One of these links might work. Android works at least for me, but my phone is few years old.
I can understand it if you want to micromanage HQ and staff more than the actual races. There used to be a game called Grand Prix Manager that used to have this feature. Basicly you would either set a pit-strategy or just let the game handle it. You would pretty much always be worse off, but it saved a lot of time.
In my main playtrough I did every race, micromanaged everything. But after 10 seasons, it gets dull and you just want to see if you got a win or not, skipping more often.
Skipping in this game should come with the downside that you have to run on medium/medium in setup or something. But I dont mind it.
Funfact for grand prix manager: It didnt consider that people would play that game for 100 seasons (like I did), so in the end I have a 120+ years old Damon Hill still being one of my drivers. Good times.
I'm trying to think how the game would handle simulating different oval tracks. How would it differentiate them? There is really only the length of the straight between the corners to use in that regard. The simulation is quite basic. I think oval tracks might be too similar to each other and the same results would play out.
E.g The car with the highest top speed and best rear wing would probably always lead, if the drivers overtaking rating was high enough to get by the slower cars. There isn't much more depth to the simulation than that.
A search shows this https://www.reddit.com/r/NASCAR/comments/5zrpvz/nascar_motorsport_manager_mod_early_stages/
And there is also an older Android game https://apkpure.com/nascar-manager/com.eutechnyx.nascar.manager
I thought maybe there was a mod for Nascar Heat but I can't find one.
Borderless gaming is what you're looking for. Not entirely sure it will work with MM as the game is fairly new and I haven't tested it yet, but just put it into windowed mode and use Borderless Gaming to do the rest.
This is the Github link you can use to download it:

And this is the steam page, should you ever want to support them:
Are you using 7-zip? If not, you probably need that as I used it to get the filesize down to 44MB from like 290MB. Compression is important, especially on Aussie internet like mine.
Besides, 7-zip is free and open source and won't nag you every day like WinRAR. Just works better IMO. https://www.7-zip.org/ is the link if you need it, and I updated the Nexus description to mention it.
ShareX! It will make your life a whole lot easier when you need to take a screenshot. You can download it from here: https://getsharex.com/ - it's free (open source).
I took more than 3.3k screenshots with it so far, haha. Basically, you just press CTRL + Prt Scr to select what exactly you want to take screenshot of or press only Prt Scr to take screenshot of your whole screen. It will then automatically upload it to imgur.com and in bottom right corner show you the thumbnail which you click on and get direct URL for it. Of course, you can change settings so you use different keys to take a screenshot or prevent it from automatically uploading to image sharing websites like imgur.
Yeah in OBS make sure that your input volume is much higher than you game record volume. Also you should consider checking out Davinci Resolve, its a free and really powerful video editing program with built in audio mixing tools.
