I've not had much time to go through doujinshi, but it's a safe bet it's either from a parody on it or from the original manga.
EDIT: I've been through the 26 chapters of the manga and did not come across this specific image. So it's likely from a doujinshi.

If you know about this already sorry, but reading this kinda reminded me of that manga in a way. Sorry for not being able to help you find that manga, but it sounds interesting.
Would you happen to know the specific volume or even chapter? Only asking to 100% confirm the source and deal with a report. Without context the image incites violence towards the woman. With a bdsm context this could be resolved.
For the past 2 hours I've skimmed through the entire manga aswell as "Nana to Kaoru: Black Label" and did not come across this panel. It's possible I skimmed over it ofcourse.

I have the same issue, the site is honestly not useable for reading for me. The reader is just utter garbage since the update they did. I would recommend you to use the Tachiyomi mobile app, but it's an android app and I don't know of any iOS alternatives.
Some other minus points:
- The site is slow due to the way it handles/loads images. It loads every image at full size, because the reader uses the exact same image but zoomed in at the full size. The thumbnails are all full sized images, but scaled down instead of what most sites do and make a thumbnail sized image.
- Not everything on the site is correct
- Meaning there's mistakes in titles/artists and sometimes you can't read things because the pages section doesn't load.

Not sure what lists you've checked already but there's a list of animes on animenewsnetwork and there's one on anidb (note that anidb has 2 tabs "Anime Production (Major)" & "Anime Production (Minor)")

Specific title of this book is 拘束少女絵巻 緊縛編.
They're some kind of illustration art books.
I didn't manage to find any mention of an artist.
I only found the 1st part of the series on nhentai, so I assume the others in the series follow a similar pattern.

Edit: I just checked and it looks it's an audio drama adaption. I didn't know for that so thank you for mentioning. But damn, I wish it was an anime instead. A yuri boobs groping (audio only) adaptation without visuals hurts my soul.

If you're using this version from on github that's outdated. It also says so on the github page that the app is no longer maintained.

I'm not 100% sure if this version has the porn in it though. Either way, if you're just in it for that you might want to reconsider. It's a very long game (50+ hours likely, depending on reading speed) and there's only maybe 2 sec scenes per route.

Looked around a bit and found some torrents of the raw volumes on nyaa.si.
After having a quick look through it, it is indeed from the cover of Lesson 12 (it's in Volume 2)
