hairdresser here - pro curly hair tip: when you get out of the shower, brush through with a wet brush pro, wrap in a towel-turban for like a few seconds, then finger-comb some product with hold for curly hair through the ends, like from your ears down, paste, gel, pomande, something with hold, then finger-comb the rest through the top.
scrunch, rinse off hands. I most often choose KMS curl up control creme on my curly clients.
DON'T brush it when it's dry!
curly hair is easy and beautiful!
You should include a cookware set because part of weightloss is going to include a lot of home cooking. Heres a good one that is inexpensive given how much it comes with

I highly recommend it for checking grammar. I'm a copywriter, I do ~10 articles every day and I use Ginger. Note that it isn't a text editor, you can't save anything you write in it. You can either copy and paste text in or, do what I do, work a paragraph at a time and then move each one into your document when you know it's right. The extra time it takes is less than the time you will save not having to correct basic grammar :)
The book is Toying with Money: How to raise your teenager to be financially responsible. If you want to check it out, it's free here :)
The Slight Edge really gets the point across. Basically just keep moving forward, even a little step everyday, just be in a 'success spiral'. Even little achievements just makes you trust yourself much more everyday. You become more confident each day by seeing those little ticks on your tasks.
Also this website called Habitica really helps with keeping with the tasks. And for the seduction part, Models by Mark Manson was the best book!
And for the confidence and overall mood, getting fit really helps a lot. For getting fit, it was this book 'Bigger, Stronger , Leaner'. Great book which laid out the whole plan for the year! Hope it helps:)
Like the previous projects - this one was well planned, split into parts and therefore everything was done quite smoothly.
I described my approach to planning and implementing personal projects here. Hope this will be helpful.
OP here. Never expected this to get as much attention as it did. Wanted to answer some questions.
I am marrying the woman in the red dress.
She got her dress from Amazon. You can find it HERE

I want to thank everyone for their kind words of encouragement and support!!
It's not that expensive to go the distance. Buy yourself some nice pillows too (Ross has awesome deals)!
The backstory here is that the guy was about to lose his license due to inability to drive safely; he struck another (younger, female) driver, paralyzing her and killing himself and his wife within 24 hours of the incident.
This is hardly an "amazing story" -- unless you mean "amazingly depressing". I feel most of my sympathy for the mother who had her neck broken by these guys.

Well I’m glad that someone cares enough for me to repost my post... I’m not really sure why hey dud, but since I’m here. I’ve written a new book since then that’s way better!
Love all the support from those inspired by this post! I believe anyone can do anything. I truly believe that. So if you want to write a book, you can do it! If you want to invent the next billion dollar app, you can do it! I truly believe that!!

I've had The fragrance of dark coffee and Rainy Mood bookmarked in my toolbar for a long time (play them together), but I love that yours in condensed into one site (less tabs open!)
I enjoy both versions, but maybe for different moods. Does your site have different music playing each time? I've only had it open for a few minutes. Yours is definitely more relaxed/pensive! I bookmarked it. Thanks for sharing :-)
Wow. Wasn't expecting anyone to even see this post.
Details? Ok: We actually met on OkCupid.com, which I now highly recommend. I build web apps for a living, and was using the app as research. I put up a photo of myself, and a few details. Filled out the minimum 50 questions, and went on with my life. This was over a year ago.
A couple weeks ago, she gets a hold of me via the free messaging system, asks me a few obscure & intriguing questions, and off we go! In order to get the online chit-chat out of the way, I asked her out to dinner. And well, the rest is history.
Oh, and she doesn't know my Reddit handle yet. I brought it up on the date because the photo of herself she sent me was hosted on imgur.
TIL 'cashew' doesn't mean what I thought it did.
Don't let her get in the way of your happiness, or in this case, your accomplishments. : )
If you're not from the UK I found this one on Amazon, that the website also recommended. I didn't get it because it was quite expensive on Amazon and was out of stock on the website I used :) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B002GR1YZ0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_ooPBBbX7JWYC4
In case you're not just making a "what's taters" reference, floaters are little specks that drift in the fluids of the eye. If they are large enough, they can appear as small shadows in your field of vision when they drift in front of your retina.
Most people have them, especially with increasing age, and they are generally benign. Most people adapt to having a few to the point of not noticing them.
If there are lots, it can hinder your vision. Large quantities of floaters are often a sign of eye disease. Floaters can be removed if they become serious vision impairments.
Because a few people have DMed me here's some more info.
It's more or less an adventure primer. It's got 100 weird adventurous and random THINGs we want readers to do and then write about. By flipping to a random page and doing a THINGs you'll have the momentum, clarity, or inspiration to do the stuff you really want to do and by writing about it, you'll reflect and grow from your experiences. Allot of the time for us we'd have so much anxiety, but when we actually got the gumption to do something, that anxiety and the lack of motivation was gone. It's really cool in practice and it's super fun and quirky.
Wow! It still boggles my mind that we actually published. If anything, I hope that this can be seen as an example that is is possible top overcome whatever obstacles are in your way.

Even better than asking around. Trust me on this one, this site is more or less how I avoided any really awful teachers where I got my degree. My friends in the same programs went through all the teachers I avoided, and I got to hear the horror stories. I had a few bad ones that were absolutely unavoidable, though.

I had a mixed mania episode. Imagine the combination between suicidal depression, with the energy of mania. I'm not sure how to describe it. Take the feeling of like crying at a happy movie, or a religious experience, then cross with with the most crazy aggressive suicidal feelings and there you go. Like killing yourself is so wonderful that it moves you to tears and you just... Idk man. Honestly I hate them, they're worse than straight mania or depression for me.

It's actually why I haven't found a medication that works well for me.
> An alphabet has to represent individual consonants and vowels for the most part,
Who says that?
Merriam-webster:
>1 a : a set of letters or other characters with which one or more languages are written especially if arranged in a customary order
I also checked
https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/alphabet
https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/alphabet
-- none of them say an alphabet absolutely has to be composed of individual consonants and vowels.
The video was uploaded on the 20th of April 2007. In spring, sunset is well after 18.00 in NYC. On the 19th of April 2007, the sunset for NYC was at 19.40.. So while it may not have been "night", it could easily have been an evening after work.
Huge congratulations! I graduated at 30. It was fine and lots of people at my school were my age.
Good job! It is a great feeling, isn't it?
And if you have trouble learning math in the future, maybe the Khan Academy will help you. This great site has a very simple idea: Narrated step-by-step-videos on almost every topic you might have to study. By pausing and rewindig you can choose your own speed of learning and the style of those videos is also very cool. Please give it a try! For me this is one of the single greatest educational websites out there.
I also have kicked this habit over the last year or so. What helped me more than anything was getting one of these. By far the best nail file I've ever used, and lasts forever. I keep it at my desk, and file down my nails any time they get long enough I'd consider chewing them down.
I ended up ordering a bunch of them and using them as stocking stuffers, they really are good.
Doesn’t sound like you need any suggestions, but I have this in my windowsill and love it! There are a lot other options like it if the dimensions of this one aren’t right. Anyway, it holds a lot of smaller plants and allows you to get a lot of bang for your buck in a small windowsill :)

Tools, mainly hand tools. I've bought more than I need, and I have to restrain myself whenever I see something nifty I don't already have.
For example, I already own two different needle nose pliers (different sizes) but I just had to have the compound needle nose I saw on Amazon a month ago.
Oh, and the gimballing ratchet spinner I bought sometime last year. I've never used it.

Congratulations! Im very happy you went out to get in touch with nature, just please remember to be safe. I live in the Adirondack mountains, and we have continuous news stories about people being rescued from the mountainside somewhere because they were ill-equipped, and their 2 hour hike turned in to a 2 day nightmare.
first and foremost, always let someone know where you are going and when you plan to be back. Secondly, dont forget to take a large water bottle with you, maybe even a snack or piece of fruit for when you take a break at the top. I also have a hiking app on my phone (AllTrails - Android) or another app you like so that you can mark the trail or your parking spot, just in case you get in a jam and need to find out where you happen to be and where you need to go.
Have Fun and Happy Hiking!!

Sorry I could only find it on Facebook.
Thank you so much! I actually have a newer book that honestly has much better writing. If you'd like to check that out too (or instead haha)

It's called The Bounty Hunter's Vengeance and it takes place in a near future dystopia. It's like an 80's action movie with scifi elements in book form
We're four high school students from a relatively low-performing school who built this without help from anybody else, outside of school (But sponsored by our physics teacher). One observation I had was most of the teams there had time in class to work on the bridge, and their teachers helped them out a lot. We ended up in second place in the strength test. The winner last year held 765lbs.

I did a little searching and found your book here for anybody who is looking and I'm definitely grabbing a copy. Cant wait to read it 😊
I will say have the manual handy for anything that gets confusing or unexplained (e.g. the magic), but while it was new at the time many of the ideas presented in it are common fare now so familiar to most players.
Also a heads up, Legends of Grimrock is £2.49 (or probably about $4) for the next 15 hours on humble bundle store! A lot of people call it the "spiritual successor" to Dungeon Master and it has good reviews. I've only just bought it now but I'm counting on that :)

One of my faves:
"And the vision I have for you is that when you wake up in the morning, your blood is singing at the thought of being who you are and doing what you do. That as you go through the day, you can literally sink to your knees in gratitude at the tremendous good fortune that's been bestowed on you. That as you go through the day, you become radiantly alive several times. And if your life isn't like that, I'd like to humble propose that you're wasting your life."
I think it was a huge knife in the heart to just see the amounts.
The biggest problem was that I didn't keep track. I have a little notebook with me now and write EVERYTHING down. ESPECIALLY the cash transactions. I made a little paper bag notebook (paper bags with the bottoms cut off and folded over), drew my own lines and made my own columns - https://imgur.com/a/oNi5n#9
I was consistent about coffee every morning, so I could estimate pretty accurately. $700+ in all of 2012. It blew me away to see it as a number in a spreadsheet when I summed it up.
And then I downloaded all my credit card transactions that were available from online (roughly from October 2012 to December 2012). I went through each one and put them into Categories and sometimes Sub-Categories. Groceries, Electricity/Water, Cable/Internet, Cell Phone Plan, Clothes, Transit Pass, Lunches Out, Dinners Out, Frivolous (boy, the sub-categories on that one).
Once I had them all categorized, I did pivot tables in Libre Office Calc. ... ... ... After the room stopped spinning and I stopped actively throwing up, I picked the biggest stupid ones to cut. It counts as a "habit" and "ingrained" if you do it for 3 months in a row and at the end of the 3 months, you don't feel anything. If by April, I'm doing okay, I might cut more.
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_the_capacity_an_average_bathtub
This sounds legit. So if you fit in an "average sized tub" then you can probably scale down a bit from 42 gallon. I think my wife and I just bought a 30 gallon plastic tote for around $10. It fit in the back seat of the wife's Mercury Grand Marquis with a child seat and a screaming, grumpy toddler in the child seat as well. That should fit in a smaller vehicle but not real sure. Bring ropes or tie-downs just in case.
It was A Brief History of Humankind by Dr. Harari . It's a collection of questions and answers to major humankind questions disguised as a history course. I was so amazed that I had to translate it! :)

The portait mode on newer phones tries to add fake blur to the background like a big lens would do. The software tries to detect the back- and foreground. Seems like it detected the arm to be background and added the blur.

Sorry! I didn't really think that this post would get noticed so didn't think about putting a link! Here is where I got it from, they are a UK company I think. Congratulations!!! Can I make a gentle suggestion? You might be more comfortable if you install a bidet attachment to your toilet. They don't have to be expensive, this one is under $20, and it would be much more gentle on your tush than all the toilet paper and save you money in the long run. It was life-changing for me .
when I suggest wrap in a towel-turban for like a few seconds, I mean just that, like basically wring it with a towel for maybe like a minute? it doesn't matter if you leave it in for a few minutes, but it's not like a thing that takes a long time. whatever you do, DON'T rub your hair back and forth, like scrubbing it dry, like a simulation of drying hair on a TV show, it will TOTALLY destroy your hair.
I would only recommend mousse if you have very healthy virgin (not dyed) hair and need some body. needing body is not typical for curly hair! mousse is like gel, but with salts in it to make it foam up. it gives it body by adding damage. great for a few ppl, but not great for most; same with sea salt spray. I use mousse for curly hair on maybe 3 of my curly/wavy clients.
any product for curly hair, that has some hold, is worth a try! it's good you found one that works for your hair!
I learned from the book The Joy of Signing when I was a kid. Amazon has a used version for $9.91. I learned it on my own just because I thought it was interesting. I didn’t even have anyone else to talk to. I had pretty much forgotten all about it when I started working with the deaf lady many years later and it all came back. You’ll understand why when you start learning. The signs just make sense.
Also, if it makes you feel any better the deaf lady I worked with was a riot and being deaf didn’t bother her in the slightest. I imagine there were difficulties she faced, but we chatted all the time at work and used to go to lunch together most days. I never once saw it slow her down.
Check out Thomas Sowell's book on late talking children:

And the short wiki article on Einstein Syndrome, which he coined:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Late_talker
The tl;dr is that the education system is not necessarily equipped to handle these cases (unless it's changed significantly in the 20 years since the book came out; I doubt it though) and kids are frequently misdiagnosed as autistic. Hope it helps.

"The Ascent of Money" is a good place to start and it a fairly easy read. If he's interested in learning about where modern day capitalism began have him look into "The Wealth of Nations" and "The Mind and the Market." Even reading a summary of the wealth of nations would be beneficial given it can be a pretty boring and repetitive book.

See the book Nurture Shock, there's research discussed that studied exactly this. Fascinating stuff.
Here's a quick summary: >Merryman notes research by Florrie Ng, who gave IQ tests to children in the U.S. and China. No matter what the kids’ scores, she told their mothers that the kids did badly. Then she left the mothers in the room with the kids for five minutes. The American moms talked to their kids about what they would have for dinner. They talked about the day. They never mentioned the test. The Chinese moms immediately told the kids that the children didn’t do well enough on the test; then the mothers and children sat down to look at where the kids went wrong. Upon the retest, the Chinese kids improved at twice the rate of the Americans. While the Chinese mothers focused on their children’s improvement, they were just as warm and supportive as the American mothers, Merryman writes.
What's even more interesting to me is the research on the types of praise that motivate (and in some cases demotivate) children.

Almost anything by Louis Jordan. Jordan was one of the most popular entertainers in music history, but he has been largely forgotten (by white audiences, anyway). Jordan was popular because his music was fun, joyous, and full of humor. Stylistically, he played with a small, taut 5-person band toward the end of the swing era, and some of his compositions can be considered early proto-rock.
