That's pretty bad. CPU and RAM can be viewed from Control Panel > System, the GPU is under "Display adapters" in Control Panel > Device Manager. Everything can also be checked from the task manager's performance tab, at least in Win10 (I don't remember how it was before). Otherwise just install and run HwInfo' system summary.
Ryujinx does have that problem with Link's Awakening and V-Sync. There's a 60fps mod that for that game that's supposed to correct that.
You could find it here:

On the Link's Awakening session.
Do you have the DS4 properly hidden from the system. With the "Hide DS4" option, or even better the full HIDGuardian setup?
There's a possibility that Ryujinx is only taking the first controller it finds, which could be the "muted" PS4 controller, INSTEAD of the xinput virtual controller you want it to see.
I have HIDGuardian set up, so my entire system can see only the xinput virtual controller on it's own (regardless of whether or not DS4Windows is running), and it worked perfect in the emulator by default.
Install the Application HANDYGAMEPAD from the Playstore... Visit the Official Website of HANDYGAMEPAD and Download the Installer for PC , it acts as an interface to Receive Inputs from the Android Device.... It acts like and Xbox Controller and you can add up to 4 Android Devices Simultaneously

would you suggest buying this? are there any cheaper alternatives you can think of? thank u ! :)
You probably don't want to hear about another program to try but maybe ds4windows will work for your on this page:
Could it the driver version, I read on the latest post by team there was some issues with the latest Nvidia drivers
PSA for Nvidia users section https://yuzu-emu.org/entry/yuzu-progress-report-oct-2021/
I don't think this warrants creating a new thread, but with the help of the image above I was able to come up with two profiles (player 1 and player 2) which work very well with Super Mario Party on Ryujinx with Dual Shock 4 and DS4 Windows.
https://anonfiles.com/P5KaKcAapc/controller_zip
If you place those files in your Ryujinx's controller profiles in %appdata% I'm fairly certain you'll get the same experience I'm having.
A few notes on that config:
Requires DS4 Windows with the motion control activated and in the original server / port;
You have to load the profile(s) in your input(s) in Ryujinx.
For every new player you want to configure, you have to add an additional input, load the profile I've uploaded and bump one number on the controller slot option. It goes like so:
P1 - slot 0 P2 - slot 1 Etc
If you intend to play with more than players, then it makes sense to create a new profile per person added so that you don't have to make a manual change under controller slot.
The emulator does not support HD rumble yet and the game calls for that function every new turn if you're playing the board game (check the logs). When the transition to a new turn happens, the logs register every attempt as 'isvibrationpermitted' and that massively slows things down - I'm getting two FPS on those occasions. Deactivating vibration on DS4 Windows didn't work for me.
At least the most recent Ryujinx builds have something weird going on in terms of the xinput mapping, since when I close the emulator I keep having to map the inputs to devices under different numbers. I did not have the time to go over this in detail so it's possible that there's an easy solution that doesn't need a new build.
Hope this helps.
This might help;

Also Prod.keys need to be the same or higher version than the firmware you're installing. Can't be the other way around.

There's a possibility that Ryujinx is only taking the first controller it finds, which could be the "muted" PS4 controller, INSTEAD of the xinput virtual controller you want it to see... Or if you aren't using DS4Windows at all, ryujinx might not accept dinput.

Gotcha. If you have an Xbox or PS4 controller you use on PC, you could consider an adapter to use it on Switch: https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Bluetooth-Adapter-Nintendo-Switch-Raspberry/dp/B0786JC6VW/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=8bitdo+adapter&qid=1626960722&sr=8-3
