Also: Parking lights are not daytime running lights.
It's a crowd-sourced navigation app. Users can report traffic jams, construction, cops, cameras, hazards on the roadway... It's pretty accurate for showing you where the cameras are in Montgomery County in my experience, but the UI is very old-fashioned, and voice quality for navigation directions is IMHO simply awful.
Viofo A119 mini. Nice simple single camera setup. It is not hardwired; I power it with a Garmin Constant Power Cable (OBD2-to-USB). I like it, it is a nice and simple single camera setup. Other models from the brand include a second (rear) camera, and still others include cloud features that I don't really want or need.
You can play pickle ball on a regular tennis court.
Aside from getting your water tested, I recommend getting one of these bad boys and filling up at a nearby Whole Foods, MOMS, etc. - they'll all have some sort of reverse osmosis water station and it typically costs around 50 cents a gallon. That's how I consume all of my water these days because the water at my house tastes gross. If you consume ONLY that water for a few weeks that'll give you an idea if this was the issue or not!
I carry citronella spray and a self-defense keychain now whenever I walk my dog after being attacked by a loose pitbull.
The spray is not 100% safe to use on dogs, but it's not as harmful as mace or pepper spray-- is intended to startle a charging dog. And the keychain is a last resort in case a dog locks down on my dog's neck and will not let go (again). I also recognize that this would be very dangerous for me to use, but anything is safer than what I did last time it happened.
Gotcha. Maybe look into shortest available lease, in case you hate it. All of those places you listed likely have tenants that like it and ones that don't. Everyone is different & advice in the form of "its great" or "it sucks" isnt really advice. What's best for you will become more clear after living here like 6 or 12 months.

Alex Salah just helped us with a heavy up and some additional work (installing new outlets, fixtures, doorbell, etc.). His price was very reasonable, the work was great, and he was awesome. Took the time (and seemed to enjoy) answering all my questions and explaining the work being done. I learned a lot from him in the few hours he was here and, frankly, can’t wait to have him come back to do more work. Guy made me want to quit my job and become his apprentice. Highly recommend.

I'm a woman and I would get mine from Easy Spirit or Naturalizer online because they have my size and the storefronts never do.
I am not recommending this particular boot but an inexpensive snow boot like this is all you will need; it should last years since we don't have very many days with snow on the ground compared to the Great White North. You can get better and they would last longer, of course.

You'd probably be fine with the 200/200 plan, which is $40 a month after auto-pay discounts. You can also buy your own router on Amazon and save the $15 a month router rental fees.
Comcast's prices might look attractive, but they don't include the $14 a month modem fee. They also don't have symmetrical speeds, they have data caps, and the prices go up after your first year (and way up after your second year).
An officer who believes a driver needs to retest, can require a retest under a lot of circumstances. While it is not supposed to be age related, any medical condition is. AND things related to being old, is a medical condition. So yes, they are allowed to require them to retake for their drivers license.
Often within the county, the officer felt that the traffic offence that started this interaction warrants this forced retest. Statistics do not help seniors cases either.

I'm newish and have had a good experience with meetup.com. Sometimes breweries or coffee shops will host events. I'm close to True Respite in Rockville and I've found that they have a good range of events to check out.
I work with the public and wear KF9y mask. I've seen lots of people fishing in Potomac by Old Angler's Inn. I haven't tried SUP fishing up river past Wet Bottom, but, I know it possible to hike from Anglers in MD or from the Great Falls side. Supposedly the fishing is good. Unfortunately still best to catch and release.
If you want to fish (or do anything) from Anglers on a weekend my advice is get there early. Like 530-6AM. It gets crowded fast and the weather is so much nicer in the early hours than the heat.
Call Animal Control, and, if not already done, please also post to the Montgomery County Lost Pets Blog:

That’s the way it would work. The caveat is that every time you split it, the signal degrades a bit. So make sure to only split it as many times as you need with a splitter having the right number of ports (empty or unterminated ports ‘leak’). Don’t split it to rooms that aren’t in use. If you don’t need to send the signal to multiple rooms use a coupler to connect the two rooms and eliminate the splitter entirely.
You made need to boost the signal with a small USB powered amplifier at the antenna. Here’s a random example. Some antennas come with one. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073Q3H3JP/
