Thanks for the votes, everyone!
I'd like some feedback from everyone on whether or not to keep the blue text at the bottom of the design. I get that it wasn't the most popular choice and I'd like everyone to be fairly happy with this, regardless of how they voted.
Ive made a strawpoll to judge everyones thoughts on it.
EDIT: Despite the overwhelming popular support to keep the blue text (/s) I have removed it from the final version I submitted to /u/FtheBruinsLeafsSens and/or /u/WMino, whoever I emailed it to.
The most reliable way to record the live audio stream is to use Streamlink with the command
streamlink --output some-filename.ts 'https://cogecomedia.leanstream.co/cogecomedia/CHMPFM.stream/playlist.m3u8' best
The puck was at the point and the defensemen seems like he is ready to shoot. PK saw that Stone was coming in front to tip the shot. So Subban slashed to try and make stone miss a possible tip-in. https://streamable.com/wjlw
People make is seem like the slash was completely way from the play. It was a normal play by Subban but he got him at the wrong place. The intent to hit that wrong spot can be debated.
In the past, I've posted podcasts from my website, rabidhabs.com, but I've never shared my own podcast. This seems like a rules-friendly way of doing it, so I'll leave it here.
Me and two of my friends get together once a week to talk about hockey. As Habs and Rangers fans, most of the talk surrounds those two teams, but we do our best to put together a well rounded discussion of the NHL. This week, we had a spelling bee where we challenged each other to spell some difficult NHL names.
If you give us a chance, I hope you enjoy The Nosebleeds Podcast.

There you go. If you want to pay $80 for a towel, be my guest lol.
Edit:
Here's a cheaper one.

It really depends on the VPN and the router. Nord vpn as a guide for some of them And an other one for Surfshark As Surfshark says, not all router are VPN client compatible, so you'll need to do some research first to be safe.
There is NordVPN, expressVPN, Surfashark that works, or at least worked last year, I don't want to make promises lol. There is also that is not a vpn, but does the same job of going around blackouts. They also have a free trial. You can also get a vpn for one month to test. Note that on a smartphone, because of gps localisation, a vpn will often not work for NHL Live.
The bottom line is you need to pay, don't touch free vpns.
Thanks for the reply! At least now I can see a way to be able to watch all games all the time. I could Watch playoffs on CBC for free afterwards.
Money is somewhat an object as in I want to make sure I don't pay more than I should for my scenario.
I'm thinking of getting SN Now Premium with NordVPN for those blacked out games. Think this would work?
SN Premium : $230 -> 19.17$/mo
NordVPN: $92.82 (2 years + 3 months) -> $3.44/mo
That would be $22.61 tax in.
So I have been reading the book Noise: A Flaw in Human Judgment, and I can't help but see that this is a real time example of "Group Noise".
If we put all these pundits in a room and they all independently choose who should be number one without knowing what other pundits would pick who you can probably end up with a close representation of who should actually be number one. But the fact that these lists are all public means they are probably being affected by a lot of social influence, which could be contributing to a noise in judgement. Thats why in a span of 2 weeks (with no NEW DATA emerging) Wright's position has shifted so violently.
I can only hope the Canadiens are able to make this decision free of influence, and they have a as "noiseless" a process as possible to make their right choice.

Hefty price tag, I certainly didnt pay that much for mine 13 years ago. Awesome set of full games though.
Yeah, you eventually get used to the quiet after going to a few games. But yeah, the next time you go, see if you can remember (that's the hard part hahaha) to bring your phone's earphones and try it out.
It's actually really cool to be watching a game LIVE at the Bell Centre while listening to a broadcast at the same time (690 AM or 98.5 FM).
Just get the <strong>TuneIn</strong> app for your phone. -_-
It'll just be a matter of syncing the audio to the play on the ice. And using TuneIn, you have options for 30 seconds back, 30 seconds forward or pause. So, it's easy to do.

Perhaps my evaluation of Maatta is way too positive. RIP
What about Danault/Maatta 1 for 1?? Addresses a massive need for us.

Actually it's 300 down not 400. 15 up (because Canada).

The stats that are in "square" on this pictures.
Subban bad penalties and giveaway had cost more than 10 games last seasons... those 10 wins, would had been great to be part in the series. It's even worse in series for him.
Discipline is need when your game is "short".
Actually, Subban skate well, can pass "okay", but can't score goal or be a great PP guy. This is all the problems of the habs, we have too many playmaker but not enough sniper.
Weber is a sniper. A PP guy. He got discipline and hit 2x more than subban, blocking 2x more than subban, having more leadership he is recognized in the best of the NHL. (while Subban is not, he don't do team Canada nor Olympic team much)
Subban is a great player, but Weber is a more "complete" than him.
Yeah, that's what I wondered. I googled some more, and buying just one game is possible if you have the telia TV service. You could maybe get that to work with VPN, and I think it's free, after having that you should be able to buy the game.
It will definitely be a hassle though and you decide if it's worth it.
Here's the telia TV app that you need, you should then make an account, and from there you should be able to buy the game for 9,99€: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teliasonera.sonera.viihde
Edit. For further help, the one game thing is called "pelipassi". These services aren't aimed at foreigners, so some things might not be translated.
For anybody using mobile, I have tried every single reddit app and Sync is by far the best.
It also has a premium version that I bought after 6 months of use of the regular, just because of the amount of time I (unfortunately) spend on it.
I'm pretty sure it's the games on local tv. So next week when EDM is in MTL I think you won't get that one.
An easy way to get around this on a Desktop or laptop would be to download the Zenmate extension for Chrome and you can set it to show your IP from the US. They definitely aren't showing the habs down there.
This is not recent history by any means but I loved these two books. The Game by Ken Dryden and The Rocket: A Cultural History of Maurice Richard.
