WALI Articulating TV LCD Monitor... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BCUM766?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I have three of these. They move enough to allow various options. eg: one monitor is in portrait mode
Here's a link, I'm not sure whats up with the bizarre name of the product on Amazon haha, but it's held up well since I got it in early 2021. Very simple to remove the legs when it comes time to move and it's light enough that you can easily lift it and move it around the room.
Believe it or not I do! Dual-vertical stand for the two-stack, and a single for the third.
Links to Amazon (non-referral) for what I used. Just make sure they support your monitor sizes and your monitors are VESA 75x75 or 100x100
(Excluding the "USB(TypeA) Display Adapter" option first since they don't meet my expectation for daily usage.)
So far as I know, from hardware perspective:
For nVidia system: 2+ cards is the only option, SLI/non-SLI both works. (I haven't verified that if integrate display help braking limitation of 4 display on nV GPU, I assume it doesn't.)
For AMD system: 7750 cards works out of the box by providing 6 miniDP. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C7EPSVS/ . For any later cards, extending DisplayPort with MST hub or DaisyChaining is required (therefore it doesn't work on Mac since macOS driver doesn't support MST at all). (And I haven't verified if integrated display or 2+ cards does help.)
Still trying to clarify any possible solution and detail.
Hey sry I missed this, the stands are this and this
Very solid monitor mounts, have had 0 issues or complaints. You can latch them onto pretty much anything. Since I'm short on space in this apartment, I ended up moving my desk over beneath the island in my kitchen and mounted the monitors to the island counter above the desk.
There are lots of led strip lights that are can get. You can attach them to the back of your monitor and dim them to your desired brightness
>There is also an issue if one has a mix of displays, say one 22" and one 25" display both having 1920x1080 pixels and the same 16:9 aspect ratio. Placing these side-by-side (when using a panorama image) will result in the image halves not lining up as the 25" screen is physically 14% larger. This can be solved, but requires each user to to look up or measure the size of each physical display panel and then manually enter this in some kind of UI, so that image buffer content can be adjusted.
I managed to solve this for my code, its just a matter of determining the pixels per inch of one of the screens, and then multiplying that by the inches of each screen you have.
Does fresco have a way to have a slideshow of multimonitor wallpapers? That was kinda the main reason i wrote my code. There are free apps (even one made by M$, loop up the portable version of DualWallpaper http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-SOFTWARE/System/System-Enhancements/Dual-Wallpaper-Portable.shtml), but none of them let you manage it automatically.
I like to have a folder of ~300 images that I cycle through, and doing each one manually would be a pain to me
accounting for spacing between monitors wasnt too tricky in my app. The way mine works is it loads a widescreen image, cuts it in two, and arranges them with scaling/vertical offset. To add the spacing between monitors, i just set the left monitor to take half the pixels (0 -> width/2), and the right monitor to take (width/2 + PPI x bezel_gap -> width). Ill probably get around to making it:
(0-> width/2 - PPI x bezel_gap/2) and (width/2 + PPI x bezel_gap/2 -> width)
for evenness
It sounds like you are using windows when you say "extend mode". What you need is multiple monitors software. I use software called Actual Multiple Monitors but if you have a search around there are probably heaps of useful free options out there.
Within your multi-monitor program you can then set a single image to be a wallpaper over multiple screens.
W10, you can disable specific monitors as pictured. Should be able to do it on other versions of Windows as well. You can take it from there for automation.
Alternatively, UltraMon has this feature. Just setup two display profiles- one with your monitor enabled, one disabled- and set a hotkey to switch profiles.
I believe Display Fusion can set the corner points between monitors. The issue is varying DPI between devices.

You could try earthquake straps. Clip on one monitor back, strap on the other, all adhesive, removable (via the buckle).
Or you could try some cabinet locks like this
I had this exact setup for a while and just used three wall mounts; it was the only way to get it to work well that I could find - e.g. three of these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KBEOGZ4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The arms are quite sturdy and very articulate/adjustable, just mount them to studs and you can do whatever you want, including the config you're after. Doing this you would install the middle monitor's mount to the closest stud to the corner on either side (but not the corner itself) and just position the arm how you want it.
For height just measure from your desktop to the bottommost hole, and then drill your bottommost hole at the exact same height for the other two mounts, and you're good.
This worked fantastically with Nvidia surround for several years until I switched to ultrawide and stopped working in the corner.
Yeah no worries - and my DIY was poor too, at the time I did that project. It's much better now. Mounting small screens to walls with those mounts is a super easy project; I'd recommend it as a "get your feet wet" thing. Paint and spackle are cheap if you fuck anything up. Or if you have friends/family that are remotely handy, it doesn't take a lot of skill. And stands take up A LOT of desk space.
So if you DO decide to take that on to get your perfect desk, here are some quick and dirty instructions:
You need:
And here's what you do:
Boom! Tons of desk space and no unsightly arms.
This looks like a good option from Amazon for what you're looking for https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Standing-Optional-bolt-through-STAND-V004T/dp/B00I3IMWNY/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1469690519&sr=8-5&keywords=4+monitor+stand As for the power, I don't think it will be an issue, I run all three of mine through a single outlet.
4 years ago I purchased this computer so I could run the Oculus Rift, it has a GTX 980 and I run either 3 monitors + a project, or 3 monitors + projector. Each monitor is running at 1920x1080.
Just food for thought.
Not the guy you responded to, but I used this: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Premium-Single-Monitor-Stand/dp/B00MIBN16O/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=AmazonBasics+Single+Monitor+Display+Mounting+Arm&qid=1601976342&sr=8-5
Can be attached to a desk or a wall. I don't remember what brand but this amazonbasics is a rebrand of a good one but half the price, really happy with this one.
And if you use three of these you should be able to make the setup you want.
This https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QS7BM8W?pd_rd_i=B07QS7BM8W&pd_rd_w=PqPJE&pf_rd_p=4162cf38-3f98-4733-b8c2-e20c902ceede&pd_rd_wg=fGATU&pf_rd_r=3ERCNQAP9TDMZVT81KWW&pd_rd_r=36a8c7f7-2a1e-4e51-87df-f9d90b421a09 is a triple one and looks like the same rebrand but I'm absolutely not sure, and I'm not sure it could get the positions you want considering the size of the screens
I'd probably use something like this to put the little monitor above the ultrawide.
~~Mount-It! Triple Monitor Stand... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HSJX1FG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share~~
~~I have this one and I'm quite satisfied with it~~
I'm an idiot, my monitors are smaller than what OP said
A Planar Triple Monitor Stand
https://www.amazon.com/Planar-997-6035-00-Monitor-Stand/dp/B003LD8XMA
Very sturdy, I'm very happy with it. It's a bit pricey though but this thing is tough. I wouldn't want to risk getting a flimsy mount/stand for monitors.
I have this with a clamp mount. Best mount I have ever used.
Do you know how these were generated?
I have a 6-screen setup I'd love to get some decent backgrounds for.
