If you want to save some time (the lines at SeaTac/Airport Station can be long at times) you can buy a ticket using an app.
Derlis starts on the bench today. There is a lot of rotation from the team that lost to Young Boys.
Derlis was an 80th minute sub. Game ended 0-0.
I highly agree with u/tweaks8. If you have MLS Live and you're not using a VPN you're practically throwing your money away. I use Zenmate, it's completely free and you can turn it on and off easily to bypass those stupid blackout restrictions.
Download the zenmate addon. If the match is blacked out then turn zenmate on and choose mexico or some other country outside of the blackout zone. When it is loaded in then turn it off.
Zenmate > Hola
There's a groupon that you can use. Not sure how much of the cost it will cover, but it's better than nothing.

I bought the groupon myself and I plan to use it to frame the match poster (the one with the CN Tower and Space Needle as crossed swords), a couple of photos from the match, and my ticket stub. I also have the Toronto/Seattle match scarf to put above or below it once it's up on the wall.
Hey there, u/doge311, I saw this a couple days ago and have been meaning to respond... This is Jackson Felts of Sports Radio 950 KJR. I host the Sounders Weekly show on KJR, Tuesdays at 7pm, plus the pre and post game shows. The amount of Sounders FC content on the radio, as you can guess, frustrates me as well. I too wish there was more, but it's out of my control most of the time. And I'm also aware that there are a ton of fans outside of our signal range and state, so that's the primary reason I try to get the shows podcasted ASAP after they end. You can find all of the content linked below. But yea, it sort of is what it is. And in time, I think you'll see an increased amount of content on shows. As the sport, league, and quality continue to grow, so will the support and conversation on media. It takes time. Anyway, please enjoy the content here, thanks!

Can confirm, I purchased Private Internet Access and tried to use it last week, but the streaming site just sent back an error message saying content was not playable. I emailed MLS Live support stating that my work requires a VPN and asking whether there is a work around and I received this response:
"A VPN Connection and/or using a Proxy server may interfere with MLS LIVE.
If you are using a VPN Connection or Proxy and are having problems with MLS LIVE, disable it and try to access the game again."
Basically, sounds like I'm SOL and paid the full $90 price for the service I could have had for $30. SMH.
The game is blacked out all across the US because for some reason MLS thinks the best way to do this is to have the games on Univsion. Your best bet is to use a VPN to get it working. My suggestion is to download DotVPN for Chrome, a free web extension. When you log into MLS live, get to the screen where it says the game is blacked out. Then turn on the VPN, and I set it to somewhere in Europe and refresh. That will get past the blackout. Once the stream is up and running, you can turn off the VPN since I've noticed it slows down my internet.
If you or anyone else has any questions about the process, feel free to send me a message or comment. I hate the MLS blackout as someone who can't afford cable, so I've figured out ways to get around it.
I subscribe to two different VPN services (Nord and CyberGhost) and the last time I tried to watch a Sounders game while using the VPN services, I received a "Please disconnect from your VPN service to watch this game". I guess I'm just saying that it doesn't always work.
> Yeah good thought but I don't think that's the issue. Talked to Prime Vid support and they said it's not available in Seattle.
Well that doesn't make sense since other people in Seattle don't seem to be having the same issue. > > I only have NordVPN running on my laptop, and I tried a few different locations, including Seattle, all with the same message. > > I also tried on the Prime Video app on TV (no VPN on router) and my partner's laptop which also doesn't have VPN and had same issue
Check what country your Amazon account is set to (just right of the search bar). Make sure it's says "You're shopping in " with the US flag next to it.
Yeah good thought but I don't think that's the issue. Talked to Prime Vid support and they said it's not available in Seattle.
I only have NordVPN running on my laptop, and I tried a few different locations, including Seattle, all with the same message.
I also tried on the Prime Video app on TV (no VPN on router) and my partner's laptop which also doesn't have VPN and had same issue.
Ahh derp, ok. I thought it was something different/special haha
Non-Apple version for others:

I had no idea it was attitude either. He's always seemed like a happy guy, so now I'm extremely curious...
The 3-5-2 is something that we could maybe experiment with next season as Torres gets more comfortable with the CBs ( https://gyazo.com/61b2c21489aed2de6bc4f43a87f23ef6 )
This 4-2-3-1 seems a bit more realistic ( https://gyazo.com/72c905d5896af7ea91fc1566d5d251d4 ) for this season, but it's tough to leave someone like Brad out. I just prefer Friberg in a double pivot
The lack of symmetry in the lineup builders are intentional. Wanted to show how it'd look in game
I'd suggest signing up for YouTube TV for their free trial the day before
https://tv.youtube.com/welcome/
I believe others like DirectNow, Sling, etc. have free trials too. Just make sure they carry ABC (e.g. Hulu tv which I love and use does not carry ABC, so I use OTA for that).
OK, now you're just gaslighting me :-)
I'm sure you went to Memorial for a game of some sort in 76 and 77 since Seattle Center was where it was at for everything then (Sonics, Ice Capades, etc. RIP), however, you made me go nuclear and pull out my dusty copy of Colin Jose's NASL: A Complete Record. A gem of a book if you can find it for less than $100.
8/24/77 Seattle Sounders 5 : Team Hawaii 0 (att: 26,833)
Yes, Seattle beat Hawaii Five-0. That was the funniest thing ever to childhood-me. Especially since someone made a sign predicting that.
Anyway, the 1976 home games included such memorable matches as victories over the St Louis Stars, Hartford Bicentennials, Philadelphia Atoms, San Antonio Thunder, Minnesota Kicks, Los Angeles Aztecs, San Diego Jaws, and the Dallas Tornado. We also lost to the Chicago Sting and San Jose Earthquakes, but even those games also had 24,000+ in attendance.
Whew, ok, I was being productive earlier I think. Meh. Worth it.
Final fun fact, Seattle ended 1976 with a 14-10 record and 123 points
I used NordVPN a couple weeks ago and it worked fine. It's not super cheap, but the free ones are less likely to work. They do offer a 30 day money-back guarantee if you just want to use it for the one game.
I realized I posted a question that has already been answered and discussed here but I made a discussion on this as well here:
Seems like the solution is to get a VPN. Personal favorite of mine is Hotspot Shield though I haven't tried it with MLS Live since it'll be my first year. Can't say I'm a fan of these blackout dates and having to email to cancel. Looks like they have some things to work out with MLS Live.
For those with young children or will someday have young children, I wholeheartedly recommend "Soccer starts at home" as steps 1-15 of getting your kid into soccer.
Crossfire is very hard-ass about a LOT of stuff. I've heard of players who went to try out with the Sounders, not make it, go back to crossfire and be told they are no longer welcome. Their sidelines tend to be the least cordial to coach against as well. (full disclosure, I coach for Seattle United, a main competitor of Crossfire)
The Sounders have official partnership with PAC NW, Seattle United, and Eastside FC - as well as in Yakima and Spokane and others outside WA. I've coached across 5 different age groups in multiple leagues around the state and against dozens of clubs and I respect PAC NW's development model the most out of our opponents. Shout out to NORTAC as well for good development if you're closer to Tacoma.
There are other similar options, but this is the scarf that was sold in the stadium in Toronto at 2016 MLS Cup.

This is my knife, not beefy but did not want to walk all the way back to the car.
I got this one from amazon. It's cheap. HD comes in great. I am on queen anne and JoeTv antenna is on cap hill I think. It gets fuzzy when the bus drives by, but I think there is some electronic interference.
I got the cheapest model, but there are bigger ones.
