This will be the first time they would try their hand at multiplayer, it is highly unlikely it will be an RPG. They mentioned they will be partnering with Saber Interactive to assist them in adding multiplayer and Saber Interactive has never worked on a multiplayer RPG. I think it's more likely they will add co-op (survival/missions) or other basic multiplayer modes.

Yep. I wish we didn’t need to wait for it and that totally sucks but at least they know is something that needs to be done. Hopefully we don’t need to wait until Q3 for it because I don’t want to replay exodus in ranger hardcore unless I get something out of it.
Should have but they don't have any pre load ability as far as I know. It's VERY bare bones. Most basic features like cloud saves aren't due until Q2 this year

Not much to configure honestly. I found the gameworks features apart from tesselation useless. Advanced physx didn't change anything and hairworks added a few pubes on the monsters. The extreme preset is not worth using and drains too much performance.
Performance impact per setting
Metro Exodus tweaks on PC Gaming Wiki (also r_foliage_hemi_ao 1 - > 0 & r_foliage_shadows 1 -> 0 in user.cfg if you're in dire need of extra fps)
Because there's nothing barring the dev to expand sales to other platforms, as Steam doesn't actively bar the dev from opting to sell their game on GOG or itch.io. Contrast that with Epic's contracts, which expressly forbid the devs from selling elsewhere until said contract expires.

Input lag could be due to your Internet connection rather than your PC's specs.
What you can do is check your Internet connection and disable any programs running in the background.
If that doesn't work, you can purchase the game at GOG.com. It's on sale for 3.99 so I would advise you to get it while you can.

So do you mean you stopped playing before the enhanced edition came out? Cause it only came out like 2 weeks ago.
If so and you went from regular to enhanced edition then what you are saying sounds right. The only save transfer on series x is on chapter. So if you used to play on regular and now play on enhanced that’s all you’ll get. They suggested to wait to move over until you get to the next chapter.

I don't believe it's the same bear.
Taiga bear has a lot more fur, and it's colour is closer to true brown. It also roams around without any offsprings, so it definitely isn't a female.
Last Light bear has no visible fur and its colouring is a sickly yellow-brown.
You could just attribute this to better graphical fidelity between the two games. But I think this is a conscious effort to make them distinct. Because even though they couldn't make the gargoyles fully fur covered in Last Light, they did give them patches of fur to indicate they had fur. And that isn't the case with LL bear.

As well as Xbox Game Bar like OP uses, if you meet these requirements, you can use Shadowplay (part of Geforce Experience) to record the last 15 seconds to 20 minutes of your recent gameplay.

I bought the Kindle Edition of the Illustrated Edition. The full title on Amazon is METRO 2034 (A sequel to Metro 2033): First English illustrated edition (METRO by Dmitry Glukhovsky Book 2) Kindle Edition.
Just so you are aware, if you are expecting regular illustrations throughout the book you may be disappointed. My recollection is there are illustrations between each chapter and that is it. If you take a look at the Look Inside on the Amazon page I linked above and look at the page before chapter 1 and between chapter 1 and 2 you can get a sense of what the illustrations are. In my opinion the illustrations do not add much. You may want to take that into account if you cannot find the illustrated version for the same or similar price as the other version. I am not sure if there is any other difference between the versions, such as translation, that may make the illustrated version worth it.
