thank youu they're these ones. kinda pricey but as you can see im an rgb whore
Don't forget to enable XMP in the BiOS. And ffs get a gpu card bracket, they're like 9 bucks on Amazon.
I want clock. I google clock. Amazon give me clock. You can have clock too...
You're right and like some others ITT have pointed out, you can no longer block it at the firewall and continue in guest mode. Apparently paying $$$ for the hardware isn't enough, they want your data too.
You're going to need to buy a Raspberry Pi, make a Pi Hole for your network, and block their DNS requests. I suggest the Pi W given they're $5 at Micro Center ($10 retail so still cheap) and enough computing power to be your DNS server; you'll also need a micro SD card and a micro USB cord.
NZXT is always the second most blocked DNS request on my network right behind the Roku. It's unbelievable how many times my stupid LED lights are trying to call home even when in guest mode.
You can buy an adapter like this: adapter if you have a spare USB 3 header. You can also just not connect it and not use the USB c port on the case.
I recommend something like this, theres plenty on Amazon. If you add them to the rear of the fans, it doesn't interfere with the LEDs.
It’s from amazon uk but I’m sure American amazon has the same thing. I believe this is the right one for your case.

First off all dont use NZXT CAM to monitor your Temps, its known to be bad and the temperatures are inaccurate.
Use HwInfo64: https://www.hwinfo.com
And the reason why your temps are so high are:
H510 Elite has bad airflow and is not optimal for AIOs since the only place Radiators above 120mm can fit is the front and there the fans cant breathe because the H510 Elite has basically no intake pared with horrible fans (AER RGB 2)
x63 isnt the best performing AIO combined with the "issues" stated above
Cinebench uses AVX so its kinda expected to have high temperatures and i wouldnt worry about it. You are probably never going to see those temps while playing games.
And yes you can get better temperatures in this build by remove the front panel or by replacing it with a Mesh front. Both are valid options but at the end of the day its up to you.
>Do you plan on actually using the beta feature (which the current CAM already has) to avoid the catastrophe of the 3.6.X software?
You can definitely expect more gradual, opt-in beta releases in the future before a larger release.
>Do you plan on adding system tray status icons for temperatures/any stat? This was requested a long time ago in the CAM requests but it was closed with a "We'll look into it". For implimentation, just look at how HWInfo handles this.
Certainly a possibility!
>Another user asked about a CAM lite version but have you considered the possibility of a module install? The user can select which features they want to install. I have no need for your GPU overclocking and just want the software required to control my lights and fan/pump speeds.
There will be major updates to CAM's UI/UX that should help keep the things not relevant to you out of view.
>Are these numbers valid? If so, how much did NZXT purchase Forge for?
The numbers on how much money we raised from investors is correct, but we haven't publicly disclosed the terms of our acquisition.

To add on to this, I got mines from Amazon for ~54 w/ tax and shipping.
The Cooler Master store, sells just the bracket for 20USD.
It's the XFX RX 5700XT THICC III. I'd be lying if I said I didn't buy it partially for the aesthetics lol

X53 user here. I agree CAM needs a lot of work and is less than dependable, but one thing that has always worked for me is the RGB ring/ logo settings.
It would help if we could identify why some people face so many issues assuming everything is installed correctly and other potentially conflicting software is eliminated. Otherwise it should be pretty straight forward. Maybe elaborate on "Trust me, I've tried fixing it" with some examples of your troubleshooting efforts. Maybe there's something you've missed? Maybe your BIOS settings are conflicting? Do you use any other RGB software? For example.
And for the record, you can control fans via the bios so long as they're plugged into the motherboard and not an NZXT smart device/ fan hub. if using a smart device/ fan hub that might be an issue. And of course the most obvious suggestion which is re-plugging everything in just to be sure it's correct and secure. Not suggesting reseating the cooler itself, just double checking the wiring and connections.
https://openrgb.org/ might be an option in the meantime though. I haven't really messed with it yet so cannot attest to Kraken X compatibility.
CAM alone has made me question buying another NZXT product, but so far my X53 works as intended.
We had the position open, but I'm not entirely sure if it's still unfilled.
Our web team has been interviewing for a couple weeks now but I'll inquire for ya.
Edit: Also this is where we usually advertise for jobs. Resumes go straight to HR.

I wasted a lot of tape trying to stick my power strip but it kept falling because the bottom of the power strip wasn't flushed, it had screws popping out, meaning only 4 points were actually touching the table and not the whole surface.
so I bought this tape and taped 3 layers on top of each other to make the surface even and it worked great.
other crappy tapes were used to hold the wires in place

From what I've heard there is small improvement but I think its not worth it. Better 140mm top fan and vertical GPU mount like this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/EZDIY-FAB-Multi-Angle-Adjustment-Vertical-Graphics/dp/B086X7MR5J should help more. But I didn't try it yet

All in all this is one of the best air coolers around, beating water coolers too
I had the same confusion when building mine. As stated, the LED connector on the pump cable is just to connect other RGB devices to the pump to power them, but you can just leave it unplugged otherwise. The pump head will receive addressable RGB power with the other cables connected.
As for needing other USB headers, I bought an NZXT Internal USB Hub which splits one USB 2 header into 3. I bought this one, but they also sell a newer version found here which is probably easier to find. One uses molex for power and the other uses SATA, and doesn't have the extra USB-A ports, which I don't think are needed inside a case.
The joys of building ITX!
It's these ones. However i've found them to be a bit loose but that won't really matter if you've got your GPU screwed down, just that you might have to hold down the riser cable when you take your GPU out. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07LDF4M85/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_y5K8FbBGEZP63?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
^^this.
If you have an LED strip inside, I’d recommend turning it off. I think less is more with lighting. If your parts light up, then there’s no need for an LED strip.
Here’s a link for some cable mods. They’re extensions. So just attach to the black cables from your psu to gpu/mobo. It’ll look nice and add nice aesthetics. This is a cheap brand. There’s cable mods and those tend to be good quality but expensive. I bought a random brand a couple years ago and the extensions have never given my issues.

It is this screen here. The entire tutorial for it is here, however it seems this company has placed manufacturing on hold for the 3D printed screen holder part, however I was able to find a redditor that is doing it himself, so I was able to grab one. haven't put it on yet because I like the look so far, but think I will add it soon any any case. Cable management is a must so you need to either purchase new cables, or just pull everything out from the PSU/GPU section of the case and just really organize, bend and store in a nice way which is what I did.

Yeah no prob, just remember it's easier to keep something cool then it is to cool it down.
Right now my fan curve is a steady 40% fan speed till 30c then a steady incline to hit 60% at 50c, to be followed by a more aggressive incline of 85% fan speed at 60c, fans set to hit 100% at 75c. But like I said max temps i've seen is 64c so fans while under heavy use stay under full speed.
Little more context I also still have the dust filter on and the stock glass front. (which increase temps for sure) If you haven't already though look into the 40mm noctua fan modding thats been shown to drop temps a solid number of degrees to even at full fan speed if you have headphones on there pretty negligible although if you'd like to set a custom curve for those to so there only at full speed when your gaming or what have it get yourself a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CMR38LC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. if your mother board has a sensor for it, I used this to get the temps of the air being pushed out the back behind the gpu and then set the curve for the noctuas based on that temp result. So at idle their low rpm but while gaming they ramp up to pull that hot air right out. (although if you get that Do Not Remove The Plastic Shrouding Around The Sensor!)
Not undervolting would rather let the card do what it wants and simply give it a better environment and circumstances to do it.

Although I'm sure the custom fan curve will be more then enough to drop your temps as your running a 3070 while i'm running a 3080 so you should see results :) and of course my fan curve is set to my liking depending on your results if you want it a bit more quite you can drop the values some.

Amazon still have the single 140mm in-stock. We are planning on getting more the Aer fans soon by Mid-February
Depends how long you're willing to wait or how much you want to spend. NZXT might be willing to hook you up with a screw set but you'll have to submit a ticket and see. You could buy just the specific size screws you're missing for cheap off Amazon or even a local hardware store. Personally, I'd just buy a kit like this, that way you'll have plenty of extra for future builds or if anything goes missing again.
Thanks for providing an answer. I'm glad I double checked by searching around the internet. I assumed the based on this NZXT installation video, the included AMD bracket was the backplate. Anyways, I ended up ordering this backplate on amazon. Which one did you end up getting?
no, you dont need them
the key is to retain the heatsinks and bracket systems on both sides of the card
the problem is that the g12 doesnt fit on properly without spacers (there will be a gap between the chipset and the pump heatsink)
you can fix this by using spacers (1.2mm x 20mm x 20mm) to fill the gaps. just remember to use paste between each layer of spacers, i only needed 2
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B075FT2RHX/
i bought that above. of course, since its a pack of 20, i have 18 leftover. i can send you some for free, but youd probably receive them faster through amazon prime
let me know
Yeah, I got em a while back. I just checked my order history and found the white color, but unfortunately they’re only listed on Amazon by a 3rd party seller that’s charging 3x what the other colors cost.

This is the same packaging style/brand as the one I got Link but the sizing is different, although the O11D glass panels are 40cm tall so a 50cm x anything over 1m should work fine.
The link is for Amazon UK, as I'm UK based - also worth noting that there is a clear backing on one side of the film, this needs to be peeled off and the fresh exposed side goes onto the glass. The instructions didn't mention it and I made the mistake until I spotted it after my first attempt, where the stuff refused to hold on after the water had dried through.
I got mine on amazon sold by CableMod.

Not sure about the pump specifically, but there souldn't be any issue on any MOBO (except for NZXT's maybe?) that would prevent you from running it on a standard bios controlled 3pin or 4pin.
Side note, if you want a good set of radiator fans that match the Halos, I suggest the Alpenfohn Wing Boost 3, they also come in a high speed variant (more RPM headroom essentially), I use them in my system and they fit incredibly well.
I think you could do it. Not quietly tho. I have the Ryzen 7 5800X in an H1 with maxed fans on the stock cooler and even with 100% CPU usage, it doesn't go above 65 degrees. I think if you got rid of the AIO and replaced it with something like this, (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075SF5QQ8/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_3?smid=A1Z5H6ZGWCMTNX&psc=1) You should be able to keep the temperatures moderate. Keep in mind I haven't seen the newest i9 temperate ratings and output. Btw I love the H1 case haha. It's super sexy and modular. Fans will have to be going fast tho. I work with headphones so I don't ever hear it, but if you tend to work in silence it may annoy you.
You know actualy a good way to maybe make a better point to your end of the argument is to pick up one of these and do a quick test on your outlet. I think you can even get them from your local hardware shop for pretty cheap.
Plug it in at the same surge strip as your computer and see if it throws a grounding error. Then you can provide proof of nothing on your end with proper outlet use at least.
And I'm assuming the entire build is OEM NZXT?
sorry the link didn't post earlier, Optional Fan HUB. You can connect all the fans to this hub and the hub connects to single fan pin on the motherboard.
I'm not sure if the fans are different on the Z64, but my Z73 fans were actually pretty good with static pressure.
I just decided to change them out with fans that I know are better because the new fans move air like a beast.
https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-Bearing-NF-A14-iPPC-3000-PWM/dp/B00KFCRF1A
I had this in my older Corsair 4000X case supporting my 3090 - it blends into the card design and doesn't stand out, and you can actually turn it upside down so the logo doesn't show.
Mine didn't either so I got this PCIE expansion card with the USB C header on it and it works like a charm. I also fucked up the USB3 port on my mobo so I'm using it for that too lmao
Get sleeved cables, you can find some neat ones on Amazon like these. Make sure the cables you get will work for your PSU. I'd personally jsut replace the Motherboard 24pin, and the PCIe GPU cable. For sure flip your Radiator around. It DOES matter because you want those tubs at the top. Reason being to keep air bubbles out your loop, it's healthier for your Pump. Also looks cleaner. Next Buy 2 RGB fans for exhaust. Replace the one at the top with one fan, and then match the rest of your color scheme with the RGB's on it. Place the other one on the back, Next to your Funk Pop. OR just get black NZXT fans if you do not want any more RGB. Nice fans do alot for the case.
And then Lastly, I'd personally remove the Pop character. But if you enjoy it there. then for sure KEEP IT. Its your computer at the end of the day.
As others say, these work great, but note that the speed is limited:

Yes! I’d heard the H510 Elite had terrible air flow, but… after I already ordered it. I should’ve sent it back and got the flow, but I’m stubborn. Instead I ordered one of the jakeface custom fronts. (I’ll post a pic in a few minutes), and got this angled mount. My theory was it would give the GPU more room to breathe and prevent the circling turbulence below the card that Linus pointed out.

its ok to ask questions :) my painted boarder is 36mm from the edge (36mm in from all 4 edges).

Extensions cables that you can add to your PSU for the Mobo and CPU power and the GPU.
I used cans for some time, but got fed up with losing pressure and the extra trash.
I bought an electric duster on sale for €50 and it has absolutely paid off, as I have more electronics than a pc to clean.
in any case, take the pc outside and wear a mask. you don´t want to give the dust a second chance inside your home or your lungs. for dust, that still sticks, I use a soft 1/2" brush, qtips and pipecleaners.
Hi u/XSPressure. Here you go. I built this 6-months ago, and the other a few years ago. So the specs aren't the latest and greatest. The hard drives are carryovers from my old rig. My focus was on meeting the optimal specs for my games, a black aesthetic with minimal design flourishes, and a PSU and cooling system that were ultra quiet since there is no enclosure. If you have any questions and you're interested in doing something similar, I love giving advice :)
New computer
some cable extensions from Cable Mod. I originally bought custom sized cables (recommended for cable management) but they botched the order and they were very expensive).
I also bought a cord protector wire loom to put over the insane amount of wiring that comes out of the X53, which you can see on the right hand side of the AIO pump.
The Kraken should’ve included both Intel/AMD brackets in the box, unless you lost them of course.
If that’s the case you can try asking support for one or buy one from Amazon.
If you are way ahead of us why did you cut the hole before ordering this?

And why did you post it now if it's a work in progress?
Thanks! I used these magnetic fan screws. I did a bunch of research on using magnets for this - making sure I wasnt going to mess anything up. The consensus I found is that there is no issue with the magnets in the case as they arent close to / touching anything spinning (e.g., a HD) or strong enough to impact other components.
Yes! I have a WD black SN750 on my N7 Z590 mobo, I used this heatsink and it goes flush with the shroud.

Here are some free things to try. If you can, use those intermediate PCIe connectors to power your GPU if eight pins are what it needs - looks like you have two four pins dangling now - then you can carefully wrap the cable and connector you are using now to the back side of the newly connected cable section so it looks like one single cable that you can train neatly. Similarly, group the other two cables with a zip tie or one of the wraps I linked below and try to train them to go more horizontally from the board but don't over-stress those board connectors. Then tidy up those cables peeking out from your front fans.
I like these things linked below for the PCIe cables too if you have access to Amazon and a few extra bucks and you can use them for cable management all over your home and PC setup. If you put the fuzzy side out and wrap them completely around themselves so there is no end visible they almost disappear against the black cables and things.

But you can use what you have just remember that sticky tape like electrical tape can be messy and hard to remove and leaves a residue so try to avoid that.
Some of the other suggestions are good too and I like them a lot but they will cost a bit.
From most to least expensive: - Buy a CPU cooler. Check out THIS. It's cheap enough to then buy 2 RGB fans to go along with it. - Buy two rear/top exhaust RGB fans. 120mm for back, 140mm for top. - Buy some more RGB strips. I'm quite partial to the Panteks Neon strips, I think they look sick. - Buy some power extension cables. 24pin, 8pin CPU, and 8pin PCIe. - Vertical mount your GPU. Your case already supports it, you just need to find a PCIe riser cable. - Move those USB cables coming out of the right side of your motherboard. Maybe buy some right angle adapters? - Remove the vertical bar to the right of the motherboard and spray paint it whatever color you want.
I can't explain the how, other than some sort of black magic....but this stuff actually works wonders
