal streams breaking and pop up ads.
I use the Silk browser on my Firestick plugged into my TV with the IPVanish VPN app I also have installed on my Firestick to hit the illegal stream sites. I usually only have to x out of 1-3 popups at the beginning when I'm getting to the right stream I want, home/away, and then when I make it fullscreen on my tv. After that it's smooth sailing. Before I did that setup on my Firestick I had my Surface Pro connected to my tv and ran the stream sites from that. Either way works great for me. I only pay $10 for my IPVanish but I also use it heavily to get all my other live TV channels and shows through Kodi apps on my firestick instead of having regular cable package or even Hulu live anymore.
Maybe someone will tell him the bus after the game leaves at 10:15, but really it leaves at 9:55. July 1, 2017 can't come soon enough!
Yes they do them every year. Last year's. Not sure if they do clever names any more but if so this year's should definitely be "Carry Me Home."
I found it on Amazon.. they might have it at the Altitude Authentics store as well. I noticed it’s the same company that they carry in the Avs store at Ball Arena. (WinCraftColoradoAvalancheWhite3x5FeetBannerFlaghttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B08F6JTC2C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_RD6DCAB0454HHJ4PK528?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1)
Just find the patch you want and buy sticky backed Velcro sheets. I work at 2 different Fire depts and use the same jacket. This is how I’m able to change the arm patch depending on where I’m working.

Welcome to Denver, my girlfriend and I just moved in September from SC and quickly became Avs fans.
There’s many bars around that won’t have the games on because no one wants to spring for the altitude network. Found that out the hard way while out trying to watch the game while we ate.
We use NordVPN and ESPN+ on a Mac mini we have hooked up in the living room for blackout games, otherwise just stream it on our appleTV if it’s a non-blackout stream!
I have a consistent working solution, but it's ugly and I hate that it's the only non-pirating option I've found that works for me (no judgement for those who do sail the high seas).
Step 1: Pay for ExpressVPN (YAY for paying $99/year just to skirt around Kroenke's greedy bulltshit so I can watch hockey and enjoy the occasional bonus bit of privacy when on public/guest wifi).
Step 2: Activate VPN in New York (I haven't been blacked out from that location yet, so it's my go to).
Step 3: Use ESPN+ App on my Nvidia Shield, Watch Avs hockey no issues, awesome resolution and audio quality.
Step 3.5 (on Android phone): Long press ESPN+ App, manually Force Stop. Select Permissions, remove "Location" from list of permissions.
Step 4: Open ESPN+ App, settings > Log out. Log back in fresh.
Step 5: Select any ESPN+ Stream, hit Allow when prompted to grant ESPN+ access to my location.
Step 6: Select the ESPN+ Stream I actually want, then cross my fingers all that effort wasn't in vain for a game that's got cable exclusivity.
Very simple, and hassle free, as you can see. /s
I use NordVPN to watch all the Avs/Stars games cause I live in Texas. Hasn't failed for me yet since I started using it last year, I usually just connect to like... Kansas City or something. I don't remember. I also use it when I sail the high seas for games not on ESPN+
I just bought NordVPN and have it on my laptop and phone, didn’t think to put it on my Roku TV so I will have to try that later. I paid for it thinking it would help me with sailing the high seas and finding Netflix shows available in other countries not available in the US but overall I really haven’t seen any true benefits of owning a VPN.
Is there really any true benefit I get out of owning it? Asking you as you seem knowledgeable about them.
I use ExpressVPN with ESPN+ to get around the Blackout restrictions. It's a pain in the ass sometimes, but it does work quite well. I typically find that I can watch Avs games by routing through the New York or through Toronto.
She did some work already with NHL Network so my guess is Coach is mistaken.
Here it sounds like Baseball, skip to ~15:45, Lauren was a Softball player

I run NordVPN on my fire stick and I’ve run into ESPN+ blocking it multiple times. Here’s how to get around it. Go into the settings in the Nord app and then go into protocol. Choose one of the OpenVPN options. Go back to your menu and select Obfuscated under specialty servers. That will create a random IP address for you that hasn’t been blocked. Once it’s connected you should have no problem connecting in the ESPN+ app. If you do, force quit the app and should work when you restart it. I spent many nights frustrated with ESPN and Nord but I haven’t had any issues since I discovered doing it this way.
Mikko is immune so it will be lifted as soon as he is back. Fun Fact: read The Scarlet Letter last year because we had the A passed around so much
nah I usually just google image textures. my work is usually not very texture heavy so I don't save em or anything. you can check out the PSD if you'd like but I did a while back so I'm not sure how usable the texture layers are https://gofile.io/?c=al33oU
So I’ve been trying to figure out how people are still using ESPN+ and a VPN… I have NordVPN and none of the UDP ports I’ve tried work. I just get a weird cryptic message on the ESPN app.
Are you doing something differently?
Overstimulation can be really painful when someone has headaches after a concussion. He might already get helpful items from the team doctors, but a pair of earplugs and nice light-blocking eye mask would be a thoughtful gift. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Contoured-Sleeping-Blindfold-Concave-Meditation/dp/B07KC5DWCC/
Any thoughts? Different style of player, but is this to take Liles' spot on the roster?
As per @TSNBobMcKenzie it's 4 years at 3.25M per.

For the last two years, I had been using lazyman and Kodi and it worked great. Recently, though, that stopped working, so I went legit and subscribed to ESPN+. It's been fine for me, with the caveat that I am not a local Avs fan - I'm in Central NY, so I don't have to worry about local blackouts.
I am also a casual Sabres fan and every single one of their games is blacked out for me. This is easily resolved with a VPN - Private Internet Access, in my case.
I've used Nordvpn with nhl.tv before and it worked, so maybe try this one out, in case you don't like they have 30 day money-back guarantee. Besides, they have tutorial how to set it up, just chose your device and follow the steps.
This would also work. 5x10 Black Gallery Business License Frame with 3.5x8 Mat - Wide Molding - Includes Attached Hanging Hardware and Desktop Easel - Display Panoramic Picture Certificate or Retail Licenses https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06Y17V3MV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_JFKM9AR0APSP9NZ7NRHW?psc=1
Back in early McNichols and Mile High days my Cousin had a pair of binoculars that were actually a flask in disguise, LOL
Based on this breakdown it sounds like ESPN+ will have all out-of-market games with an option for Home/Away, so if you pair it with some sort of VPN or a service like Unlocator you should be able to get everything excluding the ESPN exclusive games.
I’ve always gone with , personally. It’s a little expensive, but the student membership is about $120 for the full season and any games (minus blackouts- and there could be a price difference for single team or shortened season potentially). I use a free browser VPN (Zenmate extension on Chrome) and I’m set for any games all season long. You can watch the various games off streaming sites for free, but I can’t stand NBC or the random away broadcasts. Altitude or bust for me and the convenience of it is much nicer than hoping the stream in a site doesn’t crash randomly or get stuck not having a stream on a busy game night.
https://www.amazon.com/Mission-16W-Colorado-Avalanche-Champions/dp/0892046651
Mission 16W was the team motto in 01, for the 16 Wins it took to get a Stanley Cup (Coincidentally, also the exit to NJ's arena).
I’m almost positive that it’s at the end of the 2001 Stanley Cup Championship video because I know what you’re talking about well. I don’t have a VCR to play it on at the moment so I can’t tell you for sure. But the video is called Mission Accomplished and it’s available on Amazon. :) There’s a version on YouTube but it cuts off the end.
I use ExpressVPN, but it doesn't seem to do anything about the geolocation services on my device. How is this supposed to work? I've asked on some VPN subs, but never got a straight answer, and some even said it's not possible.

Many folks also use with a vpn service (like Private Internet Access). this causes your connection to appear as though it's coming from a different geographic location.
the downside to this approach as far as I can tell is that doesn't carry playoff games since they're nationally broadcast.
You will be blacked out is the answer to all your questions. The solution is
It's a dns location hiding service. It's like 4 bucks a month and works flawless. The dns servers work just as well as the google ones. Will work with any device besides cell phone. There are a number of sites that offer this. Some of the other sites stop working for a few hours every now and then(cough ). has never stopped working. If it does stop I can just use a free trial from another site till its fixed
The quality is very good. Much better then hockey streams was. The other guy complaining about quality probably has his connection choked from using a free vpn or some other problem with his own network. You get what you pay for.
I've had the same one on a few cars now https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001PR0QII I've only been heckled by one wings fan in a parking lot who told me to eat shit and the avs (I'm sure he spells it Aves) suck.
