You don't even need a hacked switch I use this MAYFLASH MAGIC-NS Wireless... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079B5KHWQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Wirelessly connect your PS4, PS3, Nintendo Switch Pro, Nintendo Switch Joy-Con, Wii U Pro, and Xbox One S Bluetooth Controllers to your Nintendo Switch, PS3 or PC system. The wired PS4, PS3, Nintendo Switch Pro, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox 360 Controllers and fight sticks, and standard wired USB Controllers like Logitech rumble gamepad F510 and F310 can be connected to your Nintendo Switch, PS3 and PC system. it also supports NEOGEO mini. Plug and play.
I personally use my PS4 controller on the Switch with the 8bitdo adapter and it works great wirelessly with rumble and motion as well. Also connects to PC. I haven’t tried it myself but the Xbox One controller should work too.
For any curious, there is also a Mayflash adapter which looks like it does basically the same as the 8bitdo one for around the same price.
I'm personally using this. Anything labeled UHS-1 is gonna be the fastest card the Switch is compatible with.

Exciting part starts at 1:58. Just demoing the functionality. Mirror a video feed from the Oculus Quest VR headset to a Nintendo Switch or, if you want, any display you dock the Switch to.

The Switch is running scrcpy while booted into L4T Ubuntu. The Quest must be in developer mode.

Not sure how many people own BOTH of these devices, but thought this might be interesting to some peole. It is especially neat that you can mirror the Quest's stereoscopic picture to the Switch, then use a Labo VR to see what the player is seeing in realtime 3D.
ATV Launcher as the home screen. On Shield/Switch/Tablets this is the best option if you like using thumbsticks instead of tapping the screen for everything.
/E added link for clarity. I mean the 1995 one
Using some online resources, looks like it's 'Brock Pro', the medium/regular size, not light or heavy. Here is what I used: Link. If the link didnt work, all I did was uploaded the text to fontsquirrel to identify it.
Anyone knows if there is something similiar but for a mouse? Like a virtual mouse ? Already tried this : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nvidia.shield.remote&hl=en
But it doesnt sees the switch as a nvidia shield tv ,
Seriously you are obviously ignorant about Linux gaming and the improvements valve has made with proton and wine improvements. Basically every PC game is playable at good performance thanks to dxvk https://www.protondb.com/ https://lutris.net/
It doesn't appear properly because it was escaped by the "Fancy Pants Editor" the redesign uses by default.
If you set it to markdown mode (it's hard to miss!), you'll be able to use the URL syntax. (and other markdown, of course!)
This is what you would find if you were to look at the comment source:

I just bought some super cheap NFC tags on Amazon. I think the only catch is only some Androids can program it. Maybe the ActionReplay thing too I guess. https://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-Programmable-Circular-Devices-40pcs-TimesKey/dp/B075CKHH8R
You probably already know this but kick stand is a snap on you can replace it easily, if kickstand plastic broke off https://www.amazon.com/Nyko-Kick-Stand-Multi-Pak-Replacement-Built/dp/B07DNRFKN7 this one here comes with extra sd card storage
The .NSP install time for the U1 card seems extremely long. RE Revelations 2's file size is 26gb.
In my experience, it typically only takes 15 to 20 minutes to install that size of NSPs, when writing to from my U1 microSD card to itself. Your 53+ minutes experience is much much longer than typical, at least compared to my U1 256gb Sandisk card (link).
What are you using to install NSPs? Tinfoil?
You'll need an SD card reader, something like
Hey all. I wanted to get into switch hacking but am not confident enough to ground the pins myself and wanted to get a jig. Would something like this work or is it just garbage?

>after copying (extracting) of "valve" folder also check inside "valve\sound\common" folder. There are some launch_*.wav files. Copy them to the "valve\media" folder (these sounds are required for Xash3D game menu, but they present in this folder only in WON versions of the game).
I’m looking to move from sxos emunand to atmosphere on my v1 switch following this guide https://rentry.co/mys8q
I have autoRCM enabled. Do I need to disable this before switching over? Is there an autoRCM feature in atmosphere?
Postal is now freeware on GOG.com
Within the past year, ScummVM has also absorbed XU4 (Ultima IV), Nuvie (Ultima VI and the Worlds of Ultima games), and Pentagon (Ultima VIII: Pagan). Ultima IV is also free on GOG.com.
You can get a official replacement battery for about $40 or a 3rd party repair kit from Amazon for under $20 if you’re sure
I haven’t used a switch emulator yet but the yuzu emulator seems great. It’s made by the same people that made Citra(3ds emulator). This news article sums it up nicely. The yuzu “website fills users with confidence right from the off. It’s professionally made and gives the user everything they need to know. A list of fully working games can be found on the site, there are regular updates to show what the team are working on, and a handy FAQs”-retrododo.com Also if you google yuzu emulator help/download I’m sure there will be plenty of tutorials online.

Link's Awakening Switch Remake for the Yuzu 72 Emulator. This game finally goes in-game for me. And it finally renders graphics for AMD users. I have used the no blur mod for this game in order to see the game correctly. If you want to use it for this game here is the link: https://yuzu-emu.org/mods/ZLA_Noblur_...

This legit? Guy claims he can make a 100% unbanable mod. He hard mods it. Are hard mods really that much safer than soft mods. He said it was because of the emunand set up to dual boot between factory OS and CFW. As long as you never go online with your CFW you will never be banned, or so he claimed

Unfortunately not. There's a lot more to reproducible builds than just using the same toolchain.
As a demonstration, I made an asciinema cast - I compiled the same sources on the same machine using the exact same makefile, toolchain, libraries, etc - and yet still, the md5 hashes of the resulting NROs are different. Check it out here: https://asciinema.org/a/IBS7Nmv3kt59mxLItNtpMAwdI

it gets triggered on every push
store_artifacts makes the zip-file available
latest file info can be found using: https://circleci.com/api/v1.1/project/github/wolfposd/Tinfoil/latest/artifacts
but i cant figure out how to get a direct link to the zip
You can host it on Netlify for free. 100gb of bandwidth. You just need to drop your dist folder and point your custom domains... done. Please do this, would be a shame to lose access to your work.
Yeah, though the desktop version of [LOVE](https://love2d.org) has had some people doing crazy pseudo-3D stuff like starfields, cubes with rotation, etc. I might try someone's 3D tools on Switch one day because the 3DS one would just explode (not really, but it's lacking in GPU power compared to Switch :p)
if Love has already been ported to android doesn't that mean it will work on the ARM used by switch http://www.fysx.org/code/love-for-android/ edit .. never mind... Someone would have to build love from source probably this version would work.. unless love2d isn't the same as love https://love2d.org/wiki/Building_L%C3%96VE
Would someone mind helping me set up Retroarch - I just can't get it running
Here are some pictures and an explanation of how i've got my SD card set up and the errors I'm getting: https://www.notion.so/Switch-Help-d0b40f56be904e39901c411f8de57cbf
I'm not very technically minded so i've probably got something set up wrong or i'm not using Retroarch correctly. I have to admit I find all of this stuff very confusing. I've managed to get SX OS 2.7 running, Updated my Firmware to 8.0.1 with ChoiDujourNX, all games installed and running but I just can't get my head around Retroarch/Emulation.
I've followed a couple of guides but didn't really understand them. That being said I've got the files placed on the SD card where I believe its meant to be but launching a ROM simply doesn't work. I've tried a number of different games but the console either has an error/freezes or kicks me back the SX OS menu with a message about no roms found. The link containing pictures should properly explain the problem.
Thank you for all your help
What’s the recommended brand/model/capacity of SD card to use for CFW? I was going to go with this 128GB Samsung Evo, but I’m wondering if I should get a “better” model, or if I should step up to 256GB.
Would something like this https://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-Switch-Split-Ergonomic-Controller-Handheld/dp/B08FJ7XY3B/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=hori+joycon&qid=1636127690&sr=8-3 work? sorry dont know how to format link. Joycons are just so expensive
Make this compatible with the Gadget API and it would be a great tool for the community. A case like this and an A-to-C adapter would make this super easy to use:
Which 512 GB Micro SD should I get, UHS-I U1/V10 or UHS-I U3/V30? Does U3/V30 play nice with the Switch and actually work any faster? I decided I would ask this question here since you guys would probably know the answer, I'm sorry if this is too casual and the reason is for my own use, but I do wonder which is better for the Switch. I've been using a 128 GB MicroSD and it just hasn't been enough, so now I want to get a much larger 512 GB one. I know that the MicroSD has to be SDXC UHS-I, but beyond this I've also heard that it should be U1? But I've also seen things about how load times are faster with U3? I also don't know if A1/A2 is a factor here as well.
Honestly, which of these two should I get, and why? Price is a non-concern.
So 2 things are required for app to work: 1 you need Android 9 or above. 2 you need a device with Bluetooth HID. Can check here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rdapps.bluetoothhidtester
If you still want to use Amiibo emulation you need a third thing: 512 bytes MTU size no way to check this currently. And probably need Samsung.
If I understand correctly, some kind of cheap backwards audio splitter could work. It would just feed both audio signals through your speakers, but I imagine you could find one with a switch (not the Nintendo switch) so you can choose between having sound from only switch or only PC.
How about this Jig for RCM? https://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-Switch-Short-Connector-Recovery/dp/B07J69PB5W/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 It's quite cheap and fast delivery so i'm considering it.
its one of those, bought in store

Hmm I just bought this 15 feet cable: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00LBJ780O/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If I use a ground loop isolator, will it degrade the quality of my 3.5m aux cable? Because I am looking at some ground loop isolators and I can't even seem to find one with a jack that is gold plated. (not sure how it matters for sound quality)
The Fospower seems to be good sound quality like if you use a ground loop isolator that doesn't use the same level of quality in the 3.5mm jack etc.. won't it make my entire fospower cable obsolete in a way?
Thanks for your reply btw!
I didn't see that, is that another comment? My bad.
But you sure a right angle/u-angle adapter won't fit at the bottom of the Switch? They make really small ones.
Edit: This is the set my cousin uses, and I am very tempted to get it too. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07KF5SMS6/?coliid=I2K1RAI8VUISET&colid=1C3RJJD0BLQ5L&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
The back part might be close to the case you're using, but I'm unsure.
Has anyone gotten a MicroUSB to USBC adapter to work with the Switch for Goldleaf/Payload Injector via TegraRCM?
It does charge the device when plugged into the PC, but the PC does not detect it.
So, I bought a used switch off of marketplace and it is a pre patched switch, so I’m tying to get it homebrewed. It is on firmware 6.2.0, so should I hack it at this firmware, or seeing as 7.0.1 is hacked, should I update first and then hack it at that firmware? Also, is this a good enough jig to use? And is there anything else that I need to know before attempting to hack it? Thanks in advance guys.
What's a reasonable SD card size? There's a 128 GB one on sale and I'm wondering if it'll be enough to get a decent number of xci's or nsp's (primarily AAA, I don't care for indies too much) on at once.
I want to integrate a payload sender that can charge my switch and pass the payload into thisNyko Power Shell Case - Nintendo Switch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071GP8342/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_i_sDihBbPHG4QBA
