I don't look different in my opinion. But I guess you can judge that. I had to grow up super fast when I was young. My bio dad was kicked out by my mom because he was abusive. She was a prison guard and developed PTSD a year later and was very sick with it. I had to take care of myself and my three siblings from the age of 8. I didn't have a lot of time to be a child. I was molested at 9. I think that might be a factor for me. I don't age play personally. I am a submissive though. I go into my little space to stop caring about life for a while, to relax and just be happy.

To answer your question though, not one of us is little for the same reasons as another little, and all of us are very diverse. Honestly a lot of the pictures I have seen on /r/littlespace are people who look very opposite of what you discribed. Not that there is anything wrong with that or anything. I just think we shouldn't all be put in a box when everyone is so different.

It's a mix of characters, princesses, animals, Mickey and Minnie. It's a french colouring book that's sold in Disneyland Paris, but also on Amazon...

Amazon is exactly where he got it! It does have a little seam rip on one side, but it's an easy fix and fits super comfy! This one is an extra small and fits like a dream. (For reference I'm about 5ft 110 lbs!)

As someone with social anxiety it helps me at times.

Other things you might mull over depending on how you both feel if you're not looking for him to be your caregiver would you consider maybe both of you being littles/middles whatnot together if he finds he could enjoy getting in touch with his inner kid via games or anime or other stuff?

Personally I find it hard to get little if there's something wrong. Like if I'm angry or miffed at something it just stops me getting there. If you're holding on to anything it could be good to get it out. I suggest Seven cups of tea if you want to do that anonymously

I know how you feel. I get that way and sometimes nothing sounds good at all when I'm down. Which makes it harder to get back up.

One thing I try to do is practice mindfulness meditation. Honestly, it sounds like the last thing you wanna do but I swear, it helps!

The thing I get the most kick out of it is that it helps me to explore what it is I'm so afraid of. Being alone. Being uncomfortable. Being sad. And all you're asked to do is to sit with that. And see what happens. Often, I realize it's not as bad as I thought! It's resisting these things that cause us pain that makes it worse. But what happens when we stop resisting? Ugh, I sound like some creepy saleman or cult person but I swear it makes me feel better and there's a really cool app my friend suggested to me!

It's called HeadSpace and it's free unless you wanna pay for more stuff. But it's super easy to use, the narrator for the practices/videos has a cool accent and the little picture guys are SO CUTE. Hope you're able to try it and see if you like it!

For youtube theres so many of them literally just search daddy asmr or boyfriend roleplay asmr or asmr male voice and then you can start perusing to find what you like best. A few channels/users ive found some good ines are are puddingwhispers, male voice asmr, daddys dark whisper asmr, gatsby asmr and a bunch more lol

its easy to fall down a rabbit hole of relaxing daddy voices and sounds so i just add the ones i like to a playlist for me and either i can go pick one to fit my mood or just pick any of them and relax.

I did that before and bought a magnetic star chart which I could write on with whiteboard markers and it was awesome. It had a way of tracking my points too and each week I would choose a treat to work towards. It might help your anxiety to have light structure.

These could almost fill a bathtub, I think, but you might not wanna actually do that xD I have mine in a big kitty litter bucket (that I cleaned out). They're squishy, but they do break. They're also wet, so I like keeping a towel nearish. But it's just water. I don't like messy stuff, like slimes (though I do like looking at those! They're pretty, they just feel gross!) but I love these :)

I use the Lunette Cup and I'm happy with it, but the Diva Cup is more popular and a lot cheaper. They're both a little pricey, but they can last 10 years, so it ends up being way cheaper than buying disposable stuff in the long run! :D

I think I've decided to get a Camelbak cup. I found that if you remove the straw they work just like a sippycup, and even some of their kid designs aren't too kiddy-looking. Like this one. It's super pretty and seems to be a perfect size.

You might be able to find a big pack of pencil crayons online or in Walmart or something? Sorry I'm not much help but I do know that crayola does a 100 pack of pencil crayons (I got a pack for Christmas) so I know they're out there! :)

What I thought would be just a handy charging station with a neat visual element turned out to be a hyper xenon floodlight that can illuminate the dark side of the moon. Even worse it's constantly going from red green and blue depending on what my phone is doing, which, if you've played Konami's P. T., is very scary.

Still I can't get rid of it, it charges my phone quickly.
