I’ve had KP since I was a kid and I tried everything. Since I found out about these the skin on my arms, thighs, and butt is so much smoother and even.
Shower with warm water, and after a few minutes start gently scrubbing your entire body and watch as your dead skin rolls off. Rinse well and cry about how smooth your body feels and embrace your new life as a baby dolphin.

Its probably a weird cowlick. My MIL has one in a similar place and she has to straighten or blow dry her hair to get it to sit properly and hid where its open. If you're really worried about it you could get some of those powders that match your hair color and just hid your scalp as an easy alternative if you dont want to mess with blow drying or straightening. Here is an example of the hair powders.(amazon link)
Excellent advice, can I just add that there's an app called Habitica where you can input your daily tasks and habits (or weekly/monthly/however many times you want to do whatever task) and it plays like a little RPG gamifying your tasks into monsters to defeat: https://habitica.com/static/features it's a really fun way of motivating yourself to do the things that feel like a huge chore.
My friend has a dress just like this. She wore beige heeled sandals with a big platform. It looked really nice. It’s not necessarily about being less “sensitive” or “emotional”, more so allowing yourself to feel, without judgment, and without necessarily having to react to that feeling.
All of this. People who won't take no for an answer can be extremely dangerous.
If you're not sure what pepper spray to get, get this. It's recommended by Active Self Protection (a huge self-defense Youtube channel), inexpensive, high-quality, ships with Prime, and comes in cool colors.
I'd just like to add, the cup is NOT made for sex and is NOT recommended.

YES. SO TRUE! My boyfriend and I kept telling ourselves stuff like "they can't be that good, we don't need one, blah blah."
We finally bought one because he saw a sale and we LOVE IT. We also got a squatty potty stool and it is great. The experience of pooping has been transformed. You can get both for like $60 or $70 bucks total on amazon.
Our bidet is this one and I got this squatty potty.
OP, seriously. Bidet. Squatty potty. You won't regret it. Except maybe you will then regret that not every toilet in your life is as richly equipped as the one at home. Pooping elsewhere sucks ):
There's a bunch of them on amazon!

How soon is the date? If you have a week or more, this foot peel is what I use, bit it takes like a week to work, which is why I ask. Don't go on a date with peeling feet.
Otherwise.
What You Need * Bathtub or sink, hot water, towel * Pumice stone or Sugar/Salt Scrub * Your favorite lotion * Vaseline * Socks you don't care about
Start tonight before you go to bed. Run some warm water in the tub (or sink, like me, because I don't wanna waste a tub of water). Soak your feet for about 15 minutes. After, GENTLY run the pumice stone over your dry skin and callouses. I repeat, gently. Do not try to sand it off. If you have a few days until the date, you can probably do this again. Another option is to use sugar scrub.
After that, pat your feet dry. Have a favorite lotion? Slather it on your feet. I just use basic Jergens. Really let it soak in. Once it's all good and moisturized, get ready for the part that'll really make your toes curl (in a weird way).
Lube them feet up real well with Vaseline. Slip those sacrifice socks on over, and go to bed. Yeah, it feels weird. Yes, I totally get sleeping in socks in hard. But trust me, when you wake up the next morning your feet will feel like new feet.
Don't exfoliate too much, and make sure during the day that your feet ARE DRY, as keeping moisture around there for too long is a great way to get athletes' foot. Vaseline and exfoliation is usually only necessary once a week.
Get a nice pedicure, with yours (or his) favorite color.
Now, overall, he'll (hopefully) feel special for the effort you put in, and you won't feel self-conscious when he wants to kiss or suck on your toes.
Tbh just look up foot fetish porn for ideas in bed. It's what I did.

You might have vaginismus. It's a legit condition that makes insertion painful. There's different degrees too how bad you can have it. Some can't deal with tampons either.
More pressing though is why are you undergoing that if you're a virgin?? You have to have sex to get HPV. Cervical cancer just happening without HPV is as rare as other cancers we don't test for... doesn't matter what age you are.. You either have HPV or you don't. Doctors just automatically assume everyone has been sexually active at some point.

"Nothing happened", the word to finish that sentence is YET. while it's unknown exactly how the situation would of progressed if you hadn't left and gone to a safer location... if you feel it's dangerous that you are most likely right in your assessment. Consider reading this book: The Gift of Fear
https://www.amazon.ca/Gift-Fear-Survival-Signals-Violence/dp/0440226198
Maybe flippin' them off wasn't the smartest move, but they were already focused on harassing you. You are not responsible at all for their sinister behaviour.
It was better to run that to stay, you made the right choice.
There can be a pack mentality of men egging other men on, an action they may not initiate on their own, they will take part in, or turn a blind eye to, when they're together.
I've seen it in girls and women too (pack cruelty), more with verbal bullying, rarely physical violence.
Some women can skip their period entirely with a depo-provera shot once every three months or so. Long acting progesterone. Also there's bad side effects sometimes. Some peeps say it makes the pain worse, but I know a few ladies that swear by it.
If you've never read The Gift of Fear do it. It's incredible and gives instance after instance of why your instincts shouldn't be shrugged off.

What's dumber? Getting the creeps off a dude in an elevator and deciding to take the stairs, maybe making him feel awkward. OR Feeling uncomfortable about a guy and getting in a locked metal box that he can easily stall by pulling the emergency button?

Give yourself permission to run to your car and lock the doors quickly when you get the chills. Give yourself permission to turn down a guys advance JUST because you are getting a weird vibe and no other reason. Give yourself permission to act out of fear. Because you might be picking up on patterns and clues that you aren't consciously aware of that is giving you red flags. Believe them. Worst that can happen is you err socially. But you should be able to say "Yeah I got the creeps from that guy so I didn't want to risk it." and have it be enough.

I chose this one. It had a bunch of high reviews and was fairly inexpensive, and comes from grass-fed cows. I thought it would be a good product to wet my toes on.
My mom gets a more expensive brand from Australia from a supplement website ( my dad is really into supplements). Apparently, in Australia the have fewer cases of mad cow disease. That is her reasoning, but not really something I am worried about. I don't know the brand though and my mom can never remember unless she is starting directly at the bag.

The good news is this is a TENS machine that they made cute and pink. You can get them over the counter a lot of places or on Amazon for under $50.

My wife did the calculations of weight based on what was recommended via her research online (don't know the specifics) she then cut the fabric to size and measured off equal square pockets. She then devided the total weight in beads into individual baggies .
She then went row by row filling the pockets and sewing them shut. The fabric was picked out by the girls. One side Elsa the other side pink soft fabrick.
My wife has no expertise in sewing machines besides fixing some clothes and making a few things for some school plays in highschool.
We're pretty broke and she couldn't see paying the $80-100 bucks for a blanket they may not use because they are kids and the fact they quickly will grow out of it.
It's late here but I can post a few pictures of the finished product. When I get home from work and the girls are awake.
I have this bag from Amazon. Thick leather, fabric lined, and relatively small with lots of pockets. I don't carry much - phone, wallet, keys, small folding brush, epi pen. It's perfect. The only downside is that it smells terrible right out of the package due to the dye and leather curing process, but that goes away pretty quickly.
I guess I'll be the oddball here and say that leaving a situation which makes you feel unsafe is the best, ideal reaction. Your body is telling you that you should be scared and that you should leave, always listen.
>The nation's leading expert on predicting violent behavior unlocks the puzzle of human violence and shows that, like every creature on earth, we have within us the ability to predict the harm others might do us and get out of its way. ... [the author] teaches us how to read the signs, using our most basic but often most discounted survival skill - our intuition.
Fear is a gift. Always listen to it.
There is a place and time to be assertive, but: if you are alone, if you are outnumbered, if the person could overpower you, if the person seems unwell or out of control, if your gut is telling you that you are in danger - then that is not the time to be assertive or to try and teach someone a lesson.
No person that is harassing you is worth your safety or your life.
No worries! Slips are made of a slicker material and they are more fitted to the body (but not tight in most cases). There isn’t extra material to get “eaten,” so it also doesn’t allow other things in. It also smooths out the lines of one’s figure and helps the dresses sit “right”. Also hides panty line. I actually wear lace thongs almost exclusively, so I don’t have visible panty line (or VPL) issues, but some prefer other types of panties.

Most Pentecostal churches usually require long dresses or skirts (nothing above the knee) and modest tops. No jewelry except for wedding ring, watch, or small studs in ears. No makeup.
However some pentecostal churches are a bit more lax on those rules though.
You can probably look for a dress like the mother of the bride would wear in a traditional wedding as an example. Maybe a little less sparkly. Some of the vintage dresses from Amazon would work too. They have a swing dress with 3/4 sleeves that I've bought before and it's pretty and flattering. https://www.amazon.com/oxiuly-Womens-Patchwork-Pockets-Casual/dp/B01MG0R24H/ref=asc_df_B01MG0R24H/
Get an overflow drain cover so you can have an extra-full bath that doesn't slowly drain until you're left in a sad, lukewarm puddle. I'm also really sensitive to noise when I'm trying to relax and the sound of the water draining through the overflow thing on the tub drives me bananas - this cover stops that.
If you shorten the top straps some that would probably make it more suitable for every day summer wear. Also, that's probably a dress that would benefit from sewing a couple bra cups into. Amazon sells them for pretty cheap and they help your ladies feel more secure but don't add as much oomph as a bra. Very cute style and pattern btw!
This is what I buy. I realize this is an antiperspirant/deodorant as well, but I can't do the creamy stick kind anymore. There's like no scent to this, it doesn't get all over my clothes and build up, it works for hours, and I can get it through Prime.
I wear satin shorts underneath. The dress skims over them smoothly but they're loose so they don't make me hotter like spandex does. Something like these: Americana Satin Bloomer Short Long Slip Lace Edge https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07BYDNJD9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_RYZwDbPPJQH8V
Have you tried probiotics? I had an infection and after it cleared up, things still were kind of weird down there, and I had a little bit of an odor. I bought Renew Life Women's Care Ultimate Flora for vaginal and urinary health (I chose the one with 15 billion live cultures). I immediately noticed a difference! I've been taking one a day for the past 2 weeks and everything is completely normal and healthy down there.
They're sold at a lot of places, you can even stop by a Walgreens and pick them up. (I live in the US, I'm not sure about you, though) Here's an amazon link, as well.
Everyone's body is different, but this is what worked for me personally.
Ugh I’m so sorry! Haha the account of your accident sounds like me. I’m unfortunately accident prone, and have had both my dominant and non dominant arms in similar casts, though not for as long as you...that really sucks!
Showering is a pain, but it seems like other people have covered that. The only thing I’ll say is that I have skinny arms like you, and any of the cast protectors I bought leaked because I was too skinny for them. I had the most luck with cling wrap and tape. Showering is awful and takes forever, so I ended up doing every other day and using bath wipes and dry shampoo on the alternate days.
Fastening bras is hard. Depending on how much mobility you have, you might be able to fasten them in the front and then rotate them around with your good arm. I was not able to, so I ordered some camis with built in bras. I found those easier to get on than sports bras because I could step into them. Also, you may have figured this out, but when you get dressed, you should always put your cast arm in first, it’s way easier!
If that’s your dominant hand and you’re in school, you should be able to get accommodations for a note taker, and possibly to take tests verbally rather than on paper. Also, you’ll likely learn to type pretty well with just one hand with a little practice.
If you’re having trouble with things like cooking (stirring especially) or feeding yourself things like yogurt, you can order some dycem. It’s kinda like sticky reusable plastic. You can put it under things to keep them from moving around so you can more easily work on them with one hand.
Last thing, when I slept, it was way more comfortable if I tucked a pillow under my cast, so that it didn’t fall down to my side. I had a lot of pain though, so that may not be necessary for you if you’re feeling good.
Best of luck!
Old Romanian hack: get yourself a box or two of Irish Spring soap or any other bulk, fragranced bar soap, pop open the packets at one end, and strategically lay them around your closet and drawers. Enjoy fresh smelling clothes for several years.
The first step is you have to go to bed earlier. If you want to wake up 30 min earlier then you have to go to bed 30 min earlier. You still need sleep, so you have to make sure you have time to get it.
Recently I started using an alarm light that simulates sunrise and it has been making waking up even easier. I've been a morning person for ages, but this is a much more pleasant way to get up. It starts slowly increasing the light level in the room before I need to wake up and then starts playing some gentle noises (I use the ocean waves with birds one). There are lots of different types but I've got this one from amazon.
Once I'm up out of bed, I have a very established routine to get my morning rolling so I don't have to think about things too much. I get up and go to the bathroom and then I take my dog on a walk around the block. During that time, I'm checking my phone, start listening to a podcast to start the day, and it gets me moving. Once home, I go through my morning chores (feed/water the dog, brush my teeth, make my morning drink (winter it's hot coffee, recently it's iced coffee), get dressed in my gym clothes), then I head off to the gym. Right now I'm working from home, so I have to pack less stuff. In the before times I'd also pack up my bag with breakfast, lunch, and work clothes. To simplify that, I tended to eat similar things everyday so it was very easy to grab all my stuff.
Security bar that props against the door. No damage. Or this one with an alarm!

You can replace the blade on it and it fits my hand well - I think I've had it about 10 years now - it is a little loud but works fantastic.
Yeah you can’t just go cold turkey and switch to bohemian if that’s not your vibe.
But I’m curious how old OP is? This was definitely a theme of my early-mid twenties when I would shave, blow dry, dye, full makeup. Then late twenties / early-thirties hit and I had this slow moving beautiful revelation: fuck it.
OP maybe you’re starting your late twenties fuck it journey?
I still love girly rituals and have a couple that I stick to, but a lot I now reserve for special occasions only.
Hair > I drop a dime, but on a low maintenance cut and an ombré style that grows out without a bad root situation. So it looks nice and I only need to go in like every 5mo (I’m sure more regular cuts would be better for my hair health but ehhh).
Shaving > pretty much don’t give a fuck about my legs anymore. I’m genetically blessed with mostly blonde leg hair, but have an anklet of black hair that I mostly no longer care about. I did get this amazing cheap wet dry electric razor that totally works wonders for quick touch ups. Takes one minute to get the ankle hair and then I’m done. Now, I have spent a ton of money on underarm laser hair removal treatments though, which have been an awesome investment. Once that’s settled, you only need to go in for a baby touch up every 4-5mo or so.
Makeup > 2 min face of mascara, blush, tinted sunscreen. I look professional, though not as “good” as I could look. But fuck it! Special occasions I play and have fun because I like it!
Nails > Yes. I still spend time and money on nails at the salon every two weeks. This is partially because I love the hour of pampering, but also because my fingernails are brittle wrecks and I don’t have the patience to do gel at home.
Say it's a safety issue because an "unauthorized third party has a key to the place and is letting himself in when my roommate is not in".

I used to get them often and found out I had fucked up my healthy bacteria. (convinced it was un-refrigerated shelf milk from a camping trip) I started probiotics and it was almost an immediate relief. I used to take them daily (high dosage, 3 BILLION, not million like a lot are). After about 6 months, I was able to cut back to 3 billion every couple of days, then I switched to 500 million about once a week. I haven't taken probiotics in months now since my healthy bacteria is back at it doing its thing.
I notice if I have an increased sugar intake, I will randomly get one. I pop a probiotic and relief within an hour. Lots of sugar will mess your healthy bacteria up.
For immediate relief, suppositories work. This was what I got 2 years ago when I had them often. Works immediately, but you have to take it before bed and wear a panty liner or something since it can be messy.
You can get little boots that are made of those microwavable bean bag things but they go on your feet!! In a family of cold footed women, they are a must. here's the brand I wear!! I am a size 20 pant at most places, and wear XL and havent noticed any thin portions. I've been wearing them for about 6 years now and I think it was 2 or 3 years of regular wear (2-3 times a week) before the thighs wore out.
Edit to fix the link!
Yes! Also: invest in a good setting spray. Holy Grail for me is Urban Decay All-Nighter, it’s lasted me through everything. Then you don’t need to worry about touchups as much :) I only bring powder/blotting papers for shine.
I was gonna mention the sleeper earrings too for once they healed. My life is forever changed by them hahaha. Loved the look of earrings, I have a ton of different spots pierced on them, but my lobe ones I could just NOT get comfy in at night and I was too lazy to put in new ones everyday. They’re super cute little hoops, here’s the Amazon link to the ones I have. I love them, and you won’t be tempted to take them out cuz they’re impossible to get in on your own, I’ve had mine in for like 9 months for this very reason aha
But! I’m about to switch it up cuz another loophole I found for comfortable earrings to sleep in are ones that screw in, so they don’t have sharp edges that stab your head. It’s a little screw in ball. Here’s the ones I just ordered but I can’t speak to their greatness since I haven’t gotten them yet. But yeah since it’s just a little ball on the end it doesn’t hurt!
Hope these little tidbits help!
Its funny you mention that, I originally got mine in an outdoor supply store and it was marketed towards campers!
It was this kind.
It was the only one I’ve ever tried and it worked very well. It’s been so many years I don’t really remember how conditioning etc it was but I remember being really impressed with how clean my hair was.

I use these and also sometimes a cup. I have a super Heavy flow so sometimes I’m changing the pads very two hours. I’m lucky that my job allows for private bathrooms so I just rinse out there and pack it in the water resistant bag the pads come with. When I get home I just chuck it into the laundry. It does take a bit to get used to because they are “fluffier”. But they are great and no leaks! It’s been about six months since I’ve started using them and they’re still holding up.
I don't know if this will really help, but I use bobby pins and pin them behind the braid. It works really well for me, I'll record a quick video of me braiding my bangs and pinning a loose strand. My hair is shorter than yours, if you're meaning hair beyond the shoulders that is poking out I found that a tiny spray of hair spray on my hand and patting down the braid helped keep hair intact longer.
Came to recommend this, specifically this kind of lock which doesn’t require special install so is perfect for an apartment. Addalock - (1 Piece ) Portable Door Lock It doesn’t look like much but will keep your door locked even if someone has a key.

Well you did still get a biopsy. I know you can have Tylenol and ice packs to reduce the swelling, but here’s a link from Mayo so you’re not just taking advice from a rando on the internet

A nice pashmina shawl would be warm and nice. Personally, I’d avoid white and I’d skip black. Tan, dark green, even blue (light or dark) would be nice with that color dress. Here are some nice options.
Maybe instead of a full insert in your socks, get ones that only go in your heel and wear fuzzy socks over it. You can even wear tight socks underneath the fuzzy socks to make sure they don’t move around too much

I'll add a book I'm currently reading that may help in these areas: Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach. She also has podcasts/ talks on her website. I highly recommend her!
I saw this method on r/DiWHY and didn’t think anyone would actually try it, but it surprisingly looks great
FYI: For anyone wanting an easier way than using like 100 straws... just use simple curlers or even flexible curling rods
I've bought these ones before and was very happy with them - they stayed put despite me being a super sweaty person, and they were reusable for many wears. That said, I think there are a ton on amazon that are virtually interchangeable. I chose these ones mostly because they are on the small side.
I love this style of dress too, and I have really good luck with fit & flare or skater.
My personal favorite are these. They are cotton (not polyester) have pockets! However, the zippers aren't super sturdy in the dryer so I usually machine wash and hang dry.
Yas! I got a bathtub tray last year for this. Domax Bathtub Caddy Tray Expandable Bamboo Tub Tray for Luxury Bath with Book Holder and Free Soap Dish https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H31LCJ8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_ztF.FbRZK9CCY
A UTI is pretty serious. They're common and routine so might not seem serious, if they're treated early they're not a big deal. Left untreated they are a cause of pyelonephritis (kidney infection), kidney failure, sepsis and even death.
It's possible to have an asymptomatic UTI. I've had quite a few found during a routine physical that required more than one course of antibiotics.
If you still don't feel the need to go to the Dr at least consider picking up some test strips to test your urine. The brand AZO sells an at home UTI test kit, most stores have their own generic version of the kit. Either is fine, or you can order something like this off Amazon. Alternately this test strip tests for 11 different things vs.the three of the other test which gives you a bit morev informationto work with.
I have an incredibly powerful (for its size) hairdryer that folds up to about the size of my hand. I can dig up the brand if you’d like

Maybe Baby: 28 Writers Tell the Truth About Skepticism, Infertility, Baby Lust, Childlessness, Ambivalence, and How They Made the Biggest Decision of Their Lives https://www.amazon.com/dp/0060737824/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_q0YBBbPTJ0ZHX
I use ProtonVPN (and their mail service) and I've had nothing but good, fast results
Keeping a quality cuticle nipper handy all but cured my hangnail futzing. I still wouldn’t call my hands pretty, but they don’t hurt and bleed anymore.
(And yes, I know you’re not supposed to clip your cuticles. I mostly use this on the hangnail-prone bits of the sides of my nails.)
Your dad acted like a jerk and it sounds like he acts like a jerk a lot. I grew up pretty damn conservative and I gotta tell you, I don't think this is because he's conservative. I think he's a jerk.
Not sure if this will apply to you at all or not, but part of disengaging from my conservative family involved learning more about codependency. I discovered that I had spent my whole life trying to make sure that others around me were happy at the expense of my own mental health and well-being. I really recommend Codependent No More by Melody Beattie to learn more about this. It was literally a life-changing book for me, and it might help you build some coping skills to deal with your dad.
A lot of pharmacies and online shops carry a different kind of tampon; soft, pliable and made out of a sponge-like material. They are expressly advertised for being invisible and comfortable while swimming, sports and sex.
Might definitely be worth checking out, because they are a lot softer and less rigid than the garden variety tampon and still pretty safe. Ask the clerk at your local pharmacy, the small packages aren't expensive. :)
Yep. And if it’s a knee length skirt, I can tuck the hem in the ends of the shorts. I just discovered these ones with three phone sized pockets, and I’m in heaven.
NO NO NO! My god, don't soak your panties in dairy. This is like the worst way of going about probiotic supplementation and ph balance. There are products which are made to do this.
pH balance product: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0736FLLZR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Ue2yAb4PTTNW0
Use the boric acid v-suppository daily for a month or two, it will create the proper internal ph which prevents bad bacteria from colonizing. Also it is important to use it for a few days after the last day of your period every month (this is when your v pH is most imbalanced, a short course of the boric acid v-suppositories will correct the post-menstrual pH imbalance).
Probiotic product (you can open the capsule, mix 1/4 of it with a body-safe product like a touch of water based lubricant, and apply internally with a finger, be sure to wash your hands throughly before). I would recommend you do this daily for a week. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004ZNDFIW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_wg2yAbGDHSAYJ
There are lunch bags with freezable gel in the lining. You keep it in the freezer, then pack it in the morning and it should stay cold for about 6-7 hours. You could pack a thermometer in there to make sure it's a safe temperature if you're worried.
They do actually! I haven't been able to find them in stores but they're on amazon
You should check in the nooks and crannies of your bed and mattress. There are tons of sites for information on this, and if you really want to be sure you can check with whoever is in charge of housing at your school, as they might have an exterminator they usually deal with who'll come out and look. Bedbugs hide in cracks and holes for most of the day so it's not surprising for you to not find them on your sheets.
If you do end up having bedbugs, dry all your clothes/linens on high for at least thirty minutes and wash all the other stuff you can. If there are things you can't wash with soap and water or put in the dryer (books, electronics, etc...) I'd recommend bagging them up in large ziploc bags (2-gallon or storage size work) and either freezing them for ~a week or putting in one of these in with it for at least a couple of weeks.
Bedbugs are no joke, but fortunately you're in a dorm with a limited amount of your stuff so if you're thorough and vigilant you shouldn't have to worry about them for long/coming back.
It's hard to find. But, expensive perfume helps.
Honestly, I've gotten the most compliments on my coconut smoothing cream for my hair.
Pairing is 100% the best experience for me. Can't really orgasm with penetration alone
Penetration plus a magic wand??? Absolute bliss.
here is the closest one I could find in both shape and simplicity of the features. it's not a Hobbes and it's only 8 bucks on Amazon :D
This seems like an invitation for bacteria. If you want to DIY something, do it in a new tube or you're risking an eye infection. You can buy empty mascara tubes on Amazon. If your goal is reducing waste, just clean out the tube and recycle it.
All of these:

They work surprisingly well (had to use them for my leg up to the knee!)
what about something like this?
What about something like this, tucked into the skirt? Maybe go for a wide belt or satin ribbon to cover the skirt's elastic.
Oh, and congratulations!
Something like this! This have some with velcro and some with just two sticky sides. I used the sticky ones but either would work! Command Refill Strips, Medium, White, 9-Strips - 17021P https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0014CQGW4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_e1VBCbFSP2G9A
Edit: I spelled velcro wrong
I gave up on shorts and skirts like, 25 years ago. However, when they need to be worn, I use anti-chafing powder (goes on like a gel and feels like powder) or bandalettes.
My last friend that bought a house, I bought them a Dwight prayer candle, a tarp, duct tape, and a fire extinguisher. All things you'd want in an emergency but wouldn't necessarily think to buy for yourself. It was appreciated.
Are you sure? I really don't mind! :)
And this is the one I use:
Lunette Menstrual Cup https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0054SQ02K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_97sbBb3EVATYP
I seriously love this thing. I can't believe how easy it is.
Check this out. It will help you find a “more natural” place to speak from (will help with range and tone), and some good exercises. I’ve seen similar reccs from Toastmasters about “speaking from your mask.” https://lifehacker.com/develop-your-npr-voice-with-this-video-1796414904
> I have been having regular unprotected sex for the last month (and only the last month, i was a virgin up till then), in which he does not come in me.
Not a comment about your periods, but I would still use protection if you don't want to get pregnant! Even when he doesn't come inside you, you can still get pregnant. The withdrawl method/coitus interruptus makes 28 in 100 women that use it for a year pregnant
Game idea: At the beginning of the party give each guest a clothespin. They wear it somewhere you can see it. The Rules: You can't cross your legs. If someone sees you cross your legs they get your clothespin/s. At the end of the party whoever has the most wins a small prize.
Edit to add: If you make her a self care basket think about including a gift certificate for new undies after baby comes. Her old ones might not fit. Or, if she is like me and chose not to buy maternity underwear, they will be all stretched out. This is how I ended up walking out of my underwear in a crosswalk downtown.
Rose LeMarc has 14 shades of reusable 6 of them are available on Amazon. They are silicon like cups.
Braza Braza has Mocha and Coca petals that are a lot lighter to wear and more comfortable then LeMarcs
and MintYard has several different colors that you can match your shirts or skintone to. These are single use though they won’t stick after removal at all and leaves your boobs kind of sticky
Also backing up the wool socks! As someone else mentioned, Darn Tough are great as are the Kirkland (Costco's brand) wool trail socks. I also basically live in these People's Socks that I got off Amazon. They're the thickest socks I own and are amazing for wearing with winter hiking boots (I've worn them for hours when out hiking in snowy 10F weather and my feet stayed warm!)
I like to coloring with swear words coloring book LOL https://www.amazon.com/Calm-Down-Irreverent-Adult-Coloring/dp/1522864741/ref=pd_aw_fbt_14_img_2/145-9784342-8218341?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=H2FFW76E5X7YJDPJ5Y3C like this one haha
Oh yeah, my hair is pretty curly but doesn't like being touched at all. I've heard this powder is great for volume and soaking up a bit of grease too though. I'm not advanced enough to try anything like that so I throw a bit of baby powder on the roots with an old powder brush.
Yes, they're offering free certificates for 115 courses at the moment due to Corona. Normally, I think they cost 50-100 $. I'm doing 'Introduction to Sustainability' and although the material is a little outdated for an online class, the concept is great and I love the teacher. While doing the readings for the course I came across so many interesting iasues that made me do research on my own and this 'drive' to learn just feels so empowering! 🔥
Anti-chafing balm on your feet before you wear the shoes. Something like Bodyglide. Put it all over your feet anywhere the shoe might touch before you put the shoes on and you should be good to go. If you'll be wearing them for a long time, you may want to bring the stick with to reapply.
I've been using this for over a decade and it never fails. It goes on clear and smooth to where you can't tell it's there. I've also never had it stain or leave any marks on any material of shoes. Some people recommend regular deodorant/anti-perspirant to do the same thing, and while it does work, I've found that it doesn't last as long as products specifically made for anti-chafing.
I didn’t start with the cup because of the learning curve and figured the underwear would be a safer bet. I’m glad I did because I don’t even need a cup now. I started with this style and the boyshorts but they have other styles too. I just ordered their regular underwear with the black crotch. Finally someone listened!
Take your purse or bag in with you and have an open ziplock bag in there ready to hide the used cleaning wipes. EO makes wet wipes that have a much nicer scent than Lysol wipes. Lysol he might notice.
A while ago there was someone who commented about a coworker who would leave blood spots on chairs around the office and knew she was doing it and never bothered to clean it up. The person talked to her and she admitted to it - this is where I thought your post was going to go.

Note the review about the different EO wipes at whole foods (an Amazon company :/ )
I have been pleasantly surprised by these amazon socks. They sit higher on the top of my foot than the picture would suggest. On the heel, there's grippy zigzags to keep them in place. I wear them 3-4 times a week with slip on Vans, booties, or loafers and they hardly show.
Samsung has SOS messaging baked in. Open your settings and do a search for SOS and the feature should pop up. You just need to set it up first.
It will send a text alert to whomever you set as an emergency contact with your location, an audio recording, and front and rear camera snapshots.
All you have to do to trigger it is quickly press the power key three times.
Edit: There's also this device that I've considered purchasing for my daughter.

From my experience, there are two things that work:
Along with checking what shoes you are wearing, compression socks can really help for jobs where you are standing/walking a lot. When you get home, elevating your feet for a while can also help. Lay on your bed or couch and put your feet up on the wall or back of the couch. I work a side retail job and last year a splurged on a compression and massage thingie for your feet. There are several models and types, but I got this one. I sit and use it for 30 min after a shift and have noticed my feet hurt much less all the time now.
Journee Collection Womens Regular Sized, Wide-Calf and Extra Wide-Calf Side-Zipper Buckle Knee-High Riding Boot https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0176VWGG6/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_j68kyb5ZN29YE
Recently ordered these myself on Amazon. They have different colors and sizes!
I have a seat cushion from Purple in my car and I used to have one at my office too. They are expensive, $50-80 I think, but I think it's worth it. I can't even explain to you how much of a difference it makes for me. I used to have to fly long flights (>12hr) and it makes all the difference in the world.

I highly recommend the Royal (here on Amazon)
But I also have an Everywhere (also on Amazon)
I use a Nature Bright Sun Lamp (10,000 lux) like the on here on Amazon which was about $50. I have used it religiously for almost 4 years now, and I love it. Last year I managed to get one of those Philips Wake-Up / Sleep Fade lamps from goodwill for $30, and I love it. Managing your indoor lighting, blue light devices and light colors is totally worth consideration, in addition to a sun lamp!
About the tracking periods, if you're liking for an app to do that (I used my calendar app for a long time but sometimes that's not enough), I use Period Tracker for Android and that's helped me immensely.
This is my favorite inexpensive palette: wet n wild color icon - comfort zone!! it's perfect for everyday and you can get smokey if you want. The top left two colors are absolutely incredible!! It's so beautiful and cheap ($5 at drugstores) :') Great wear and quality too.
