do NOT go to any "learn English" centers besides the British Council or Amideast. Any other center in Tunisia is awful and the teachers are most likely not even qualified to teach English.
For the actual "degree" there is the IELTS (UK English) for around 600dt or the TOEFL (US English) for around the same price I think.

Problem with Carthage history is that Punic language is still not very well translated, a lot of Carthage history comes from Roman sources (Westerners and their obsession with recording history).
